Didnt Naruto give up trying to get sasuke back? Continuing on with this war just to come out to Sasuke just doesnt seem like a twist kishi would put in.... he is just not that good at telling love stories XD.

however, I would continue to watch if Sasuke rejected and continued to fight as planned, but if it turns into the next Book of Icha Icha I will probably snap and discontinue my fandom.
