First Zexion performs the Tiger → Snake → Dog hand-sings, then begins changing his chakra nature into Raiton. Once completed he then begins gathering chakra in only one of his hands. Once there he releases it into the form of lightning and begins blasting it at a nearby tree, focusing hard so it even swerves around a boulder

As said in the description it is the ideal technique to combine with suiton, as it would make the water much more deadly, however it could also be combined with an earth technique, that blocks the opponents sight to you and then using it to rip through the doton surprising the enemy.
Ways to counter this technique (I expect 2-4 sentences)
Mere wind styles would suffice, as this jutsu's radius is not that large so must would be able to encompass it rather easily, Not to mention it , Using a suiton that acivates in a sort of wave motion would work, as it would send the electrified water crashing down on the opponent.

- Does not cover a very large radius. Can be countered with almost all wind style jutsu.

Hands clapped together when near a cliff , the user causes stone and rock to become dislodged and rain down on anyone below it by releasing a wave of electrical energy which weakens the rock and makes it fall as it crumbles. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Okay with 2 hand seals and running up a cliff with their hands clapped together, the user will send lightning towards the cliff dislodging the rocks in the clidd and causing the rocks to begin raining down on the opponent. Now this technique is very location based. Also you must have your hands clapped together while running up so you can continue to release the lightning.

Its spreads outwards while traveling allowing you to attack multiple targets. Fast and easy to perform. Projectile as well pretty darn quick.

The using shape manipulating multiply the sword creating another two physical copies made of lightning. They then spin rapidly which finally a user will send towards the opponent cutting them badly if hit. Okay this is a slow performance technique as well as you must remain concentrated to execute perfectly. They move at normal speed as well.

Creative uses/strengths: Can be used to cause diversion which would allow uses of other jutsu on the offensive side,can interrupt casting of other jutsu due to loudness and eye catching aspect of the jutsu.
Drawbacks/counters: Really location based. Is easily avoided or countered by most if not all shinobi. Rocks could also affect myself in such a situation.

Just got my internet back a few days ago my man, and didn't feel like I could do this on my phone,
Anyways
I'll first list the order in which I believe they should be in.
1.Lightning horn jutsu
2.Elctromagnetic murder
3.Lightning Ball Jutsu
4.Lightning Armor
5.Stone Avalanche Jutsu
I believe the Lightning Horn Jutsu should be first ranked due to the reason that it has the most versatile and effective attack power when it comes to killing, I've personally used it on multiple occasions in battle., It also is very easy to create combo's for.
The electromagnetic Murder utsu should be 2nd due to the fact that It probably has the greatest area of effect out of all the offensive attacks in the bunch, along with the fact it can cancel out Fuutons on defense as well. Making it a reliable and deadly attack.
Lightning Ball Jutsu would come third because it Is a quick yet deadly jutsu. It takes no handseals to create the ball of lightning and can be thrown at a long range in almost an instant, being able to catch the opponent off guard is a handy thing to do.
Lightning armor comes 4th because it is merely a Defensive jutsu, however it still has its perks. Allowing the user to be defended from most all equal ranked attacks while still giving him the option to attack and enhance their CQC skills.
Stone avalanche Jutsu comes last due to the fact that it can hardly ever be used and even if it can, its a move that most likely isn't catching anyone by surprise, however its good to waste one of the opponents jutsu.

By doing this, the user generates a wall of lightning energy that can defend against certain techniques. The user can use this defence to shock enemy targets who attempt close range combat and deliver massive shocks to anything that comes in contact with it.
A basic defensive technique, after one hand seal the user by placing their hands forward will channel raiton chakra towards their hands and the user will release a wall of lightning. The wall of lightning will cover the opponents entire position from top to bottom. It is made exactly short range of the user as well and the wall being made of lightning means the user can see through it fine to notice the opponent. Also its great to use if an opponent is trying to get in to close for a taijutsu battle, for if they are hit by the wall they will be shocked badly and pushed back by the shocks impact. The wall can easily be overpowered.
