Its prohibited in all conditions not only after sunset... if you are making fun then don't do it, and you will not go to hell if you don't push yourself towards it, ALLAH is merciful may ALLAH bless you....

Depends where you in the world you're fasting. In Denmark people fast 20 or 21 hours.
