As the clone approaches nogetsune he starts running towards the clone in that process gathering his chakra together with lightning transformation he then sways around the clone to the left grabbing the clone around his neck with his right arm now facing the clones back then releasing the lightning throughout his whole body that covered him like an armor shocking and disintegrating the clone instantly because the technique was that quick.

No hand seals was required for this technique and was a great defense. In a real battle you could use it against faster opponents especially if they trying to surprise you. The technique is only useful in short distances and only last for 1 attack

I think that's a great technique gonna be using that 1 a lot

Nogetsune proceeds towards the cliff gather his chakra together with lightning transformation performing the hand seals Snake →Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together. As his hands clap together he released a wave of lightning towards the cliff weakening the rock on the cliff causing the rock to tumble down on the clone gives way in the process. disintegrating the clone or if it was a real opponent it would cause heavy damage or kill your opponent if your opponent is not aware of the incoming rocks.

3 hand seals required with means the technique take longer 2 perform and you need to be near a hill or cliff and the technique could not reach long distances and you can harm yourself with this technique . You could surprise your opponents easily with this technique because its unexpected. But the sound of the rocks tumbling down would alert your opponent.

For your question, one could distract the opponent with something else like a Genjutsu that constricts their movement, a Ninjutsu technique that holds the opponent in place, weaken the opponent first by aiming at a human weak point which would make it more difficult for them to escape, should the rocks start falling on them. The 3 clones approach nogetsune he quickly jumps in the air in that process gathering his chakra together with lightning nature transformation holds his fist out like he was holding a sword as the yellow light formed over his hand he released the lightning shaped like a horn which would spread towards the 3 clones hitting the clones directly in the chest disintegrating the clones on contact

The technique was quick and direct no hand seals required for the technique and can target multiple opponents at the same time but the technique could not reach long distances and the yellow pale light would be an indication to your opponent that you going to perform a technique

In a real battle will be great to use against a opponent that use earth techniques because of the lightnings piercing properties over earth techniques you could counter and attack with 1 technique

"That's alright, just work on how to use it in battle. Best used against several enemies, as it can attack them at the same time. Here you go."

"Next jutsu, once again requires a sword. So, take out your sword and prepare yourself. Whilst holding it, channel your Lightning based chakra into the sword, which increases it cutting capabilities. Then, manipulate it to make the sword start levitating. As it levitates, create two other copies from the sword. These copies have a physical state, and are then manipulated, with the original one. These three swords are then sent, spinning, towards the opponent. They are controlled with hand gestures and you also can't mold other chakra whilst using these swords. So concentrate, and use it on my clones."

Nogetsune spreads his legs apart turns his right side towards the clone as he puts his hands on his sword then pulls out his sword and holds it out in front of him gathers his chakra together with lightning transformation then concentrates the chakra into the sword so that it would start to float above him then manipulate it to multiply and become 3 then directs the swords towards the clones hitting the in the neck disintegrating the clones on contact.

The technique allows you to attack multiple opponents and has no hand seals,quick and easy to perform plus the lightning would enhance the power of the weapon. The technique doesn't reach long ranges and you would lose chakra for every turn the technique is still active and no other technique can be done while performing this technique

In a real battle would use the technique as an offense and defense at the same time because of the multiple weapons you could attack with some of the weapons and hold some back to protect yourself so that you don't have perform another technique in that turn

"That's good, not really much to add because it is such an unorthodox technique. Well, it is placed under the Lightning techniques, because in order to manipulate and copy the sword into two other copies and increase its cutting capabilities, Lightning chakra is needed. The whole technique revolves around the Lightning, unlike some Kenjutsu techniques that only requires some Lightning chakra to be channeled into the sword for some basic attacks etc. Anyway, here is the technique."

"Next technique is the last C rank. First start off by manipulating your Lightning based chakra in your dominant hand, which generates electrical bolts around your forearm. You will then slam your palm of your dominant hand onto the ground, which then causes an electrical discharge to be sent outwards, 5 meters around you. It's an omni-directional attack. Use it against my clone."

Nogetsune put his left hand on his right elbow starts gathering chakra together with lightning transformation as the lightning formed around his arm he slammed his right hand into the ground releasing a wave of lightning the flowed away from him right around him hitting the clone which would disintegrate the clone

The technicque has a 360 degree wave of lightning around you so its a great defense technique no hand seals required quick and easy to perform. Technique cannot reach mid or long range distances and leave you open to attack coming from above because your hand is on the ground during the technique.

In a real battle I would use it against opponents that's fast and difficult to detect and it would make it easy to counter earth techniques that surrounds you.

As I take my position and stance legs spread apart I perform the Ox hand seal I start gathering my chakra together with lightning transformation

its good to feel the lightning chakra following through my body again

While holding the ox hand seal I hold my hands out forward wait for the clone to be within short range of me then releasing my lightning chakra I would form a lightning wall which would give the clone a massive shock disintegrating the clone in the process.

Facing a real opponent:I would use this technique again earth element users to eliminate there earth techniques and opponets with rapid speed.

Advantages of this technique it quick to perform only 1 hand seal needed
And its a great defense technique any its a wall shaped jutsu and anything that makes contact with it will be electrocuted.

Disadvantage of this technique it only reaches short distances which make it hard to use against long distance users and the wall only covers your front which leaves your back vulnerable.

I start off by gathering my chakra throughout my entire body before then molding the gathered raw chakra in lightning based chakra. As your clone proceeds to advance towards my position, I release the gathered lightning chakra whilst adding nature transformation and forming the lightning chakra into proper lightning/electricity. As soon as the chakra shows features of actual lightning, I manipulate it by adding shape manipulation to shape the lightning into a half-faced dome of electricity which swiftly advances forward towards your oncoming clone. Upon contact with the clone, the momentum gathered from its forward advance, allows it to slightly draw your clone backwards before shocking and paralyzing it. Thus the clone evidently disperses into a cloud of smoke.

Advantages: This technique has both shocking and paralyzing properties which would work well as a supplementary move to immobilize the target. The technique also has some sort of solid momentum which would allow you to blast the target away from you should he be to close. This would prove effective against taijutsu and kenjutsu experts.

Disadvantages: The technique can only be used within short range and works only as a frontal attack, leaving the user vulnerable from all sides. The attack seems to be only a single release type, meaning it cannot be manipulated to move in a different direction once it has been released.

In an actual battle, I would be sure to use this technique against close range experts such as Taijutsu user for example and should the target be rather close once the technique is released, there would be minimal time to attack at the user's blind spots due to the opponent having to defend against the dome of electricity or risk taking a hit from it.

"Okay, now to the techniques! First start off by manipulating your Lightning based chakra, and covering the fist of your dominant hand in Lightning. You will then use shape manipulation, to form it into a sphere. Then by performing a punching motion, you can unleash the Lightning in the form of a localized explosion. An interesting technique, and easy to use. Nice for using after constricting the opponent, or just as a distraction, but overall very generic. Also a plus that it doesn't require any hand seals, so use it on my clone."

"After that, raise your dominant hand or weapon into the air, and send an electrical discharge into the clouds. This would create an electric strike in a desired location, which are triggered right after the technique. That means you can't delay it, or prepare it before hand. One of my favorite techniques, because it can be used in conjunction with many water techniques as a way to electrify the whole water around the opponent and so on. Use it on my clone."

lightning. As soon as the features of actual lightning starts to show, I channel the chakra into my right arm and manipulate
it by adding shape manipulation and forming into small sphere

As the clone approaches me I start dashing toward the clone when I'm close enough i would punch targeting a certain area of with the contact of the punch it would cause a lightning/electrical explosion as the clone would be dispersed into dust

Advantages of this technique its an instant technique and it requires no hand seals which means there's no time delay,if the punch makes contact with your opponent it could do heavy damage or even be fatal because of the explosion.

Disadvantages would be that its a short range technique which would render the jutsu helpless if your opponent specializes in mid or even long range jutsus.

It a real battle I would use the technique against tai jutsu users which would give you the element of surprise in close combat allowing you to unleash a surge of lightning will in combat.

As I stand legs spread apart gathering my raw chakra I would unseath my sword from my holster on my back wielding it the air both hands,I would then channel the chakra together with lightning transformation into the sword releasing a electrical discharge of chakra into the clouds above and immediately release lightning bolts to the location where the clone is on contact the clone will be dispersed into dust.

Advantages of the technique it attacks from above meaning your opponent can't raise to the air and give a great opening to combination on ground level,the technique is instant no delays and no hand seals required.

Disadvantages is that if you attempting to use it as a combination to a water technique you should be distant or have no contact with the water,having to raise your hand or weapon is an indication to your opponent that you about to perform a technique.

In real battle I would use it when my opponent is distant from me and could be used a distraction allowing a gap to perform another technique.

"Now we will move on to the next two techniques. First technique starts off by performing Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals and manipulating your Lightning based chakra. This allows you to forcefully shape the Earth into 4 large pillars that rise around the opponent. From these four pillars, you will unleash a barrage of Lightning that shocks anything within it. The Lightning both shocks and paralyzes. An interesting technique that works even up to Long range, and can be a great distraction. Use it against my clone."

"The second technique starts off by forming the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, and generating a large amount of Lightning from your hands. This Lightning can be released in the form of an unfocused manner, or through a conductive material (or Water) which would indeed empower the Water and make it more deadly. This can be done after doing a Water technique, or simultaneously if you have a clone with you. Use it with a clone to empower the Water and shock my clone."

As my sensei creates the clone I would perform a series of hand seals Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird →
Hare hand seals, gathered with my raw chakra together with lightning nature transformation,as I raise my hands I would use shape manipulation to create 4 pillars from the ground/earth surrounding my opponent and from the pillars release a barrage of lightning/electrical current that would cause a shocking or paralysing effect with the clone trapped inside it would be disintegrated to dust.

The advantages of this technique is that it surround your opponent given your opponent little room to evade your attack,the technique can be use in long range combating which gives you an advantage over your opponent and the technique serves as a great distraction allowing you to close the gap between you an your opponent.

Disadvantages of the technique 5 hand seals required which means there's a time delay.and it gives your opponent an indication that you about to perform a jutsu.

I a real battle I would use the technique as the technique is performed and the time that my opponent use to evade it,I would use that time to approach my opponent for closer combat or in combination with another move

As both clones are formed and appear on the field, I prepare myself by gathering my chakra whilst simultaneously your clone would gather his chakra. I then mold my gathered raw chakra into lightning release chakra whilst simultaneously forming the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals. Keeping in tune with myself, your clone would transform his chakra into water release chakra. Upon my signal, your clone dispels a wave of dense water from his gullet. I then release the lightning chakra, adding nature transformation and causing the chakra to take on the form of a wave of lightning that is released in an unfocused manor into the wave of water. The lightning effectively empowers the wave of water whilst also adding piercing and numbing effects to it. Just as your second clone would approach, he takes a direct hit by the torrent of water and gets blasted backwards whilst also being shocked and paralyzed by the power of the lightning within the water. Upon being hit, the clone gets disintegrate.

Advantages of this technique is because of its unfocused capabilities it could be channeled onto another technique enhancing the technique,and because its a combination jutsu your opponent would have a harder time countering your jutsu

Disadvantage of the technique 5 hand seals required which means there's a time delay.and it gives your opponent an indication that you about to perform a jutsu,the technique requires a conductive material.

The technique I would've used is a steel jutsu, (Kōton: Kase ) Steel Release: Shackles thus being said that the steel shackles and chains are a good conductor of electricity and would electicute your opponent on contact.

"Next technique starts off by bringing your hands together as you manipulate Lightning based chakra. This will cause Lightning chakra to start crackling around both your hands. Then, you will slam both your hands onto the ground and manipulate this Lightning, causing it to race through the Earth as an electrical current. Once it gets close to the opponent, you will split the Lightning into multiple tendrils that can attack the opponent individually. During this, your hands have to be connected to the ground in order to keep the current active. Use it against my clone."

As your opponent comes closer, you will release from your body, a bolt of Lightning energy. This would of course, shock him and cause some damage. A basic technique in my opinion.
