Quite a nice and useful technique, I like it. So you have already learned the chidori, with this technique you form the chidori over your hand and then reshape it into countless lightning needless which you direct towards your target with a simple hand gesture of the hand used to form the chidori.
Attack my clone and try hitting every inch of his body.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.
For this one you gather your lightning chakra in either one of your hands and form a small sphere of lightning energy, you then thrust your hand with the ball or toss it towards the target as a projectile whilst releasing its energy and causing a lightning explosion that blasts forward.

Satoshi would repeat the corresponding sequence of handeals to perform chidori. Now with the chidori in his hand , he would focus on converting the chakra into needle shaped bolts before hurling all of them at once towards a nearby clone. The tree stood no chance as the chidori senbon ripped through the clones clothes and flesh, causing it to slump over while drenched in blood before vanishing withing a cloud of smoke .
Advantage - this technique is similar to how a shotgun works. At close range, countless needles are sent flying towards an opponent at a high speed .it also doesn't require handseals so this would be an ideal move when pressured in a fight.
Disadvantage - this jutsu is made to attack a general area and isn't good for precise targeting. Also it cannot span to a larger range U_U
Next , satoshi would hold out his right hand and release his Raiton chakra. He would focus it and mold it into a condensed ball of pure lightning which would give off a bluish glow. Satoshi postioned his body as if he were a baseball pitcher then threw the ball of lightning towards a defenseless tree. On impact, the ball would explode , causing the tree to be completely destroyed along with the surrounding vegetation.
Advantage- this jutsu can be used ass a melee attack and also be thrown as a projectile. Not only that but it explodes on impact.
Disadvantage- Wouldn't if I used this as a melee attack, it would damage me too since it like explodes Lol ?

It wouldn't harm you since it doesn't really "explode", it actually "blasts" forward. It would be like an explosion but instead of the explosion being omni-directional, it blasts only forward.
As a counter for the Thunder Up technique, how do you suppose this technique would work?

Since you have already learned the four pillar bind technique, this technique would be relatively easy for you to learn. Perform the required hand seals and emerge 16 pillars of stone surrounding the target, you then manipulate the stone into the form of a cubic oven before releasing the series of lightning bolts from the inside of the oven.

(Raiton: Jūrokuchū Shibari) – Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.
Another chidori special, form the chidori once more and alter the properties of it slightly whilst simultaneous adding shape manipulation to shape it into a blade which you are able to extend from your hand. However, the limit of the extension would be 10 meters, meaning you have to be sure of the distance between yourself and the target before attacking him.
Once more, attack my clone by driving the chidori spear through his heart.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.
That counter would be very effective against the thrunder up tech , it requires no handseals and pushes everything out of its way so it would be ideal to use against someone who is coming at you from close range.

His chakra would flow underneath the clone and rise out of the ground in the form of 16 pillars of stone which would surround the clone. Satoshi would then use shape manipulation to form a box like structure. Inside the box , bolts of high voltage lightning would dance around the area of the box , electrocuting everything inside.
Adv- this technique can harm more than one target and it is more than just an attack, its a barrier which traps the enemy inside so the enemy would have to find a way out.
Dis- this jutsu seems like it would take time to be formed. Enough to get me killed Lol

1) You just use them as is.
2) If the structure is not destroyed, I believe it retains its form.
Next...
Start by gathering your chakra before then molding the gathered raw chakra into lightning based chakra, you then release the lightning chakra and add nature transformation to form a whirling vortex of electricity all around yourself. By then adding shape manipulation, you chape the vortex into the form of a dragon’s head that you manipulate to grow and then shoot forward towards your opponent. Give a try on my clone. If you happen to miss him for some reason, just manipulate the lightning to jump out of the vortex and still attack the clone.

You then slam your hands onto the ground and release the lightning chakra, you then pool the lightning chakra beneath your opponent and add nature transformation to it before it releases itself into a gigantic column of electricity.
Satoshi released raw chakra from his body before adding the lightning element to it. The lightning crackled and danced around his body in a vortex and with the use of his shape manipulation skills, he molded the top of the vortex into the head of a dragon. Satoshi stared at the clone as he directed the dragon toward it. The dragon head collided with the clone, shocking him violently before he exploded into a cloud of smoke.
Adv- you are protected by the vortex I assume while preparing your strike with the dragon head
Dis- below me is vulnerable to attack since I'm focused on my target and forming/keeping the dragon
