I had made a Thread similar to this a while ago (one of my first threads actually), but it was flawed, so this is sort of my attempt at redeeming it/myself.

If Sasuke somehow got the sealed half of the 9 tails via Orochimaru as his personal summon in the beginning of Shippuden, and Naruto got his eyes switched with a pair of sharingan at the same time. Who do you think would be stronger, and why? What would benefit who the most?

Keep in mind that I have Given Sasuke access to PS (Just to try and even out the playing field) and Naruto has all his current abilities.
Naruto cannot evolve his Sharingan above 3 tomoe because he is not an Uchiha, and he cannot deactivate it just as Kakashi can't. He has all of the 3 tomoe abilities.
Sasuke can only control the Kyuubi, just like Madara, so he cannot go KCM or BM. Sasuke can however force the kyuubi to give him chakra through genjutsu.
Kurama cannot break out of the genjutsu.

I would choose Sasuke for my reasons which I will not state because I'm tired right now, but yeah think on who you would choose and why.

Sasuke with no sharingan would suck because he is more of a finesse fighter and he does flashy moves (His speed with the kyuubi chakra is the only threat) ... The kyuubi chakra works for naruto's fighting style because he uses brute force and his best defense is his offense.... so the kyuubi chakra doesnt fit sasuke's fighting style IMO

But i say this Fight would be a tie
