I saw someone write that the mangaka said in an interview that the N1 hero in OPM was strong as or stronger than Saitama.

Anyone have any theories, ideas or info on this?

Blast has a tendency of not showing up to the Hero Association meetings, this could suggest that he is carefree like Saitama or even more than Saitama or puts his focus on something else.
