Ok so I'm trying to enjoy a bit of Minecraft on my mother's high quality laptop and whatnot.

However this problem emerges from my gameplay.

Whenever i try to press the keys of the board, say like the key W (to move forward), it seems the game interprets the key as a random key and whatever random key it believes it is, it will do what that random key is. Like, if i try to open the inventory (key E), the computer randomly brings up another block.

I have no idea how this happened and how to fix it. If anyone else has this problems and knows how to fix it, i'd extremely appreciate the help. None of the other computers in my house does this however.

Another weird thing, it used to work before, worked quite well before when i played Minecraft, but it seems a specific key was pressed and then... randomized key trouble :(

I tried restarting computer and all, but it seems to be a stubborn little computer bug and wont go away. Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you! :)

I'm not sure what your problem is, but it can have something to do with the key bindings.

1) Press ESC on your keyboard to pause Minecraft.
2) Then click the on-screen "Options..." button.
3) After this, click the on-screen "Controls..." button.
4) Press the key binding you would like to change and hit the new keyboard button you would like to use for that action.

Yes yes I have tried that Dx, i had a theory that if i tried to change one of those controls by pressing, say M, it would probably give a randomized key anyways, and i was right. i pressed M on the "Forward" change control button and the computer interpreted it as a random key. Random Key as in a randomized number. Im considering just pressing random keys again on my laptop to see if it would magicly fix itsself, but i doubt it :/

Thank you for your advice though :).
