uhh ... Raiton is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques. It allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra. which in result it allows piercing damage and fast movement. Some Ninja would use it as a stun that with set up the finishing blow because the electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable.

Not exactly. Whilst you covered the basics, you've barely begun to scratch the surface. I'll give you a run down of all of the main elements (especially Raiton), make sure to commit this to memory. Once you've read and understood the following, we will continue.
Lightning Release is the use of high frequency and is the most fleeting of all the elements. It arguably takes the most control due to its dangerous nature and the lethality it possess. The interaction of the molecules within it, further contribute to its level of instability, requiring the user to take much more care in handling this element compared to the others. Fundamentally, its the control over raw streams of electricity which can be tamed with the right control, it relates most to the Fire element due to its destruction if not contained or used properly and the high level of self-control someone requires to manipulate it correctly. One common misconception is that Lightning release travels as fast as natural lightning, when in reality Lightning is far slower than its naturally occurring counterpart due the user taking control of/taming the lightning. The element itself occurs in three main forms: Normal Lightning, Plasma and pale-blue pillars which emit electricity.
Wind Release is the element that allows us to create and manipulate wind. When you think of wind you think of something that is fast, free flowing, unpredictable, and strong. In the Narutoverse and in our RP, wind release has a variety of different properties which makes it versatile in its own right. For one, we have the ability to create long and short powerful gusts of flowing wind. Mainly these techniques that are designed to provide resistance against oncoming attacks, reversing the trajectory of weaponry, etc. We can also create short concentrated/compressed bursts of wind that give a pseudo solid form which can be used for blunt force or strong impacts. These would mainly be offensive in nature. There is also vacuum or suction power that can be generated, drawing objects in for close combat or sucking away the oxygen for suffocation. However, one of the more prominent abilities of wind release that we’ve come to know from the Narutoverse is the powerful cutting power that it possesses. Mainly from characters like Naruto, Asuma, and Sora, the wind nature has been shown to be able to slice and cut through things like butter. Wind is the movement of many gases in the air, though we’ve been shown to manipulate just the air itself and call it wind release by comparison due to the relationship.
Water is the most calm and free-flowing elements. These characteristics dictate its nature, making it useful in combat due to the fluidity and intense lack of control that is required to utilize it. Lightning and Fire take extreme control, but manipulation of water takes calmer movements and so controlling it comes more naturally. While its the calmest element, it can also become one of the most destructive. Putting a large amount of force behind of wave gives it power that can't be paralleled by all the other elements. In terms of scale, Water has the highest potential to be the "best" element, a clear testament of this is Kisame of the Akatsuki. Water comes in three main forms: normal water, sticky water and oily flammable water.
Earth Release is often considered the element of sturdiness and durability. Unlike other elements which come and go with time, it is an ever eternal presence in the environment which endures all types of weather regardless of how harsh conditions become. Earth can be used as a shield or blockade defensively to dissipate the force of powerful waves of water or non-cutting gusts of wind. It can withstand great heats, acting as a heat sink but also as a physical barrier to prevent weapons passing through. Its strong against water, its natural ability to prevent water from passing through it whilst passing through water itself is a reason for this. However its weak against lightning. The lightning conducted along the earth causes it to break up, lose its natural composition and break down due to the penetrative abilities of Raiton. Doton can either be used in this solid rocky form or its adhesive mud-like variant, granting the element further versatility. As well as the conventional uses of the element, the mud variant can be used to bind opponents in place, clash with other elemental jutsus or be used in many effective combinations. The mud-variant is most commonly used along with Fire to form pseudo-lava (molten mud), making for a very dangerous substance. Along with Suiton, its versatility stems from the state of matter it naturally occurs in. Due to having physical substance, Doton can be shaped into various structures from defensive walls to jagged spikes, from an earth dragon to a single pillar of earth. Furthermore, in terms of terrain-based advantage, Doton can be used to manipulate the ground beneath and around the opponent, allowing for limitless potential in creating successful combos. I like to think of the element as the perfect balance between offensive, defensive and supplementary usage, as no confines exist on what the user can create.
Fire Release is the usage of superheated chakra to create flames and heat-intensive attacks. Its created through channeling Katon chakra to the user's lungs and exhaling the built chakra in various forms. Katon is most commonly used in its fire-based form, but it can also take the shape of a plume of superheated ash or a misty flammable gas. In terms of raw potential, its considered the least versatile element as it excels in offensive capabilities, lacks in supplementary usage and is ill-suited to use as a defensive element. Despite this, Katon is the most ferocious element to contend with due to its sheer raw power. The heat of the element makes it capable of reducing earthen structures to molten mud, the parasitic nature of it means it preys on the oxygen within wind-based attacks to supplement the flames and even against its elemental superior, large-scale Katon techniques are capable of reducing large bodies of water to scorching mist of dense steam. The Katon element has little usage outside of destruction, to a certain degree its the hardest elemental nature to tame due to its sporadic and uncontrollable nature.

Seeing as Raiton needs mental strength and self-control, then only then will I be able to completely hone the power of Raiton. That goes for the other elements too, but some need more self-control than others such as water over fire.
I wouldn't need to take it slowly when learning Suiton because it is free flowing a calm at start so it would be much easier and quicker to grasp as oppose to Fire which need as much control and understanding a Raiton, Since they both have high destructive capabilities.

(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target.
Alright, now we will begin with the basic techniques of Lightning Release. Come over here and stand right next to me, cup both of your hands together, but leave a substantial space in between them, as if you're gripping a small spherical object like a ball. Focus your raiton chakra to this location, envision high frequency chakra being generated in between your palms and attempt to tame this wild force of nature, making sure it doesn't get the better of you. Once you stabilize the small amount of lightning chakra, connect your wrists before pushing your hands forwards and outwards to emit the chakra as a small bolt of lightning towards that central dummy five meters away from you, attempting to strike the bull's eye located on its chest.
Key Points: Pay close attention to every jutsu's range. This jutsu is short-ranged and won't travel very far. As a reference point, here's what the actual measurements are.
Short Range - 0 to 5 meters away from you
Mid Range - 5 to 15 meters away from you
Long Range - 15+ meters away from you
(Raiton: Raikou Oonami) - Lightning Release: Lightning Surge

After doing that, however many times it takes to be successful, I want you to concentrate your raiton chakra to your dominant palm and slam your hand upon on the ground. As your palm strikes the ground, release the built chakra as a surge of lightning which travels across the ground and direct it towards that group of interconnected dummies doused in water. If you do this correctly, the lightning should conduct into the first dummy and spread along all of the dummies, shocking them collectively.
Key Points: This requires you to slam your hand on the ground, and so can't be used in mid-air or without a solid surface to stand upon.

Hmph! *Inashi nods and walks closer to Kakuzu Sensei*
.... A-are you sure this wont hurt you?!
*Inashi puts both of his hands together and starts to focus as he take deep breathes. He can feel his Chakra starts to spike, he imagines a roaring thunder storm inside his body as he generates his Chakra from the depth of his core. He feels the chakra most at a high rate, He knows its almost ready. Inashi's hair begins to spike as Lightning now travels through his body and straight to his palms as he takes stance, he grabs the air as if it was a small ball. He then focuses the Raiton Chakra sitting in his palm as it starts to generate so that his Chakra is finally forms completely. He opens his eyes at the Lightning whips unfazed by the lightning Inashi continues for a few moments then he starts to calm down. Then he looks at the Target Dummy. He remember to split his hands to release the orb of lightning. His form is unknown to himself, but it feels correct. Inashi pushes on until the Lightning Bolt fires out heading straight towards the target and hits it perfectly, as if he was a Natural.
..... .__. well....

Then he starts to focus his Chakra again producing the same result as last time for his right hand this time only and the Lightning becomes visible as he starts breathing in and out it becomes vibrint and you can here the sound as if flickers, but at it's highest point Inashi slams his right hand into the ground causing the Lightning to skip across the ground as it heads straight to the target dummies as it hits the first one it splits going both ways hitting the other dummies causing them to burn from the Lightning attack.

(Ration: Ikazuchi Kashou) - Lightning Release: Thunder Burn
Now, I'd like you to focus your raiton chakra in the same manner as before, only this time envisioning the element in its wave-like form. You will not be releasing bolts of lightning, but rather a wave with the same potency as the first technique you learned. The difference between the two techniques other than their form is, that water conducts waves more efficiently than it conducts projectiles.
Key Points: In our RP, there's something known as "focused" and "unfocused" lightning. Focused lightning is extremely condensed lighting which has some-degree of form and structure due to shape manipulation e.g. my Lightning mask's False Darkness, Sasuke's Chidori, his Chidori spear and so on. Unfocused lightning is the polar opposite, it usually lacks any sort of structures and comes in the form of waves or surges. The Lightning surge jutsu you just learnt and ran across the floor was a good example of unfocused lightning. It was wild and didn't have a defined shape.
Some claim, you can actually use focused lightning attacks under water, but I'm skeptical of this idea and have never tried it out.

For this 2nd technique, I want you to generate an electric field shield around your body before releasing it towards those dummies over there. Target the largest group, since on contact with anything this jutsu will explode into a small maelstrom of lightning with enough force to knock them back a considerable distance.
Key Points: This is a close counterpart to the next technique you learn. The vagueness of the technique isn't useful, however I assume this one is the projectile-type electric field and the one you will learn next is the one which encases your body similar to an armour.
(Raiton: Raijingu Sanda) - Lightning Style: Raging Thunder
For this 3rd technique, I want you to focus your chakra once again and envision the electric field shield you just fired. Generate the same type of shield around your body, using it to cover you, much like you would wear a suit of armour. Don't waste any time, it could prove to be fatal.
*Fires D-Rank Bolt of Lightning towards you*
Key Points: Nothing really. A nice concept, but at D-Rank its not that useful in battle. A B-Rank plasma version exists, if you like the concept of this jutsu, you'll love the plasma shield.

Inashi focuse his Chakra in a manner similar to before a sphere forms in his Palms and then starts to dissipate as it turns into a wave like form. He begins to focus his Chakra even more to refine it to it's maximum potency the Wave like Lightning Chakra can be seen whipping around Inashi as he release's it at the Target Dummy's the Wave travels at them causing them to be affected much like the previous attack but on a more spread scale

Inashi starts to focus his Chakra as it races around his body very rapidly a few sparks start to flicker around him his Chakra slowly but Surely starts to become visible in a Orb like shape he imagines his Chakra being projected around his body he starts to fucus it more and more until he fells that the technique is ready he then precedes to fire it at the Dummy's a Explosion incurs causing small storm of Lightning and the Dummy's get thrown back
