Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.
This is similiar to the calmity wave, you got taught just before. It is pretty well explained how you can use it cojoint with a water technique. It's unfocused wave of lightning though, and serves only for shocking effects if I'm not mistaken.
Kirikoe raises his hand towards the sky and sends an electrical current up through his arm and discharges it out of his palm into the clouds in the sky, this allows Kirikoe to create lightning strikes in a location of his choice which are produced quite quickly.

From what I understand of this technique, you have them wired to your hands in someway. You throw them, much akin to how they did during the Chuunin Exam. Through hand movements and divertions with the cables you're able to re-direct the windmills before they hit their targets. Then through lightning chakra, you channel it through the cables, that then run along and into the windmill shocking the target.
Kirikoe channels his lightning chakra into his sword increasing its vibration frequency, this in turn gives the sword much more cutting power than a sword enhanced with average wind chakra allowing Kirikoe to easily cut through a dummy made of the toughest materials with relative ease.
Performing the Ram hand-seal, Kirikoe manipulates his chakra proceeded by raising his hand towards the sky discharging lightning from his hand which shocks the training dummy.

Exuding your lightning chakra off entity, you're capable of creating a electric spherical bubble around yourself, working as a suitable defense. It's not capable of being seen through. It moves with you, and whilst active you're limited to lightning techniques mainly. You can decide to release it in an omni-directional wave.

Kirikoe once again manipulating his lightning chakra exerts his lightning chakra around himself manipulating it to generate a barrier or lightning around him, this barrier seemed sturdy and a very capable defence with the ability to defend from even the largest scale attacks thanks to its 360 degree defence, Once done examining the defensive barrier, Kirikoe discharges the lightning around him in an omni-directional manner creating a wave of lightning.
Kirikoe once again using his lightning chakra focuses it into an orb from his hands which he releases high into the air, the lightning orb remains static in the air for a few seconds before releasing a continuous rain of lightning bolts which shocks every single dummy within its wide radius.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
