Slowly getting to the training field, I feel as if something entirely changed. First I was here waiting for my teachers to show up, now I was this teacher who would show up. Seeing how the student was simply waiting for me. Gazing at him, I see how he was wearing a mask, and a very tight suit, a personification of the word defining a stealthy ninja. As I got close enough I look at him, as I see his eyes come back straight at me. It was almost nostalgic, as an image of mine, was visible in this ninja. I used to be waiting for the teacher, but would I have what it takes to be able to guide someone in the arts of battle? Could I be worthy to teach him the element with the most destructive power known. Trying to let go of the insecureness, I simply make a small smile, as I reply with a calm soft voice while looking at him.

Standing with his arms folded, Ryū stood patiently and gazed upon the lands, a calm aura sweeping throughout the landscape around him. As he looked around, he spotted the silhouette of a man walking towards him. Ryū was waiting at these grounds for a teacher to educate him in the arts of Raiton, Lightning Release. Ryū stands, waiting for this man to come to him. Upon hearing the first few words fall from his lips, Ryū knew that this would be his sensei. Ryū listens to the man as he introduces himself, and speak further. Being the patient man that he was, Ryū was not opposed to making conversation with him during training. Unfolding his arms, letting them hang by his side, and standing up straight, Ryū responds.
"My name is Hayabusa Ryū. I don't have any dreams that I aspire to fulfill, but I do indeed have an ambition. To protect the lands of this world from the darkness of evil. To do that, I need the power to be able to live up to that ambition. Raiton is the perfect element for this, since it will allow me to strike precisely and accurately, but most importantly, without mercy. It will grant me power and abilities not offered by the other elements. However, I also want to learn control; refinement. Given that Raiton is the most destructive element, learning to control this element will give me even greater skill in battle."

Seeing how the student replied, it made me actually a little surprised. Ryu seemed to be an educated individual, calm, focused and smart. He gave his answer slowly, as I was hearing what he had to say. His points made sense. As dreams and ambitions are all personal he expected to see people think differently, but yet again so similar. His goal was actually noble, a dark shadow fighting for the good, punishing the evil. I liked the concept of it. As I closed my eyes slightly and made a smile, my expression later on became fully serious. The eyes narrow down, as I look at my student full of concentration. I started talking with a more serious tone, I had to adapt myself to him, or I would not be able to perfectly understand him.
So, before we begin with the actual techniques, I need to test how much you already know about us shinobi, and more than that, how much you know about the element itself. You say lightning is the most destructive element, you say that you have an ambition which you want to fulfill. Explain to me now, Hayabusa Ryū. What is a shinobi? What are we, Ninja? I want you to also explain to me about the energy we call chakra, and to finalize it all, tell me about the lightning element itself. What makes it the most destructive?

Ryū stood still, awaiting the teacher's response. He had hoped that his response was one that his teacher had expected, but this slight nervousness was not visible or made obvious. Ryū was tempted to smile at the notion of feeling something such as nervousness, as he thought he had long grown past the point of being able to feel such a thing, but his stoic and serious demeanour prevented such a thing. Upon hearing his sensei's questions, Ryū took a few moments to think about and respond with the best answer.
"Ninja are beings that have access to a form of energy known as chakra. This energy is created through the combination of Physical Energy and Mental Energy. Using this chakra, ninja are able to perform incredible feats that ordinary humans are unable to. These feats, majority of the time, involve or require the use of chakra to perform. This chakra flows throughout a ninja's body via a circulatory system, but is free for ninja to draw from. A lot of the time, the use of this energy known as chakra is seen via the use of things known as techniques. Using these techniques and other tools at their disposal, ninja are able to complete their goals and achieve their desires. As his student was answering the questions, I simply put my hand around one another tying them right before me. Hearing him carefully out, I was able to realise that the shinobi right here, was knowing what he was talking about. Though the explanation was fairly brief it was correct nearly all the time, so after he was finished, I simply untie my hands as I pause a little taking a deep breath. As I beging talking, I say:

When we talk about about a ninja or a shinobi, we cannot say they are beings stronger than humans. Since they are humans themselves they can't really surpass the human aspect. We can say however, ninja's are trained humans, in the art of stealth, combat, and intelligence. A shinobi in one way or another is a soldier, and each soldier will have a reason what they fight for. When we take the aspect of the ninja, we can calmly say a ninja always has a reason why he fights. A shinobi since he was little, went to the academy to achieve a big dream, or to complete a goal they set. This desire will later mold itself to the Nindō or Ninja way. A shinobi has a reason what he fights for, like in your case, fighting evil and saving the good. This goal is the strongest weapon a ninja could carry, because from it, key features will be born, which can help the ninja not lose his own way. So the basic explanation is that a ninja is a soldier which can either work for a village, or alone. And each and every ninja, has a certain dream, objective, no matter how miniscule it is, so that they can keep going forward, not losing themselves along the way. A shinobi is someone who should not lose sight of their goal, and no matter what happens along the way they keep pushing. We can say the word shinobi defines itself. A person who can endure, and keep walking the path he chose from the beginning. This is what defines him.
The second aspect is chakra. The second strongest weapon of a ninja is the way how he can mold this energy flowing inside him. Chakra is an energy which is said to be created after finding the perfect balance between physical energy, so being physically fit, strong, healthy. And the mental or spiritual energy, which means being at peace. Once those 2 criteria are met, this energy called chakra will be created by very special points in the human body, which we will call chakra points.
At this time i make one handseal with my right hand as I hold my left one up. After some smoke appeared, in his left hand, a scroll was visible which I unrolled and showed to Ryu.
See, these are the location of all the chakra points in the human body, there are basically 361 pressure points which will "create" or a better work mold new chakra. This chakra then is able to travel through the body, along another circulation system. Kinda like blood travels through the circulation system, chakra will travel through a separate one which is the Chakra Network System. Which will connect pressure points with each other. As you can clearly see here. Well as we continue we can say there are other kinds of chakra as the flow of energy, characteristics and lastly the amounts of it are simply too different to be put in the same category, and it will be divided like this:
As we explained the 2 above, the last one is lightning specifically. Lightning is one of the 5 basic nature transformations. Lightning is created by allowing your chakra to vibrate at really high frequencies , and as it moves faster and faster there will be sparks and flows of electrons visible which are a sign that the lightning element is created. This specific element will later allow you to create very strong piercing damage and very fast movement. Another very special trait is the fact that this element can in many cases numb the enemies movements which will give you one more chakra to finish them off. Now if you ask me, lightning is an element of pure death and destruction. Unlike the 4 other ones, they can even be used to breathe life, the heat of fire, calmness of water, versatility of earth, and free flow of the wind, lightning simply will kill everything it comes into contact with. And since you will be vibrating your chakra very fast, it will be hardest to control and one slight miscalculation will most likely cost your head. Lightning release is an element of pure destruction so it needs to be used with most precautions. I want you to be sure of the risk you are taking. Don't let this element use you, don't let it's raw power and speed fool you. Become a master of it, yield it into battle carefully, and come out victorious.

It actually is several times slower, and this is because of some reasons. If it were to move as fast as the natural lightning you wouldn't even be able to control it, in the slightest attempts you would simply be incinerated. And another one is that the amounts of chakra needed to make it that fast, are said to be so large that no real shinobi can carry them. You need to rely on external sources like the natural energy, and the bijuu chakra.
As for the relations with other elements, lightning has a very special relation with each and every element. Lightning release is a very rough, unpredictable one, so it is weird in most of the times, but please bear with me.
• Lightning is strong against earth release. This is because it is able to easily travel through the earth and break it up to such a level that it can't be controlled anymore. So when we say is it strong to, it means that one C-rank lightning technique is stronger than one C-rank earth technique. A C-rank lightning technique is strong enough to be equal to a B rank earth technique.
• Lightning is weak against wind release. This is because wind release has a natural property of being a natural insulator of lightning release. It is able to stop the flow of electrons in it, but this can't be said if you continue making the frequency of the vibrations even larger, this will eventually be able to break up wind techniques. The rules here is that a C-rank lightning technique, will pale towards a C-rank wind technique. Lightning as far as even B-rank, will not be able to beat a C-rank wind technique.
• Lightning has a very unique relation with water release. If they hit each other head one, we can say that they are equal in power, but water can benefit lightning a whole lot, because it will help lightning flow better. So if you make the enemy wet, before you chakra lightning at him, the damage will be a lot more efficient. Rule of thumb here is that C-rank lightning release, is equal to C-Rank water release.
• Lightning and Fire release has no real relation to be honest. They both are the strongest raw powered elements so they are pretty much equal in power, even though fire can be controlled easier. Rule of thumb here is simply C-rank lightning technique is equal to C-Rank fire technique.

The beings which have those large amounts are called the Bijuu or sometimes they are refereed to as chakra monsters. So without much thinking about it, this will make them feared among the humans, and by some others wanted because of their huge power.
• Senjutsu Chakra: This is one of my favorite for a very specific reason. The senjutsu chakra, or the sage chakra is a very special chakra which will allow you to use Senjutsu, or sage jutsu. As his teacher spoke, Ryū was actually quite surprised at how much knowledge was contained within his words, and how much he did not know. Contrary to last time, his surprise was barely contained, his eyes slightly widening as his teacher simply spoke. Even when he had finished talking, Ryū was still awestruck. It took him a few moments before he registered his sensei's question, but he responded fairly quickly.
"Understood, sensei. You words were clear, and they were precise. There will be no questions from me as of yet."

Ruy heard everything I explained and it seems like nothing was unclear to him. Trusting his words I simply nod my head as I start relax and start the actual portion of the training. unbuttoning my coat, and the first button on my shirt, I remove my tie and along with it the coat. Making one handseal, I grow an earth pillar and there I simply hand them both on as I turn once again to ruy, talking to him.
I need to explain you one more thing which is super important in the creation of ninjutsu and they are Nature and shape manipulations. So let me begin
So the shape manipulation is one of the most important steps in creating a Ninjutsu. With shape manipulation we understand, the manipulation of chakra, so changing the shape, flow and direction in order to transform jutsu that already exist or create entire new ones. Which are all determined in size, range, and the overall purpose. By allowing your chakra to flow to a specific point of the space you can, at will, start creating an imaginary shape that the chakra will later fill up. You can make the flow of chakra faster and slower depending on the kind of jutsu you will use and you can adjust the size by depending on the density of chakra and the amount of it.
Unlike the shape manipulation, where you fill an image with raw chakra, in the nature manipulation, you give that chakra a special affinity, you do that by concentrating on the chakra you just released and changing the properties and characteristics. Just like on this case, in order to give chakra lightning affinity you will have to think about lightning itself, something quick, uncontrollable, and powerful. In the case of wind, something fast, free flowing, one with the environment, something that can move at great speeds and can cut through nearly everything, and so on for other elements.
Alright, so now lets get to the training itself. As you now know what lightning is, chakra is, and what ninja are, I don't think there is anything stopping you from learning the techniques. Let us begin then. My training method is simple, I just want you perform it, and mention some advantages, disadvantages and usages. I would love to see maximum detail. Ready? GO

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target.
The description of the technique is really vague, as it doesn't state from where the lightning created. So I will simply theorize that they are created right before you. so you will slowly radiate chakra right before you, as you bring it into a vibrating point. once you do that, you will shape the chakra into small bolts. Using now the very fast vibrations you will use the nature transformation to create lightning, when you have done that, you will simply fire them forward. Use this technique to kill this clone right here.

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.
After you finish the first one, I want you place your hands into the ground and close your eyes. You will slowly charge lightning release in the ground, but you should now be careful. We learned how lightning can break up earth, I want you to restrict the chakra flow in it, and use the earth to simply conduct the lightning. You can use the earth for the lightning to travel in one direction which you want. Charge chakra into the ground, shape it into a surge which will travel through the ground, and direct it towards the enemies feet. As you release it don't forget to add the nature manipulation turning the raw chakra into lightning. I will be making a clone for you to target.

The description of the technique is really vague, as it doesn't state from where the lightning created. So I will simply theorize that they are created right before you. so you will slowly radiate chakra right before you, as you bring it into a vibrating point. once you do that, you will shape the chakra into small bolts. Using now the very fast vibrations you will use the nature transformation to create lightning, when you have done that, you will simply fire them forward. Use this technique to kill this clone right here.

We learned how lightning can break up earth, I want you to restrict the chakra flow in it, and use the earth to simply conduct the lightning. You can use the earth for the lightning to travel in one direction which you want. Charge chakra into the ground, shape it into a surge which will travel through the ground, and direct it towards the enemies feet. As you release it don't forget to add the nature manipulation turning the raw chakra into lightning. I will be making a clone for you to target.

Once again, Ryū was impressed by the knowledge of his sensei, even if some of what he said was a small recap of what he already knew. Still, better to be safe than sorry when it came to teaching young fighters. By the time his teacher told him it was time to start learning techniques, Ryū felt that he was ready as well.
Technique 1
Focusing his chakra to the front of his body, Ryū then begins to slowly send it out in front of his person. While Ryū sends his chakra out in front of him, he makes sure to manipulate it in such a way that it stimulates vibration. Slowly, he increases the frequency of the vibrations until the chakra begins sparking and visually reacting to the high-speed vibrations he is invoking. Once the sparks start appearing more frequently, and eventually become constantly visible, Ryū uses his skills of shape manipulation to turn the sparking chakra into the shape of small bolts of lightning. Now, Ryū has summoned multiple bolts of lightning in front of him, waiting to fly forth at any given target he chooses. Then, Ryū manipulates the vibrations in such a way that the lightning bolts shoot forward towards a clone that has been created by his teacher. The bolts of lightning strike him, and the clone vanishes with a poof.

This technique has the advantage of numbers, and it requires no seals, so it can be used to catch the opponent off guard in CQC situations, which can lead to some advantages such as the opponent possibly being numbed in a certain area if a few or all the bolts are concentrated on a single spot. A couple of disadvantages that I can think of is the strength of the technique, as well as being somewhat easy to counter, since it's a D-Rank jutsu.

Seeing the well performance of my student I simply look at him amazed by his well performance, he only made a very small mistake in the second one, but it was miniscule, so with a smiling face Nikodo simply said to the Ryu, while maintaining his position.
That was excellent Ryu, I liked how well you performed the technique and how you mentioned the advantages, disadvantages and usages all together, it is something different and more in detail if you ask me. But you made one slight mistake. In the second technique you listed as an advantage that the technique could maintain itself. This is not the case. You will need to keep yourself connected to the ground and lead the lightning to their location. Once you rise up without the lightning reaching it's original location one of 2 things could happen. The lightning would dissipate itself into the ground, causing no harm and wasting chakra, or it would simply dissipate all around, risking of hurting you or your comrades. You need to keep yourself connected until you reach the location, and this is actually a disadvantage of this technique. But since you are in short range and the lightning is fairly quick, it shouldn't be such a big deal. Still I loved your performance.

Performing the techniques and speaking his thoughts about them, Ryu awaited his sensei's thoughts. Hearing his teacher speak about his efforts was no disheartening, nor was it encouraging. It was merely an indicator to him. And indicator that he still had a long way to go until he could truly call himself a true ninja. However, now was not the time to be thinking about that.
Technique 1
Lifting his arms and holding them in front of him, his palms flat open and facing the clone of his teacher. Slowly, Ryu begins to send out small amounts of his chakra in front of his palms. Then, he begins to manipulate them into small bursts of vibration, slowly increasing the frequency and strength of the vibrations until the chakra begins sparking. Eventually, the flickering sparks of lightning become constant, and the small bolts of lightning Ryu created using shape manipulation became permanently visible. Drawing his arms back, Ryu thrusts them forward, sending the lightning bolts flying forward in a wave-like manner. Most of the bolts strike the clone, and it dissipates with a poof sound.
Uses:
This technique is almost identical, with the difference being that the bolts fire in a wave motion. The only disadvantage this brings is the fact that you must fire the bolts all at the same time. Other than that, it is with the same advantages and disadvantages as the first technique.

Seeing the performance and explanation of Ryu about the technique and the questions I asked, I closed my eyes and lower my head slightly as I look up towards him while smiling. I was really surprised by the well performance of the technique once again, so I simply reply with a calm, encouraging tone.
That was near perfection Ryu. But I had some slight things to hand for handseals. You say that mostly not skilled ninja use handseals, that is partly correct, but the handseals work in a different manner. Some kind of techniques need you to direct the chakra into specific ways. Because of not being able to carry on both the nature, shape, transformation on their own they need to direct the chakra flow in a specific manner to be able to use the lack of knowledge on the element. If a ninja chooses to be specialized in one element of their choice, we can say that, that element becomes their main choice or affinity. Their chakra will be pulled specifically towards that element. So further training will one time allow you to be able to use every technique of that element with only one handseal. This is why Sasuke and Tobirama could use jutsu which require multiple handseals with one. Their chakra was firstly pulled towards their natural affinity, and then further practice allowed them to be able to use it freely. More specifically, there are 12 kinds of handseals and they are names after animals, for a reason which I don't know myself. Bird, Boar, Dog, Dragon, Hare, Horse, Monkey, Ox, Ram, Rat, Serpent, Tiger.
Making one more handseal, I summon a scroll which contained all the handseals and open it up to show them to Ryu.
So onto the next bunch then, we reached the C-rank lightning!!

I want you to as before charge chakra inside your hands, and then slowly to your palms. I want you then to manipulate the chakra affinity and make it vibrate creating the lightning which now should be natural for you, and as you continue to release it they will in one way or another still be connected to the hand. It will form several bolts and streams of lightning which fly forward in an unpredictable manner. This attack can reach incredibly far, so it is about perfect in fighting against enemies in a long range. Try it out yourself

This next technique will clearly show you the effect water could have with lightning. I want you to extend your hands forward, and charge chakra into them just like before. But this time around instead of releasing the lightning in form of bolts, I wants you to do something else. Focus the vibrations and shape of chakra into the form of an electromagnetic wave. Since electromagnetism is simply a part of electricity, I want you to shape the chakra into a wave flow, and the vibrations need to be balanced everywhere along which wave. There will be slight lightning sparks seeable I understand but don't get confused over that it is totally normal. This jutsu will be able to reach even greater distances than short range if you use it after a water technique and not forgettign the damage will be boosted along with it.

At this point, a small concentration of lightning sits connected to his palms, but then Ryu spikes the vibrations suddenly, sending the lightning current flying towards the clone at high speeds and in an unpredictable manner. The stream of lightning electrocutes the clone, and it disappears.
Uses:
As said before this technique has the advantage of long range and the ability to take out multiple targets. That being said, it can also take out earth based defences without too much problem as well. However, one of the problems this techniques has is that it is primarily a mid-long range attack, and is not really meant for short-range or CQC situations. Also, since this technique requires seals, it wouldn't be as fast as one would like or ideally want.

With his arms tied, I was simply looking at the performance of each technique along with Ryu's thoughts about each one. I actually smiled, as I was looking at Ryu. I untie my hands as I beging talking to him.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.
Alright, this technique is a very special one as you can use this not only from attacks, but it can be used even as a form of offence. So I simply want you to calm your body and charger chakra into all your body with the same amounts. Slowly, I want you radiate your chakra from the pores which the skin has. The moment the chakra is released I want you to use the shape manipulation and keep it close to your original body, while with the nature manipulation, I want you to begin vibrating the chakra and turning it into lightning. It will create an aura with a lightning property, which will be blue in color, and have lightning sparks all around. This armour will not only protect as I said, but if the enemy gets into short range of you, he will be electrocuted because of the aura the lightning will send impulses of lightning. Just keep in mind, if the person is electrocuted you will lose the armour, so be careful.
I make a clone which will fire earth blasts at you whenever you give the sign.

Description: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together when near a cliff , the user causes stone and rock to become dislodged and rain down on anyone below it by releasing a wave of electrical energy which weakens the rock and makes it fall as it crumbles. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Clapping my hand together I simply slam them into the ground as the whole training field begins vibrating. From right below me, earth starts rising in a matter where I get lifted up along with it. The earth doesn't rise perfectly equal everywhere but in form of an angle, so right behind me, it wouldn't move a lot. As the earth is rising, I look down at my student as my hair starts flapping in the wind. Looking at him from below, I start talking to him loud enough so that he would hear what I had to say.
What I want you to do now, is to simply make 3 handseals, the snake and the upside down tiger handseal and clap your hand together. Then slam your hands into the ground, and charge your chakra into your body. You will slowly send that chakra to your hands, and from the hands, you will transfer it to the ground, as you give it the shape transformation in a form of a current and the nature transformation into lightning. This lightning should not break up the earth just yet. You will send it below my clone and towards the cliff you are facing now. With remote control, i want you to now make the lightning more violent, so that it will break parts of the cliff, allowing you to create an avalanche of rocks which will bury the enemy.

Alright, this technique is a very special one as you can use this not only from attacks, but it can be used even as a form of offence. So I simply want you to calm your body and charger chakra into all your body with the same amounts. Slowly, I want you radiate your chakra from the pores which the skin has. The moment the chakra is released I want you to use the shape manipulation and keep it close to your original body, while with the nature manipulation, I want you to begin vibrating the chakra and turning it into lightning. It will create an aura with a lightning property, which will be blue in color, and have lightning sparks all around. This armour will not only protect as I said, but if the enemy gets into short range of you, he will be electrocuted because of the aura the lightning will send impulses of lightning. Just keep in mind, if the person is electrocuted you will lose the armour, so be careful.

However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Clapping my hand together I simply slam them into the ground as the whole training field begins vibrating. From right below me, earth starts rising in a matter where I get lifted up along with it. The earth doesn't rise perfectly equal everywhere but in form of an angle, so right behind me, it wouldn't move a lot. As the earth is rising, I look down at my student as my hair starts flapping in the wind. Looking at him from below, I start talking to him loud enough so that he would hear what I had to say.

Technique 1
Ryu begins to focus some of his chakra within the center of his being, then sending equal portions to each part of his body. Then, he sends his chakra from his body in a slow and steady fashion. Once all of the chakra he sent out is surrounding his body, he uses shape manipulation to surround him like a form of armour, and stay close to his body. While he does, this he gently vibrates the chakra at high frequency, turning the chakra into a suit of lightning. Signalling the clone, a number of earthen projectiles hit Ryu's armour to no avail. Ryu then deactivates the armour.
Uses:
This is basically a shield/suit of armour that isn't really meant for offence, though you can use it for offensive tactics. It doesn't require any seals, which means you can perform this technique quickly, which will be useful in situations where you need to defend yourself quickly.

Then, Ryu sends his chakra from his hands into the ground at a continuous rate, vibrating it just enough for it to begin sparking upon my command and using shape manipulation to form it into a current that streams underground to a nearby cliff. Then, Ryu discharges the chakra suddenly as a burst of electricity, dislodging multiple large boulders atop the cliffside that fall down to crush the clone you created.
Uses:
This technique is incredibly situational, which doesn't make it very useful in most situations. The only thing useful about this technique is the way the chakra will go undetected beneath the opponent to create the landslide unless they have a Dojutsu.

Hearing out my student, I saw how he had one thing unclear, but waiting until he performs the second technique, I simply make one more handseal. The created cliff from nothingness then simply starts slowly vanishing below him, being absorbed by the ground in one way or another. Being on the same level as him, I begin talking.
Alright, great work, and as for your question. This technique is able to resist as much as the specific rank can carry depending on the elements. So if you are attacked with up to a B-rank Earth technique, you will still be able to stop it. But as far as a D rank wind technique can deactivate it. So it is basically like this, you can resist as many attacks as the rank of this jutsu is, so C-rank.

Alright, this technique is confusing for me as well, so please bear with me. I want you to extend your hand, and charge lightning chakra inside it, your hand with slowly begin glowing a subtle yellow. Then what I want you to do, is simply release the chakra into many chunks. These chunks of chakra, I want you to shape into bolts which look like horns. Then the only other thing, is give the chakra lightning nature through vibrating it. The thorns will be released all at once, and could hit and kill multiple opponent. Here use it on these targets.

I want you to grab this blade, and channel chakra into it, slowly change the nature of the chakra into lightning by the means of nature manipulation. What you want to do else now, is simply use your chakra and kick of the gravity below it, allowing you to levitate it. I am not done yet, once you do that, I want you to use your chakra inside the blade and make a physical copy of the same blade cloaked with lightning. Now you will slowly make it spin as you can control all those blades with hand gestures, so you can fly them towards opponents, and cut them. The lightning will make the blade a lot stronger and make it cut through matter a lot easier. So I expect a very high concentration on this one, just because it is so confusing.

Raising his right arm in front of him with his hand clenched into a fist, Ryu begins to focus his chakra into his fist. From there, the chakra begins to slowly seep outside of his hand, where it starts to glow a faint, pale yellow colour after Ryu vibrates the chakra at a moderate frequency. Then, Ryu spikes the vibrations suddenly, using shape manipulation to split the lightning into 3 separate rods of electricity that swiftly impale the clones as if they were nothing more than butter. After a few moments, the clones disappear.
Uses:
An advantage of this technique is that due to it's properties and the way it works, it can be used to attack multiple targets, or home in on a single one, creating a tricky situation for the opponent either way. Since this technique doesn't require seals, it can be done quite quickly as well.

Ryu takes the sword without saying anything, and holds it in his right hand. Then, he begins channelling his chakra into the length of the blade of the sword, and then begins to vibrate the chakra that sits on the blade. Ryu lets go of the sword and vibrates the chakra that sits along the sword, causing the sword to levitate in the air because of the chakra propelling itself and the weapon off of the gravity below them. Then, Ryu takes some of the chakra from the lightning cloaked blade and copies it into 2 separate, but identical swords, each with the same properties as the original. Manipulating the swords to spin in a drilling motion, Ryu then thrusts his arms forward, sending the sword shooting forward to stab the clones.
Uses:
This technique can be used to take out a few targets, and it requires no seals which is good. While some other techniques do have solid properties, I believe that that property works to this technique's advantages the most, since this technique can easily overcome some Doton defences, even when Doton is the preferred method of defence.

The performance was yet again satisfying, I started to get used to the way Ryu explained and how fast he learned everything. Without knowing better, we had actually reached the last C rank lightning technique, but the day was still young. So coming close to him, I start giving my insights.
Alright, I liked the performance on these techniques, just keep in mind for the second technique. As you are controlling the lightning blade, you cannot mold chakra of any other kind, so you will be left defenseless pretty much. And another one is that I think the rotation is different, it will not be in a drill like manner but it will create some kind of disc, reason why the scroll descriptio said "cut" and not pierce. Still, the error was minor, so lets keep on going!!!

So what I want you to do right now, is to extend your dominant hand, and while you are calm, you will slowly transfer chakra to it, while you are doing that, change the chakra nature in your forearm as you release small amounts of it, making some lightning surges visible in your forearm. Then I simply want you to slam that hand into the ground, and as you do that send all that lightning chakra into the ground, just be careful not to break it. Under the rock now, I want you to make that chakra gather into specific spots all underground, and then make the vibrations larger, faster, and stronger creating "solid" lightning shapes. The last aspect is to simply fire it out from the ground in a 360° manner. It will hit everything around in the range of 5 m. Try it out yourself.

As you do that, slowly radiate the chakra from your pores, as you use the shape manipulation to create an imaginary wall, filled with chakra, which would cover everything before you, whilst giving the natural affinity with the nature manipulation. Start vibrating your chakra, creating some kind of electromagnetic field, which is all made out of lightning. It is strong enough to stop even A-rank earth attacks, but can easily be broken, by a C-rank wind attack or higher.
I make a clone which created an enormous boulder from his hand, and throws it to you at full speed.
