his techs suck though, slow and easily avoided

maybe gatsuga can easily avoided but its fast too
in other way think about two headed wolf,it its very fastest than gatsuga and even sakon&ukon(the best along sound 4) were not able to avoid it in part 1,think about it in part 2 and databook says too that kiba has a new tech

doesn't he use that when he has no options left and it's a big risk for him to use it..

only a total fodder would fall for fang over fang and they would merk him early in the fight before he uses that tech which isn't even that great.

kiba uses smoke bomb+gatsuga and with nose can know where is the enemy so many average ninjas can caught in it
