Never, if he learns to fly he'll become godmoded. Maybe Oonoki will use his jutsu to make him ultra-light and able to fly, but he won't actually, GET the ability to fly.

Why would he need to fly? He can already shoot massive energy bombs and turn into a giant ethereal monster fox, I think he'd have more fun just ****ing around in BM more than flying lol.

No he can't really fly, its only is Hawk Summon, but he was able to fly as Hebi Sasuke.
