Ah, a familiar face. Before we begin let's go through the basics. Tell me all you know about lightning release. Include its uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, related Kekkei Genkai, and possible results when mixed with other elements such as Suiton.

Lightning release(Raiton) is one of the basic five natural chakra natures.Raiton allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave then vulnerable to another attack.
Raiton can be generated through conductors such as iron,steel,copper or any other metals. Also raiton can be infused with water and natural lightning , thus rendering the element to be stronger. Another thing is that, whenever the user of both Suiton and Raiton is able to use both efficiently,he can awake the KA Storm release.
- Raiton is weak against Wind Fuuton due to wind being a natural insulator to Electricity.
- Raiton is strongest against Doton since lightning can easily travel through and break the ground apart.

Since you've never molded raiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of lightning (a description of lightning's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Afterwards, transfer the chakra to your hand and covert it into small lightning bolts released at your target. Try shocking me.

First I start by imagining the nature and behaviour of electricity.I imagine in my head how molecules vibrate in high frequencies , I imagine it's velocity,it's brightness and power. While I was picturing those images in my head,I started molding some chakra which should mimic everything I listed above. When I gathered the right amount of chakra I conducted it towards my hand,and then I reached out towards my sensei with my electified hand. When I grabed him by his hand,I released these small balts of lightning at my sensei which caused a slight shock.

Good job...stung a little but i'm fine. T^T Now i want you to gather lightning chakra in your hand and slam it on the ground. Release the chakra as an electrical current moving across the ground to a nearby target who'll get shocked once it touches his feet. Try it on one of these guys. I'm sure they won't mind. :heh:

First I molded some chakra and then I turned it into raiton via nature manipulation. I concetrated all of it into my right hand. When I gathered the right amount of electricity in my right hand I slamed it into the ground. The electricity started spreading around from my hand into the earth. When it reached the surrounding clones,it shocked them and they disappeared into a puff of smoke.
Not bad. Let's see if you're ready for sets of three. This one is pretty simple: Just gather lightning in your hands and release it towards your target as a wave of lightning bolts to shock him. Here's a volunteer.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.
Now i want you to generate an electric field around your body to act as a kind of armor. It will shock whoever comes in contact with it. Protect yourself.

*First jutsu*
First I molded and transformed some raiton chakra. Then I channeled the gathered chakra towards my right hand. As my hand was becoming filled with raiton chakra you could clearly see small electric charges being released from hand. When the jutsu was ready I released a wave of lightning bolts towards the Pein. Pain was completely shocked and left immobile when the attack reached him. After that he fell on the ground with his semi-burned blackened hair.
*Second jutsu*
I start by performing the Boar, Ram, Snake, Horse, and Dragon handseals. Then I channeled some leftover raiton chakra towards my right hand. When my hand became too sparkly and electrified,I released a powerful stream of lightning towards the Peins in the jacuzzi. When the lightining entered the jacuzzi filled with water,the Peins were instantly fried and knocked out by this attack. They were left unconscious and little sparks of electricity moving through their body.
*Third jutsu*
As the Pain was closing in towards me,I started molding some chakra and then I started transforming it into raiton chakra. When that was done I started releasing raiton chakra through all chakra points of my body,into the surroundings. That resulted in a electric field which formed a sphere around me. When the Pains foot entered this electrified spehere,he was instantly shocked by it and he fell on the ground fried and unconscious.

Here, run up the face of this cliff and perform the Snake handseal, an upside down Tiger handseal, and clap your hands together. Once you've done that release a wave of electricity into the rock above to break off chunks of it, crushing whoever is below you once the rock rains past you. Your target will be following you up the cliff.
*randomly chooses an unlucky Pein to follow you*
(Raiton: Iwa Nadare) - Lightning Style: Stone Avalanche

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Next, raise your hand in front of you with your fingers strait. Gather lightning in your hand and release it in the form of a large horn made up of several lightning bolts spread out. Fend these guys off.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

Description: The user will raise their hand in front of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.
Now take out a sword and channel raiton chakra throughout the blade to enhance its sharpness. With that done you utilize the chakra within it to levitate the sword before creating two more physical copies of it, also levitating. You should then control the blades to spin quickly and fly towards your target almost like shurikens. Mow these guys down.

( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.
