DESCRIPTION
Kazuya weaved the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat handseals, and by increasing the vibratory rates of his chakra; had his raw chakra quickly converted into Raiton chakra which was now channeled throughout his bodh at great speed. The chakra continued to move throughout his body and became stronger and stronger. At the correct moment, he had all the chakra concentrated into his hand and then into the tips of his finger. As this happened, the chakra was distributed into various chakra pathways and released in it the form of a stream of lightning that raced down the battlefield, moving towards ReXi at great speed

STRONG POINTS
1. Due to the lightning being able to pass through conductive materials, the user can use this technique effectively, if their surroundings have metallic objects
2. The technique is quite strong and can be used to paralyze the opponent really quickly
3. The speed at which the wave of lightning moves towards the target is quite fast as well

WEAK POINTS
1. The need to perform 5 handseals makes it difficult for the technique to be used as a surprise attack
2. Although the technique gains a 20+ boost if used with a Suiton technique, in order for this to happen the user would first have to create a clone which would result in the opponent quickly performing his/her own technique, thus making it difficult for the user to use the combo and defend against the opponents techniques

COMBOS
A Kōton technique would be quite effective due to the fact that it conducts electricity. Other than that, as stated in the jutsu itself; the usage of Suiton techniques will give the technique a 20+ boost

COUNTERS
Swamp of the Underworld may be used to prevent the electricity from moving towards the user.

2. The moment the target would see the lightnng bolts forming he would've realized the danger he is in. By the time the user's palm touches the ground, the target would've already thought of a counter and used it before the lightning reached him

COMBOS
1. Can be used along with Bringer of Darkness
2. The user can perform the D rank Earth Pillar technique and make a pillar erupt from beneath the target's left leg, lifting it into the air and making the target fall backwards. Once the target is on the ground the user can perform this technique

COUNTERS
1. An Earth Release technique that is able to create large cracks on the ground. This way the lightning would be unable to travel to the target
2. A thrust using a Futon technique can cause the target to be lifted into the air

Forming bolts of lightning, I release the chakra from my body into the air. As my chakra goes high into the air, I manipulate it to attract several bolts of lightning towards it. With my hand still raised into the air, I manipulate all of this natural lightning, and with a swing of hand cause the lightning bolts in the clouds to strike down onto the ground

1. If the opponent is an Aburame, he would be able to make his/her eat the chakra and then trace the users location by following the rope
2. Due to it producing a lot of light, it cannot be used as a surprise attack

COMBOS
1. It can be used with Hidden Sight Depravation technique to blind the user and then use this.
2. Water Release: Water Whip is an ideal combo as well

COUNTERS
Techniques like Hurricane Fist or even Earth Golem can be used to stop the rope of lightning

You know how this goes already so i'll get right into it.

First of all, i want you to gather lightning in your dominant hand and release it in the shape of a hound. A cord-like bolt of lightning should be connect your hand to the hound once its released, allowing you to control it and direct it toward your target. My dog beats yours any day!

Next, emit from your mouth a jagged beam of lightning capable of reaching long distances. By dividing the beam and sending them in different directions you can have it strike multiple targets and shock them also. Try it out.

Good enough. Now i want you to to channel lightning chakra into a bladed weapon. Then use the lightning energy inside of the weapon and cause the weapon to vibrate at a high frequency. Along with the boost in power that comes with the infusion of lightning, the vibration should allow the weapon to cut and pierce through most materials. Slice this up.

Now take these two windmill shuriken and attach metal cables to them before channeling lightning through them. Then toss them at your target and when they hit, they should shock and paralyze your target since you are running electricity through the cables to him. The effect is temporary however.

Immediately, Kazuya pulled out his sword and directed this chakra into the sword, infusing it with his Raiton chakra and increasing the vibrating frequency of the sword.

As this happened, the chakra was released into the air; and raised up into the clouds. With a single vertical wave of Kazuyas arm, a bolt of lightning struck down upon Pain.

Kazuya began by kneading his chakra, and channeling it to his palm. He than began to convert the chakra, by molding and compressing it to introduce the element of Raiton. Concentrating on power and control, Kazuya maximized the vibratory rates of his chakra and successfully produced lightning nature chakra. Kazuya directed his chakra into the Windmill Shurikens he had been handed earlier, and simultaneously hurled the Windmill Shurikens towards the Pain; controlling the Windmill Shurikens using metal cables and continuously flowing Raiton chakra to them; using the metal cables as a medium. As these windmill shurikens struck Pain, he was left paralyzed and completely immobilized.

Next, release raiton chakra around you and generate an orb-shaped energy barrier surrounding you. It is a convenient technique since it allows you to move around with it active over a period of time. After creating the barrier you could gather the energy around you and discharge it in one direction as an attack but the jutsu will end there. Defend yourself and strike back.

The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.

Now i want you to gather raiton chakra in your hand and toss it into the air where it should levitate for several seconds. While it's there, you need to make it generate lightning bolts continuously and shoot them at a target within range. Try it out

As bolts of lightning were produced, Kazuya released this amplified lightning chakra, applying shape manipulation and established a plasma barrier surrounding his body. Kazuya then turned his attention to the Pain who had hurled the explosive-tagged kunai towards him, and charged with his sword drawn. Kazuya simply watched as the kunai hit the barrier, exploding destructively; albeit failing to hurt Kazuya. As the smoke cleared, Kazuya directed the plasma energy and directed it towards the Pain, releasing a violent beam of lightning.

Kazuya began by kneading his chakra, and channeling it throughout his palm. He than began to convert the chakra, by molding and compressing it to introduce the element of Raiton. Concentrating on power and control, Kazuya maximized the vibratory rates of his chakra and successfully produced lightning nature chakra. As bolts of lightning were produced, Kazuya released this amplified lightning chakra, applying shape manipulation and established a plasma orb. This plasma orb subsequently lifted into the air, and released bolts of lightning upon the scattered dummies.

Well done, time to rank up! Now i want you to perform the Ox, Rabbit, Monkey, Dragon, Rat, Bird, Ox, Snake, Dog, Tiger, and Monkey handseals. Then gather concentrated lightning in your palm. Once done, strike your target with a piecing thrust or cutting slash with you hand, made powerful by the lightning energy. Here's your target.

(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals


Next, generate unfocused electricity within your body and release it as either an omnidirectional surge or by channeling the electricity through a medium at your target. On contact the electricity paralyzes them but doesn't cause much physical damage. This technique can also be channeled through weapons to increase their strength. Try it out.

(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current

Range: Short (Mid if channeled through a medium)

Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used to boost weapon damage)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Now perform a small sequence of handseals before placing your palm on the ground and releasing from it a large, triangular bolt of lightning that will tear through the ground on the way to it's target with it's high temperature and destructive power. Destroy this guy.

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Concentrating on power and control, Kazuya maximized the vibratory rates of his chakra and successfully produced lightning nature chakra. Kazuya subsequently had the chakra channeled to his left hand, producing bolts of lightning; compressed into spherical lightning. Kazuya then simply surged forward, moving in towards Rin and viciously pierced through Rins body as he thrusted his left hand straight through Rin.

Kazuya began by kneading his chakra, and channeling it throughout his body. He than began to convert the chakra, by molding and compressing it to introduce the element of Raiton. Concentrating on power and control, Kazuya maximized the vibratory rates of his chakra and successfully produced lightning nature chakra. As bolts of lightning were produced, Kazuya released this amplified lightning chakra, generating bolts of non-focused lightning. Kazuya immediately released this stream of lightning, enlarging its area of affliction. This not only resulted in the Pains being struck by the bolts of lightning, but the unfocused lightning also utilized the swords wielded by the Pains as a medium to flow through, and further strike the Pains.

Kazuya began by kneading his chakra, and weaving a small set of handseals; channeling it to his left arm. He than began to convert the chakra, by molding and compressing it to introduce the element of Raiton. Concentrating on power and control, Kazuya maximized the vibratory rates of his chakra and successfully produced lightning nature chakra. Kazuya immediately placed his palm upon the earth, applying shape transformation and released a triangular bolt of lightning causing intense heat and power that not only ripped through the Earthen Golem but tore the earth.

Superb. The next jutsu is a variant of chidori. You need to gather concentrated lightning in your palm and release it in the form of numerous lightning needles capable of piercing most defenses and numbing the damaged area. Depending on the situation, the needles could accurately strike certain points of the body without causing permanent injury. Try it on these guys

Next, gather and compress lightning in the form of a small ball in your palm. By releasing the lightning energy at once create a huge electrical explosion to damage a nearby target. Alternatively you could just throw it at further target. Here's a tough target for you.

For this one perform the Rat, Monkey, Horse, and Tiger handseals and summon sixteen giant pillars of rock out of the ground that construct a giant oven used to trap your targets. Unlike Four Pillar Bind, this one doesn't shoot lightning. Keep this dog in its place.

It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Kazuya quickly channeled this chakra to the location of the Giant Dog, and by utilizing Space/Time Ninjutsu, he summoned sixteen giant pillars that restricted the dog by entrapping it inside a metallic chamber.

Try that last jutsu again. First, the pillars aren't summoned. They are formed by shaping the ground with lightning chakra. Yeah it's odd but accurate. Also the competed oven is made of rock, not metal.

Kazuya began by kneading his chakra, and weaving the Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger handseals. Kazuya quickly channeled this chakra to the location of the Giant Dog, infusing the earth with his Raiton chakra and by applying shape manipulation, he designed multiple large earthen pillars that restricted the Giant Dogs motion. These pillars subsequently developed into an oven and completely entrapped the dog inside, leaving only a 'window' which could be used to conduct further attacks upon the summon.

You got it. Here's another chidori variant. You'll have to gather lightning in your hand and use shape manipulation to extend the lightning in the form of a blade up to 10 meters long. Once you have pierced your target, you can further manipulate the blade to split into multiple blades and cause more damage. Find your next victim.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.

Next, imbue the air around you with raiton chakra and generate a spinning vortex of lightning that you should manipulate into the form of a dragon's head. Once directed at a target, even if it misses, lightning from the dragon can jump to a nearby target and strike him. Take these guys out.

Concentrating on power and control, Kazuya maximized the vibratory rates of his chakra and successfully produced lightning nature chakra. As bolts of lightning were produced, Kazuya released this amplified lightning chakra, and applied shape manipulation to it. Immediately, Kazuya released this chakra into the surrounding air and shaped a dragon-headed destructive vortex of wind and electricity around himself. Kazuya raised his left arm into the air, and with a single downward swipe; the dragon headed towards the three Pains to strike them.

Superb. In this set we start the S-ranks! First perform the Monkey, Ox, Boar and Tiger handseals before releasing raiton chakra in the form of an electrical discharge. Apply shape manipulation to condense the lightning into several destructo destructive disks launched at your targets at high speed. Execute that thief!

The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

Now i want you to perform the Snake handseal and hold your hands out while gathering large amounts of lightning chakra in them. Then release it in the form of a powerful beam of lightning energy towards your target. You may split the beam multiple times to strike more than one target. This dog needs some discipline.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

As bolts of lightning were produced, Kazuya released this amplified lightning chakra by slamming his right hand on the earth, and directing the chakra to the ground directly underneath the Giant Crustacean. As the chakra reached beneath Pains Summon, it released itself into a giant column of lightning that fried the summon.

Kazuya began by kneading his chakra, and weaving the Snake handseal, channeling the chakra to his right hand. He then began to convert the chakra, by molding and compressing it to introduce the element of Raiton. Concentrating on power and control, Kazuya maximized the vibratory rates of his chakra and successfully produced lightning nature chakra. As bolts of lightning were produced, Kazuya released this amplified lightning chakra, and applied shape manipulation to it. Then, by simply aiming his arm, directly straight towards the Dog Summon; he released a beam of lightning that subsequently divided into multiple tendrils, which pierced through the Dogs body, targeting vital organs.

Impressive. Now focus massive amounts of lightning chakra around your hands like you're making a Chidori on each hand. Then clap your hands together to release all of the energy at once in the form of a huge, destructive thunderbolt at your target. The damage it causes is so great you would also be hurt if your target was short range from you. Don't mind the bird, you have other things to worry about.

(Raiton: Chidori Jinrai) – Lightning Release: 1000 birds ThunderClap.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the user. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The Thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Next, perform the Ox, Rabbit, and Monkey handseals and simply gather a higher concentration of lightning chakra in your palm than chidori which should make it even more powerful when striking a target. Here's a tough target for you.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

For this jutsu perform the Ram, Horse, Snake, and Tiger handseals before releasing a great amount lightning chakra across the surface of your body. Manifest this chakra as a shining light emanating from you to blind anyone looking in your direction. You may use a genjutsu in conjunction with this technique to prevent your enemy from noticing the illusion right away. Try it out.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
