random question

First off, i understand that this question might not be in the correct section but i couldnt figure out where to put it and i know you guys wouldnt mind if i put in general discussion.

Ok so here it is. Someone neg repped me for no apparent reason. and the worst part is it says it is private.
So first question. Is there a way to dispute neg reps?
second question. How did he neg rep me privately??

Yup. An infraction is basically a strict warning. Not exactly sure what the rules are, but get 2 or 3 of those and you're outta here.
Just think twice before posting.

yes... too many infractions and you can get banned..... check your pms...... or pm an admin or global mod...

not really, if that vs thread was posted in the naruto discussion, he has a valid reason for it.. people aren't supposed to post vs threads in the discussion section.......
but just be careful, how many points do you have? if you get 3, it is a day ban..... if you go to your user profile or user cp, it will show how many points you have....

that's not good.... do any of the infractions say "expired" or "expiring in ....."
if you get 1 more point, it isn't good...

Click on "User CP" in the upper lefthand corner, it summarizes this stuff for you.

You were given an infraction for spam, to see your infractions go to your User Profile and select the "Infractions" tab.
