to be fair we dont know what ten-ten can do?

but her biggest feat was using 1 of the so6p weapons without dying, not everybody gets fair screen time.

sakura should be S-jounin for her certain skills

lee is S-jounin with taijutsu

neji is low jounin, he still needed gai

Base Naruto is not Kage level U_U, low Jounin sounds better .

Sakura is High Jounin, her medical skills is superbly high and she defeated Sasori along with the third kazakage.

Also Rock Lee is Mid Jounin level U_U

Low Jounin sounds respectable for him, he doesn't have the book smarts, he only has street smarts lulz, plus his fuuinjitsu, hand seals and also he doesn't have much techniques which isn't par to kage level. Do you even know what kage level is? and he'd be better off a Chuunin first since his a Genin now XD.
