Lightning Release [Raiton]

Properties Of Raiton:
Lightning techniques are separated in 3 categories, techniques that are capable of paralyzing, basically shocking the nervous system of the target so much that it shuts down, when affected by this type of lightning technique, it makes you incapable of moving, or even utilizing ninjutsu. However the user might still be able to use Doujutsu Genjutsu. Depending on the rank of the technique, the user can easily figure out how long the target would remain paralyzed. Example of techniques like this is Chidori Nagashi, Wave of inspiration and more.

Second type are techniques that are capable of piercing through objects, this is done through compressing the lightning chakra so much that it condenses, having a solid effect when it has an impact with an object, example of techniques like this one are like Chidori and Raikiri.

Third and last type of lightning techniques, is techniques that stimulate the body's nervous system, using lightning to increase the neural synapses and push the body to a limit where its speed becomes on par with the Eight Internal Gates, example of techniques of this category is the Lightning Release Armor, used by the Third and Fourth Raikages

How It Reacts To Each Element:

2. Can be used if the target is expeling water from their mouth. The user can perform this jutsu, touch the water being expeled out of the targets mouth and release a surge of chakra that would move towards the targets mouths in a few seconds

Disadvantages:
1. Can only be used if the target is on a water source or is on the ground
2. The moment the target would see the lightnng bolts forming he would've realized the danger he is in. By the time the user's palm touches the ground, the target would've already thought of a counter and used it before the lightning reached him

Combos and possible uses:
1. Can be used along with bringer of darkness
2. The user can perform the D rank Earth Pillar technique and make a pillar erupt from beneath the target's left leg, lifting it into the air and making the target fall backwards. Once the target is on the ground the user can perform this technique

How to defend against it:
1. An Earth Release technique that is able to create large cracks on the ground. This way the lightning would be unable to travel to the target
2. A thrust using a Futon technique can cause the target to be lifted into the air

I perform the Tiger → Snake → Dog handseals and start by gathering chakra. As I feel that I have gathered enough chakra, I then convert the chakra, molding and compressing the chakra to Raiton chakra. I channel the chakra to my hand and when I believe I am ready, I release the chakra in the shape of an electric current which travels at blinding speed towards Minato's clones

NUMBER OF HANDSEALS:
3

ADVANTAGES:
1. Quite difficult to avoid
2. Can hit multiple targets
3. Can be twice as dangerous if used at close - range and at a single shinobi
4. Since it can avoid obstacles, multiple pillars or walls won't be able to stop the current from spreading
5. Almost impossible to dodge if the target is on a water source

DISADVANTAGES:
1. Although it is dangerous if used at close - range, it would be useless against Samurai due to their mastery of Iaido

COMBOS AND POSSIBLE USES:
1. Can be used on a water source
2. The user can perform this technique if they are hit my the opponents water release technique. The lightning current would travel towards the opponent and shock them

HOW TO DEFEND AGAINST IT:
