Dean makes his way towards the training grounds, where he was to teach Lightning to a new shinobi. He had been around for a while, in terms of age, but perhaps he felt it was time to learn the basic five elements. Dean didn't mind though, Lightning was actually one of his favourite elements. The first one he mastered, oddly enough. Dean had a bag on his back which contained several scrolls.
"Oi, I am Dean Winchester of the Nekura clan, and I will be teaching you Lightning. Tell me what you know about the element, including its strengths and weaknesses, also, notable users of the element. Use as much detail as you can."
Dean waits for his student to answer what he had asked.
"Oh, and your name too."

Raiton ( Lightning Release ) is one of the basic five elements in the Narutoverse. It is created from vibrations in their chakra that increases the sharpness and speed of something or someone. Raiton can also paralyze someone, making them unable to move. Raiton can also be infused into weapons to increase its sharpness. Ninja in Kumogakure are seen to mostly have this affinity more than any other village.
Raiton is strong against Doton because it can easily travel through it and break it. Raiton is weak against Futon because wind is an insulator.
Raiton can be used in combinations with other elements. With Suiton it creates Storm Release. With Doton it creates explosion release. In our RP it can be used with Katon to create Dark and with Futon to create Swift.
Some special Raiton users are, Any Raikage, Sasuke, Killer Bee, Ameyuri Ringo, etc.

"Very good. Lightning is a great element, although its a bit linear overall. Its works great in combinations, and makes it very useful in battle to corner your opponent. There aren't a large variety of properties that Lightning techniques take, most have a shocking property, other can cause numbing or paralysis. It can be channelled into weapons, or any conductible medium. Anyway, I want you to grab this paper here, and channel your Lightning based chakra into it. Think of what Lightning is, its shocking property, its capability to shock the opponent. This would cause the paper to crumble as it does so."
Dean looks into his bag as he gets the small paper. A special paper known as chakra paper, which would allow his student to do as he was asked. He then hands it to his student.
"Sit in a meditating position, and channel that Lightning chakra!"

Kuzan grabs the piece of paper and sits down in a meditating position. He begins to channel his Raiton chakra into it. Kuzan thinks about lightning zapping someone. The person being electrocuted with millions of volts. Shocking them so severely, their face can't even be identified. With this train of thought, the paper begins to crumble into small pieces. Falling between Kuzans fingers.

"Great job, now we can move on to the techniques. My method is as follows. I will explain the technique to you, then I want you to perform it, give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages of the technique and also, how you would use it in battle.
Now the first technique is fairly simple. The technique starts off by manipulating your Lightning based chakra and focusing it to your hands. You will then create small bolts of Lightning, which are aimed to strike the opponent and cause some minor shock. A very useful technique in close range, considering it doesn't require hand seals. Use it against my clone (plus add the other stuff I mentioned too)."

Kuzan begins to channel his Raiton chakra into hands. He then manipulates it to becomes small bolts of lightning that he thrusts foward out of his hands. The bolts of lightning shock your clone and makes it go poof.
Advantages: No handseals required | Could catch my opponent off guard.
Disadvantages: Doesn't cause major damage | Has a very limited range.
Use: I would use this move if someone was rushing towards me at great speeds.

Kuzan begins the channel his Raiton chakra into both of his. He then uses chakra manipulation to create electricity. With this, he slams his hands onto the ground and targets the clone with his electricity. The attack travels at a steady pace towards the clone. Once the the attack is at its feet, the electricity zaps him and eventually makes it go poof.
Advantages: Requires no hand seals. | Could paralyze my opponent.
Disadvantages: Hands must always be on the ground. Target could see it coming.
Uses: I would first try to bind the person. Making them unable to move. Then use this technique.

"It wouldn't paralyze them per se, but rather delivers a shock, but most of these D rank moves are fairly basic anyway, so their descriptions leave a lot up to interpretation. Anyway, good. Here you go."

Kuzan channels his Raiton chakra into the palm of his left hand. His hand turns a bright blue and he can feel the energy of his attack. With the preparation of the technique finished, Kuzan waves his hand in an arch towards the clone. Unleashing a wave of lightning bolts at him. The bolts of lightning strike your clone at different angles. Causing it to disperse.
Advantages: Requires no handseals | Hard to see coming since it's a close range specialty.
Disadvantages: Can only reach short range. | Moving your hand in arch would be a giveaway to what kind enough technique you are doing
Uses: While in close combat, I would surprise my opponent with a swift flick of the wrist to catch me off guard.

"A quite similar technique to be honest, though now, you'll form the Tiger → Snake → Dog hand seals. You will then manipulate your Lightning based chakra to create an electric current, which is released from your hands. This current covers quite a distance, and can even avoid obstacles. Useful when taking down oncoming earth projectiles. Use it against my clone."

Kuzan performs three handseals Tiger > Snake > Dog. Kuzan then manipulates his chakra into a current of electricity that is charged in his hands. Once done, Kuzan slams his hands into the ground and release a current of blue electricity that travels along the ground. The current eventually reached your clone and disperses it.
Advantages : Can avoid oncoming attacks | Since it's a current, can grave through certain objects.
Disadvantages : Requires three handseals | Can see this attack coming pretty easily.
Uses: I would create a clone that would bind my opponent then Release this attack.
