1). First of all I would like to have raiton as a new element to make my suiton element more stronger by combining it with raiton.

2). Raiton is weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.

3). Raiton is strong against earth because it can travel through it and causing it to break.

4). Killer Bee, Sasuke Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, 3rd Raikage, and Darui.

5). Two KG that involve lightning are Storm Release, and Blaze Release.

*As I use my raiton chakra I gather it into my hand and into the paper and I start to see the paper crumble a little bit. But the paper is not wrinkled enough, I gather up more raiton chakra enough for it to wrinkle and crumble into my arm then I focus all of it into the paper making it crumble.
