[Question] Random threads

All the time i see people posting threads to things not even remotely anime related. Like: Why evolution doesn't exist, or Which next gen console will you buy? etc.

Clearly, random non naruto threads are allowed, but what section is completely non naruto threads allowed?

General Discussion: Discuss here the latest headlines and debate on serious matters.
Chatterbox:This is the place for random chat and funny topics.
