Quite like the first one and the second is ok I suppose, not much of a fan of B&W avatars. The third needs a better background, it doesn't fit your render(?) one bit. If it's a stock, bad pick. The last one's border is pretty bad.

Try to get more familiar with PS. Your color work really needs work, but I'm sure you can improve it. Also, fix the border, I assume you followed the tutorial for

? Right now, your main point has to be getting better woth your coloring/editing. After that, try some brushes or whatever else. PS has alot to offer
