i actually thought it was quite bad ;___; seems i have quite a hipster opinion.

well it has some depth to it but meh
it's just too darn dark for my taste

Blur the C4Ds that are infrot of the render a bit to create some more depth. Sharpen the render a bit, and take off that lame border thing ruins the work.

I would give it a 5/10 because I have seen you do better...
I'm not sure what is up with the bg, but it doesn't totally complement the rest of the sig, and what's with the bottom of her hair? You can do better

Hmm..
Maybe lighten the stock you used in the background a bit? And as Kisame said, blur the C4D a bit, sharpen the render, and ditch the giant border.
