.Raiton techs convert chakra into electricity. To generate electricity the chakra needs a high frequency of vibrations. This requires a great amount of chakra. Once in this state the chakra can be fused with chakra blades, increase the power of the chakra by focusing it. These techniques are quick and can penetrate most solid objects, and tends to numb the target. Though the chakra is essentially lighting, it is not as quick as natural lighting, the speed depends on how well the user is able to handle the use of this nature. Raiton is strong against Doton, and weak against Futon. ​

Moving on to jutsu's.

Now focus chakra to your hands and transform it into raiton chakra.Then in your mind,picture a small bolt of lightning.Then manipulate the raiton chakra to such a degree that it resembles lightning bolts,this is shape manipulation.Then shoot the bolt at that tree

Starts to concentrate chakra in to my palm, extending towards my finger tips, then begins to form chakra into Raiton, collects mor chakra towards the hand. Focus my chakra a bit more, then I aim and shoot a bolt at the tree pointed at.

.I start to build of up chakra and begin to convert it to Raiton, then I focus the chakra in to my palm, now I have a good amount, I then slam my palm on the ground releasing a thin stream of lighting that jumps towards the clone.
