I can't make a list that long but my top 5 are: Water 7, Enies Lobby, Alabasta, Dressrosa (so far) & Marineford.

For back-stories my favorite were Robin, chopper, Sanji & Franky. I loved them all so much.

My favourite arc would probably be Ennies Lobby, that scene where Luffy used Jet Gatling, that got me hooked to the show.
