Dean Winchester arrives on the training field, finding a young man there. He had to teach him Lightning, the ferocious element. He walks up to his student, and looks at him.
"Oi, there. The name's Dean Winchester, and I will be teaching you Lightning. Now, I want you to tell me everything you know about Lightning in the Narutoverse, it's strengths and weaknesses and also, known users of the element. Use as much detail as you can please. "
Dean then awaits his student to answer him, hopefully, it will be a good one.

Yes sempai. lightning(raiton) is one of the basic 5 element in the narutoverse. Its the element that is considered to be the fastest of the 5 elements and is known to neutral to water element because water is a conductor of electricity which makes it a great combination. Which allow lightning to flow through water and could electrocute or paralyze if in contact with the water source. Lightning is strong earth element or technique because it pierces through earth technique or formations. Lightning is weak against wind because wind is a natural insulator to lightning which makes it weak when infused basically canceling the power of the lightning.
Hatake kakashi is known his famous lightning technique Rikiri. Sasuke uses chidori technique and last but not least darui that uses black lightning technique.

"Alright, that is okay, Lightning rips through Earth because of it's properties and it's weak to Wind because the wind insulates it. It is usually combined with Water for that extra effect and is quite the destructive element. Not very versatile though. I hope you have what it takes to tame this monstrous element.

If done correctly, the paper should start to wrinkle and fold, showing you know how to correctly mold Lightning chakra. Sit over there and meditate whilst channeling your chakra into it. Close your eyes whilst doing it."

Dean looks at his student. Impatient as usual, they always were. The Lightning element wasn't an element that was easily tamed. Dean smirks as he points towards his student.
"A little more patience and concentration! You almost got it. Think of an erratic current, the wild movement of Lightning. Create it by focusing your chakra to your hand holding the paper, try harder!"
Dean then takes a bottle of whiskey from his bag, and quickly drinks it before his student could see.

He then starts molding his chakra throughout his entire body when he feels the raw chakra has been gathered he then add nature transformation to change the raw chakra into lightning release chakra

But as soon as he answers he realizes the a clone is rapidly approaching because he just looked at his sempai yet someone is approaching him. he jumps to the back not to far because he knew that the advantages of jutsu is that it was quick to perform and that it required no handseals.

As the lightning around his hands got more he them slammed his hands to the ground realeasing a surge of lightning flowing through the ground heading towards his sempai's clone.

"That's good, just structure it a bit better. That technique requires no hand seals, can be released quite easily, and would be a great advantage in a close range battle. Imagine someone released that Lightning at point blank range? It's pretty useful. I like your answers though, here you go."

As nogetsune the 2 clones he started gathered his chakra together with lightning nature transformation concentrating the chakra to his hand releasing a broad wave of lightning with his hands faced forward ensuring the technique was broad enough the make contact with both clones disintegrating the clones in the process.
No hand seals was required for this technique quick and easy to perform and could cover a large area making it a little hard for your opponents to escape
The technique is a great combination with water jutsu's which would increase the technique strength. But also making sure that you not in contact with the water which could be fatal for yourself
Facing a real opponent the technique will do great damage by itself to weaken your opponent. But would be fatal with a water jitsu
