The two senpais enter (I'm using both of my bios), and see the Uchiha brothers standing at attention. At least they were early.
"Uchihas, Aigis. They look like brothers, too..."
"Hopefully they live up to their clan's name, Souji-kun."
They talked amongst themselves for a moment, then turned to their students.
Souji is the first to speak. He's got a nice, friendly voice: "Hey! I'm Souji Seta of Konoha, one of your teachers for today."
Aigis is the next to speak. Her voice is more business-like, almost robotic... "Greetings, I'm Aigis, the Mandalore, your other teacher. Welcome to Raiton training."
"So... just give us a quick introduction of yourselves, and we'll get right down to it."
(This is how it's going to work. I will give a training post, and you two will follow with each of your replies. I won't post again until you both reply. That way, we all go at the same pace ^^)

"Alright, Sasuke-kun. I want you to start this off with your basic foundation. Tell me what you know of the ideas of chakra, shinobi, and ninjutsu. How are they related to each other? Please tell me this in your own words."
Souji stretched a little and looked at Itachi.
"Alright, 'big bro', after Sasuke's done, go ahead and follow up by telling me everything you know about lightning... like what it is... who are some famous users of lightning in our world... strengths and weaknesses. Also, what are some Kekkei Genkais that use lightning as component?"
Both of them waited for their students to answer.

After this, Aigis showed the Uchiha brothers two pieces of paper, they were small and square shaped.
"This is the chakra paper exercise. I want you to each take a piece of paper and channel your Raiton chakra through it. Visualize what lightning is... it's powerful, straightforward, and full of energy. Imagine what it's like. What it looks like, what it feels like... and mold your chakra to resemble lightning. After channeling it through the paper, it will respond to your chakra and shrivel up."

Sasuke puts the chakra paper on his left hand, and presses his right on it. he then closes his eyes, trying to focus. he thinks about the lightning itself and how powerful it is. he begins to channel his chakra through the paper. he thinks about how the lightning itself sounds, and tries to focus even harder. he tries to mold his chakra to resemble lightning even more
"i can do this, i can do this!" he mumbles
and he feels like something is happening to the paper. the paper begins to shrivel as it responds to his chakra. he opens his hands and smiles at the paper. his head up, he looks at his senseis with a smile on face still.
"oh my! im so hyped up i almost forget to give the explanations"
"Shape transformation is an advanced form of chakra control and a technique that is pivotal for the manipulation of chakra and the creation of new techniques. It involves changing the form and movement of chakra, determining the size, range, and purpose of a technique. "
"while for nature transformation," Sasuke takes a breath, and continues it. "its an advanced form of chakra control. It entails the moulding and defining of one's chakra into an innate type of chakra nature, altering its properties and characteristics."
"to create a modified ninjutsu, both transformation are needed. nature transformation, to change the actual nature of the chakra, altering its properties and characteristics, while for Shape Transformation, its needed to change the form and movement of chakra. Explains Sasuke.

"Yes. But this is just the beginning of your journey. The path of a shinobi is not easy. But we commend your knowledge of the basic concepts." Aigis calmly stated, giving a faint smile and nodding once, eyes closed.
Aigis set up a couple of targets and training dummies, and got the equipment ready, while Souji spoke to Sasuke and Itachi.
"Alright. Sasuke, I will have you perform this first technique. The D-ranks are simple, so all you have to do is try them out."
"The first one will have you manipulating your Raiton chakra in your hands, condensing it into bolts. You can then shoot these small lightning bolts at your nearby targets. Very fast to perform, quick and easy in a pinch, as well."
"There are two targets next to you I want you to hit. One is in short range, 5 meters, from you. The other one is 10 meters, mid range. Test it out, and be as descriptive as you can!"
Aigis finished setting up what she needed to do and then walked over to Itachi. They watched Souji and Sasuke do their thing, and she began speaking to him.
"As for you, Itachi, I want you to concentrate your Raiton chakra in your hands, and slam the ground with it. Channel your Raiton chakra through the ground, releasing a surging current that shocks your target. Remember, this jutsu is only short-ranged, so be careful that you use it properly."
"Try and shock me with that technique. I'm serious. Don't worry, I can handle it..." she said, confidently.

after a couple of nods, sasuke says "Got it, souji senpai"
sasuke sets his mind focused on his chakra system. he gathers his chakra from his body, and channels it through his left hand. he closes his eyes as he's trying to focus on his hand, manipulating his chakra into raiton chakra. now that he has done it, he tries his best to condense his raiton chakra into bolts.
he begins to hear a sound, quite familiar, and he knows what it is. a lightning sound. he opens his eyes and he sees it. he sees small lightning bolts in his left hands, and then a little smile is shown on his face. but he knows what to do, and its not to smile. he raises his head, glimpsing those two targets, and he releases the small lightning bolts toward the nearest target.
"one down," Sasuke says.
his lightning bold hit the first target, which is 5 meters away from him. without taking a break, sasuke closes one eye, taking aim at the last target, and raises his left hand. sasuke shoots another lightning bolts toward the second target and hits it.
"i did it, didnt i? or it wasnt good enough?" Sasuke asks his senpai.

"Don't worry, if you two use the same jutsu against each other, they'll cancel each other out and collide in between you two. At least, that's the plan... heh."
(For this one it doesn't matter who shoots first, the other one will just fire the same jutsu back to cancel it out ^^)

sasuke gets a bit surprised as his sensei is telling him to attack itachi. he was about to open his mouth, expressing his worries, when his senpai continued explaining that the jutsu will cancel each other out. still, he's a little worried.
instead, he just says "understood, senpai."
now that he's done it for a couple of times, he isn't as struggling as he was to do this. sasuke grips his left hand with his right, and concentrates. he begins to channel his chakra thorugh his left palm, and manipulates it into raiton chakra. and he can see a light. a light comes from the lightning on his left palm. he tries to manipulate even more raiton chakra onto his left, and he hears a sound getting louder, the sound of a lightning, from his hand.
after that, sasuke raises his left hand up. he looks at itachi for a sec,
"oh God. i hope this works out"
he takes an aim at itachi, and without a doubt on his eyes, he swings his hand as he unleashes a wave of lightning bolts at itachi.
instead, he just says "understood, senpai."
now that he's done it for a couple of times, he isn't as struggling as he was to do this. sasuke grips his left hand with his right, and concentrates. he begins to channel his chakra thorugh his left palm, and manipulates it into raiton chakra. and he can see a light. a light comes from the lightning on his left palm. he tries to manipulate even more raiton chakra onto his left, and he hears a sound getting louder, the sound of a lightning, from his hand.
after that, sasuke raises his left hand up. he looks at itachi for a sec,
"oh God. i hope this works out"

As expected, the two jutsus clashed with each other and cancelled out.
"Good, good... I was afraid someone was gonna get hurt, but no one did, so that's awesome! Heh..." Souji remarked
Without saying another word, Aigis created a Shadow Clone of herself that stood on the water at the nearby lake.
"Let's now begin the C-ranks. I hope you two are ready. We'll be doing the same drills as before, assigning each of you a technique to use, and by the end of each round, you'll have learned both."

sasuke takes a deep breath, before starts focusing his mind. without taking a long time, he channels his chakra onto his left hand, and manipulates it into raiton chakra. he also channels the raiton chakra onto his right palm. the lightnings, of course, begin to appear.
"No, still not enough. more, more.." sasuke mutters
he tries harder to channel more raiton chakra, and the lightnings on his hands are getting bigger. and when the amount of lightning is good enough, he lifts his hands up. he looks at the aigis' clone on the lake, and shifts his eyes onto where the clone is standing.
"right there," says sasuke in his mind.
he takes his aim before he releases a powerful wave of lightning from his hands. the lightning strikes right at the place he meant to strike, at the base of her feet, where she touches the water. or, touched. the clone has disappeared now.
"wow, it really works. i think its a great technique. pretty lethal i'd say. even more deadly, if we combine it with water jutsu, or just some kind of water near the enemy on battlefield. unfortunately, the range is short. it could be a long range attack, but it depends on the water we combine with this technique. anything i miss, senpai?"
