Chelsea entered into the training ground which looks rather calm and serene. It is rare for a training ground to be that much calm and serene. There was no activity whatsoever. Chelsea walked further inside to investigate and saw a guy laying on the ground, watching clouds with a nonchalant look on his face. Interestingly, the face was familiar.o.o

Chakra are commonly as ninja life force, a ninja would take his physical and spiritual energy to create chakra. Chakra can be use to enhance ninja physical strength also a ninja can mold their chakra to create ninjutsu.
Lightning is one of the five basic element and known as the most destructive out of five basic element. Lightning are weak against Wind because win act as a natural insulator to lightning , thus hindering lightning's strong points to a degree when coming into contact with each other. Lightning are strong against earth due to the sheer destructive force of lightning itself. Some notable lightning user are Sasuke, Kakashi and the Raikage.
Even though lightning are beautiful because of their flash it should always be handle with great care because of sheer destructive power of the lightning.''

Good analysis. Though you missed few points, which I guess I should add before proceeding.
Each individual has their own chakra reserves, which can be increased by working on physical energy or experience. You were right, when you said that chakra=physical+spiritual energy, but you forgot to add that there are many other types of chakras as well, such as tailed beast chakra or senjutsu chakra. Tailed beasts are unique beasts found in the Narutoverse and has unique red colored chakra, which is large in quantity. Senjutsu chakra on the other hand uses natural energy alongside individual's own chakra to produce unique skills known as 'senjutsu skills'.
Chakra is nothing but physical energy(Yang attribute)+ Spiritual energy(Yin attribute) and different clans have different proportion of chakra and accordingly different proportion of Yang or Yin attribute.For example, Senju clan of forest has high amount of chakra reserves due to good endurance and physical abilities(Yang part) and Uchiha clan of Konoha are good with spiritual abilities(Yin part), making them good with genjutsus. Chakra of every shinobi has distinct color and based upon which it is possible to see chakra of individual and track him/her, trait which dojutsu like 'sharingan' uses to track shinobis. Just like you pointed out, chakra is nothing but the life force. The life force that is present in each and every shinobi in the ninja world and just like you mentioned shinobi needs chakra to perform the jutsus. It is called life force because a shinobi can't stay alive without having chakra and dies after his chakra reaches to zero, just like Kakashi died in Pain arc while fighting against deva path. Chakra is circulated over the entire body using the electronic circuit like system known as 'chakra pathway system'. Within this system, there are 361 nodes known as 'tenketsus'. This tenketsus are analogous to the switches present in an electronic circuits and control the flow of chakra. This trait is used by clans such as Hyuuga clan that has Byakugan, a dojutsu that can use this quality of tenketsus to harm their opponents. Yes, Lightning and Water indeed share unique relationship. Lightning and Water aren't related in the weakness and strength chart, but water is a good conductor of lightning and hence water can be used to increase the range of your lightning jutsu and in turn make it more powerful.
Consider the example of Sasuke vs Darui fight. Before using lightning jutsu, Darui used a water jutsu and then used a lightning jutsu. Water jutsu acted as a carrier, amplifying the effect of lightning jutsu which he used after that. Thing to note here is, effective range of the combination is the range of the water jutsu. For example, if I used a mid range water jutsu to create a lake and then sent lightning bolts towards my opponent standing on top of that lake, then it will electrocute the entire lake. The downside is, if I am standing on top of that lake as well, then it will electrocute and harm me too. This is the reason one must take precautions while using lightning jutsus.
Though, you know what is irony here?? Both water and lightning come together to form an interesting KG, which is storm release.

Shikamaru hold the paper in his right hand then he move his right hand forward. He then concentrate on thinking about lightning. Then he focuses his lightning chakra on his hand then channel it into the the paper. Suddenly a burst of lightning come out from the paper, Making the paper shreds to pieces then completely destroyed to nothing.

shikamaru put his right hand forward, He think about how beautiful the flash of lightning and how can lightning destroy thing in mere second. After focuses his raiton chakra into his right hand then channel it into the paper. Slowly the paper start to wrinkle in shikamaru hand then suddenly the paper start to crumble into pieces.

Now, time to start the actual jutsus. We are going to do two at a time. I am going to teach you with my analysis method, where I post the jutsu, analyze it and then ask you question regarding the jutsu, which you have to answer. You can always stop me anytime to ask your doubts.
Chelsea then reads the description of first jutsu and then proceeds to analyze it.
The first one is a really basic lightning jutsu. You just have to gather your lightning chakra and then send it in the form of lightning bolts towards your opponent to shock him. The bolts can make their way till the mid range and can be used to shock multiple opponents standing on top of water(I already told you about unique relation between water and lightning, right??)
Also, it can be used in CQC battles alongside taijutsu to surprise your opponents. It doesn't require handseals and hence pretty fast.
Just try it out on the wooden dummy there.

Second one, on the other hand sends serge of lightnings across the ground to shock your opponent. After that he apply nature manipulation to change the chakra into lightning then he used shape manipulation to blast the lightning towards the dummy in the form of lightning bolt destroying the dummy into pieces.
