Alrighty, then.

First of all, lets start with the basics. Tell me everything you know about lightning.
Go as much in detail as you can, I expect a lot from this and I also want nice grammar; no stuff like "Iz guud againts rockz".

Raiton is one of the five basic elements that a shinobi can control and use to their advantage. Raiton is one of the most destructive elements that a shinobi can use. Raiton is weak when used against Fuuton jutsu, however it is strong when used against Doton jutsu. Two examples of Raiton justu are chidori and kirin which can be used by sasuke, a Raiton user.

Hmm, give me more information. How is it used most of the time, what are it's advantages, its disadvantages. Try to think out of the box, don't be afraid to give some of your own theories.

Raiton jutsu are mostly used to attack their opponents, however there are a few defense Raiton jutsu. When Raiton and Suiton are mixed and collaborated into one jutsu, not only can it drown the enemy, but while it is drowning the enemy it shocks them violently since water is a conductor. However since Raiton jutsu are mostly attack it is quite hard to dodge Fuuton jutsu without getting hurt. Another disadvantage is if a Suiton jutsu is used against you it will most likely absorb the Raiton and shock you.

Very nice. Also keep in mind that mud is an excellent conductor for lightning, and this is forgotten in battle quite some time. Don't use it as a way to get out of mud, ever!

Ok, now fill your hand with water. As you do this, I shock the water with a very light amount of lightning. what do you feel?

*I fill my hands with water and then when you shock it i feel a tingling sensation in my skin.*

I can feel the vibrations of the lightning and a tingling sensation in my hands. I also feel the lightning entering my body and becoming one with it.

Alright. Keep in mind that a lot of lightning attacks are made for numbing/paralyzing the opponent, and others to actually kill.

Now we're going to learn jutsus. I want you to give me advantages and disadvantages for every jutsu, as well as a description.

For the first jutsu, I'll won't require this as it's too simple.

*I begin by running up to a tree and then pointing my finger tips at the tree. Then I start gathering my raiton chakra and I focus it into the tips of my fingers. After that I release the raiton chakra from the tips of my fingers, and use shape manipulation in order to shape it into small static bolts, that char the tree.*

Ok good good. I would like you to know that this simple jutsu is enough to stop earth fissure, as sending chakra in the ground can disrupt doton based attacks.

Focus your chakra in your hands and slam them in the ground to create a surge of lightning to go to this clone I make

*I quickly focus my raiton chakra into my hands and then slam them on the ground. Then, as I slam my hands on the ground i release my raiton chakra, and i direct my raiton chakra towards your clones shocking him repeatedly until he finally poofs away.*

Advantages:

~You can stop D through C rank Doton jutsu that involve the earth touching the ground
~ Lightning travels fast so it can reach the enemy quickly

Disadvantages

~If the opponent jumps they can block the jutsu
~The lightning is visable
~You have to slam your hands on the ground

Actually, the opponent can't jump to avoid it.
You probably don't know this yet, but in order to avoid or defend from a jutsu, you are obliged to use a jutsu yourself. You can't just say "I dodge your attack by side stepping" or "I dodge it by running away from it". This is not allowed. Good job for the first jutsu though.

Description: The user hits the opponent with an electric field shield that covers the users body.

Use raiton chakra and focus it around your body. Create a shield around you.

*I start by gathering Raiton chakra in the center of my chest. Then I use my chakra network to flow the Raiton chakra throughout my whole entire body, starting out with my arms, legs and my head. Then After i make sure all of my body has equal chakra i push out the raiton chakra and vibrate it rapidly so it becomes somewhat like lighting armor protecting me.*

Advantages
~This is one of the few raiton defensive jutsu
~You can attack with this

Disadvatages
~This is a low ranked jutsu
~If you get hit with water or B rank mud you will be zapped

This is a good jutsu for incoming earth attacks, like stone spikes (which is C-rank I believe.) Good good.
