Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.
Gather your lightning chakra, and proceed to release it in the form of a wave of electricity with which to shock your opponent, this technique isn't that good when used by itself, but would power up itself as well as a water technique when the two are used in conjunction with each other, go ahead and give the jutsu a try.

Disadvantage: without fusing with a Water Jutsu, this technique is
rather lacking in prowess.
– Wind jutsu’s of any rank can contend/stop this
jutsu. -
– Its simplicity for stict attacking purposes allows it
to be stopped easily -
Combination strategies: This jutsu can go well the water whip or sword of draining by adding electricity to it.
