How do users become admins and moderators? What is the difference between a G-Mod and an administrator?

I think adminstrator has the ability to create sub-forums and such?

Users become Moderators after applying in the Moderator applications, which open every time new Moderators are needed.

Global Moderators Are Moderators who have power all over the forums. They have the same job as a normal Moderator the only difference is that they can moderate any section inside the Forum.

Administrators are charged with the forum maintenance, they give the forum updates, fix any types of problems with the forum, Any suggestion given by members they are the ones who add them etc. They also moderate the forum such as closing/opening threads, updating the rules any thing that a regular mod does.
