Hey there newest protege, before we begin let's go through the basics. Tell me all you know about lightning release. Include its uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, related Kekkei Genkai, and possible results when mixed with other elements such as Suiton.

Okay, Lightning release or Raiton, is one of 5 of the basic five chakra natures .
Lightning release is weak against Wind Release becuase wind is a natural insulator to Electricity.
Lightning release is strong against , Earth release.
Raiton lets the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave then vulnerable to another attack.
When raiton is infused with suiton, or when suiton and raiton can both be used well by the user the Kekkei genkei storm release can be unlocked.
How is that Senpai?

Hiyori starts to imagine a strong image of electricity and lightning bolts in her mind. Focusing on that image and not letting it go, she tries to mimic the nature of the bolts, she then tries to transfer chakara into her hand, small lightning bolts slowly appear as she attempts to shock her Senpai.

Hiyori try's to focus more on the image of lightning and the nature of it in her mind, she then tries for a second time to mould the Chakara into her hand and tries to mimic the nature of the lightning bolts. She waits and waits but finally sees small lightning bolts appear and she attempts to shock her senpai for a second time hoping for better results.

Hiyori nods Her head and begins to gather Lightning chakara into her hands. Seeing the pain infront of her, she releases it towards him and a wave of lightning bolts release towards him shocking him.
She looks at the pein in the jacuzzi then makes the hand seals Boar, Ram, Snake, Horse and dragon and gathers lightning once again into her hands and tries to release a strong and powerful stream of lightning towards the pein in the jacuzzi. She watches as it heads straight towards him and fries him while in the jacuzzi.
Hiyori then sees the pein jumping towards her ready to kick her, she then covered herself in the intense electric field to protect herself and watches as the pein gets electrocuted as his foot hits her.
She looks at the pein in the jacuzzi then makes the hand seals Boar, Ram, Snake, Horse and dragon and gathers lightning once again into her hands and tries to release a strong and powerful stream of lightning towards the pein in the jacuzzi. She watches as it heads straight towards him and fries him while in the jacuzzi.
Hiyori then sees the pein jumping towards her ready to kick her, she then covered herself in the intense electric field to protect herself and watches as the pein gets electrocuted as his foot hits her.
Hiyori nods and try's the last jutsu again. She then using her lightning chakra generates a strong electric field made from lightning and electricity around herself acting as an armor that will electrocute the pein that is Coming towards her

Here, run up the face of this cliff and perform the Snake handseal, an upside down Tiger handseal, and clap your hands together. Once you've done that release a wave of electricity into the rock above to break off chunks of it, crushing whoever is below you once the rock rains past you. Your target will be following you up the cliff.
*randomly chooses an unlucky Pein to follow you*
(Raiton: Iwa Nadare) - Lightning Style: Stone Avalanche

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Next, raise your hand in front of you with your fingers strait. Gather lightning in your hand and release it in the form of a large horn made up of several lightning bolts spread out. Fend these guys off.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

Description: The user will raise their hand in front of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.
Now take out a sword and channel raiton chakra throughout the blade to enhance its sharpness. With that done you utilize the chakra within it to levitate the sword before creating two more physical copies of it, also levitating. You should then control the blades to spin quickly and fly towards your target almost like shurikens. Mow these guys down.

( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.

Hiyori follows her sensei to a cliff. She formed a snake handseals and a upside down hand seal then claps her hands together, she then released a wave of electricity into the Rock to break off parts of it., which came down on the unlucky pein.
After that she lifted her hand up with her fingers straight while gathering lighting chakra into her hand. She then released the Lightning bolts in the form of a horn that was spread outwards hitting who came towards her.

Decent, but you could do better. Now generate bolts of lightning around your forearm. Then jump in the air and slam your hand on the ground as you land, releasing the lightning into and the across the ground around you. It should reach up to 5 meters away and shock anyone in the area. Try it out.

Hiyori nods and begins to generate bolts of lightning around her forearm, afterwards she jumps in the air and as landed she tries to slam her hand on the ground and release the Lightning 5 meters across the ground around her hoping that it stops the two attacking Peins.
Afterwards she performs the Ox handseal and holds out her hands, while releasing lightning chakra in front of her to generate a wall of lightning that should shock the Peins charging at her

Hm...not a great show. Don't expect an encore. Next time throw in some gusto. For this jutsu raise your hands (or weapon) to the sky and send electricity into the clouds above us. Afterwards make lightning drop from the clouds and strike your target. These lightning strikes are fast but nowhere close to actual ones. Teach these guys how electricity was discovered.

Next, perform the Ram, Boar, Dog, Bird, and Hare handseals before utilizing lightning chakra to force the earth to rise in the shape of four large pillars surrounding your target. Then discharge multiple lightning currents from these pillars to paralyze and electrocute whoever is trapped inside. Try it on this big guy.

In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.
