Lightning release is one of the five basic Nature Transformations of chakra. It is created by vibrating chakra quickly. Lightning is characterized by quickness and ability to pierce through objects. Lightning can also paralyze targets struck by it. Additionally, lightning chakra can be streamed through weapons, increasing the cutting power and inducing numbness when struck. Lightning jutsu is normally produced as bolts of lightning or as a more widespread electric current. Lightning is strong against Earth, as it can travel through the earth and break right through it. Wind, however, is strong against lightning, as wind insulates electricity. Fire and water are both neutral to lightning, however water can conduct electricity, meaning that it can be comboed with lightning jutsu for a more damaging result. Fire lacks any unique relationship with lightning.

Confident that you can take the shock effectively, I close my eyes and envision the chakra in my chest jumping rapidly from one small point to another. Bright electric sparks flew about in every direction. Condensing the rogue electrons, I forced them down through my arm until they built up around the palm of my right hand. As the pressure grew, I focused the current of chakra into a focused bolt, and fire it out of my hand towards your arm, leaving the end of my sleeve slightly smoldering.
*The lightning racing through my arm makes it spasm a bit and little smoke drifts off my hand*

Similarly to last time, I build up the chakra in my chest and direct it towards both my palms, rapidly moving it as it travels down. Building up the maximum amount of chakra in my hands, I slam my hands down onto the ground, releasing the built up chakra as an electric current.
Good enough. Please include more details into your replies. This one is pretty simple: Just gather lightning in your hands and release it towards your target as a wave of lightning bolts to shock him. Here's a volunteer training dummy.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.
Now i want you to generate an electric field around your body to act as a kind of armor. It will shock whoever comes in contact with it. Protect yourself.

I've been fairly inactive, so right now I can't actually learn the C rank jutsu.
Again, I concentrate and begin to manipulate the chakra in my torso in order to change it into lightning chakra. I forced the chakra into bouncing back and forth of itself quickly, creating a mass of vibrating chakra. As it sped up, I directed a portion of it down both of my arms, speeding it up even further. The electric current formed in my arms condensed into a bolt of electricity, ready to leap towards the nearest target. As the bolt was about to fire, I separated the into several smaller bolts, causing the pent-up lightning to fire out of my palms towards the Pein.
Again, I concentrate and begin to manipulate the chakra in my torso in order to change it into lightning chakra. I forced the chakra into bouncing back and forth of itself quickly, creating a mass of vibrating chakra. As it sped up, I directed a portion of it down both of my arms, speeding it up even further.
