Hinata and Kiba can beat Sakura even Part 1 Kiba can rip her to shreds.Wolf fang over fang will kill her.
And the only way Sakura can hurt someone is mainly by using taijutsu which imo is probably the worst taijutsu form in the series(in terms of martial arts)Sakura and Tsunade fight like Superman,they throw random punches and kicks until it lands.Hinata is from a prestige clan which specialist in taijutsu and remember even a scratch from a gentle fist user can defeat even the toughest opponents.

Ino is more like a team player, support character if you will. I don't think by her self she can defeat Sakura. Sakura is physically stronger and better suited for combat, so can stand her ground against her opponents.

I think Sakuras punch is stronger than Kiba's fang over fang and is more accurate. Also she is very good at evading enemies such as during her fight with Sasori's 100 puppets . She can definitely defeat Kiba
As for Hinata, I think Sakura can defeat her, given that she can land at least 1 of her punch and she avoids her chakra palm hits. Also she could always throw a big boulder of stone towards Hinata or punch the ground to create a fissure to make her unsteady.

fang over fang is not that strong sakura could heal from it and than punch kiba end game

about hinata sakura is faster than her in the first place plus sakura better at dodging all she need is one hit and she can since she is faster smarter stronger

she need to hit sakura multiple times than use the gentle fist not only that hinata gentle fist isn't like neji sakura need one hit and she also can cut hinata muscle tissues and tendons by chakra scalpel

That was years ago and it was due to naruto`s encouragement. Also she can easily throw a paper bomb above sakura`s head and leave the mind transfer right before it hits her.
