Wow such an inspirational post.
Raiton is electricity .-. nailed it right? Nah im on it.
Raiton is one of the five basic elemental nature transformations which carries a very high piercing quality giving any weapon the element is channelled into a much high piercing potential, it also allows for much faster movement, a very deadly element fit for combat, the lightning elemental nature is attained via high frequency vibrations of the users chakra. Raiton has the ability to paralyse the target also leaving them vulnerable to another attack if necessary, however unlike natural lightning, lightning created via chakra is slower in comparison due to the high levels of control needed over the element which slows the element down.
Raiton is strong against Doton, this is due to the fact that Raiton can travel through the ground easily and break it apart, it is however weak against Fuuton, this is because Fuuton is a natural insulator for lightning and can disperse the lightning.
Raiton and Suiton also have an interesting interaction, this is because water acts as a conductor and thus lightning easily travels through it, Suiton can be used to often increase the potential abilities of Raiton, however if the user is not careful Sution can be used to use the users own Raiton technique against them.
Well known Raiton users are Kakashi, Sasuke, the 3rd Raikage and the 4th Raikage.

Kirikoe was soon teleported to a new area to continue training, once again he had to sit in the infamous lotus position, following orders he did just that and began meditating within the new area, feeling the stormy area for what it was, A high sense of heat could be felt within the area, this could be because of the heavy vibrating of particles in the air he thought to himself, the tension, well it had a heavy feeling to it, as if lightning could strike at any moment breaking through this dense hot air, it was a feeling Kirikoe had felt many times on his travels through Ancrath, being a stormy area in general this feeling would often come over, however this was much stronger, it could be due to how close he was to it..
He however could feel the vibrations in the air much more and the heat that came along with it, the tension that the clouds gave also. Kirikoe stayed within this area for a while getting used to the feeling of this area

If one had to guess I would assume im either trying to crumple the leaf with my raiton chakra or pierce it .-. so which one is it .-.
Kirikoe places the leaf between the palm of his hands, channelling his chakra through it he tries to recreate the feeling he felt being up high towards the clouds, vibrating his chakra violently, adding tension and finally after a few tries Kirikoe had managed to produce lightning chakra, the leaf in between his palms crumpled and pierced from the lightning chakra's power.
Kirikoe looked up towards his sensei waiting for further guidance .-.

( .-.) Really? Sigh~ Kirikoe follows his sensei taking him to a puddle of water, being instructed to place his hand over the water source he did just that, placing his palm directly over the puddle, allowing it to lay just atop the waters surface, he looked towards his sensei on what to do next

Focus on what you've taught yourself during your meditation. The vibrant feelings, convert that, and exude those into the puddle causing it to hopefully ripple with electricity.

As he listened he replicated what had been said, replicating the feeling he had back during meditation he focused his chakra and concentrated on trying to make his chakra vibrate, he tried time and time again, the tension had risen, he had started to get a warm feeling around his palm also, finally he succeeded releasing a small surge of lightning chakra he caused the puddle to ripple thanks to his chakra alone... or so he thought.. nope turns out he just accidently lowered his palm into the puddle causing it to ripple .-. silly Kirikoe..
Giving it another shot this time full of resolve he once again focuses chakra into his palm, causing his chakra to vibrate violently causing the heat and tension to be released, pushing it further and further until he let of a lightning styled chakra which caused the water to ripple vigorously, with a sigh of relief and a small celebration of success he let out a small cheer.

This time Kirikoe focused his lightning chakra all around his body, repeating the same action as before except this time along the ground starting with his palm he attempted to manifest lightning, It took him a long time being that lightning was not an element natural to Kirikoe but after a while he finally broke through and discharged lightning from his palms and from his whole body along the ground, which had started from his hand.
That was not easy...

After attempting the previous few, Kirikoe had felt like he had gotten the hand of utilising the lightning element, Focusing his chakra around his body Kirikoe attempts to discharge lightning from his entire body, failing on the very first time he tries once again, pushing his chakra to its limits he manages to discharge lightning from his entire body.
