Lighting
Lightning Release known as Raiton in Japanese Term is one of the basic five elements.It allows users to create lightning with their high frequency vibration of chakra. Lightning Release is common to the ninja of Kumogakure. The electricity paralyses the target. It can be also be used as Lightning Armor as used by Raikage. Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart but weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.

For the earlier justu I know it may not be too many things to talk about. But if you leave some out I'll explain them.
For the first justu simply use your chakra to create small bolts of lightning which will attack this dummy over here.

I am confused by this code.. I will use the Edited Version.. =D
Advantages
1) Numbs the opponent when the lightning strikes him..
2) Useful if Short range because Lightning travels fast..
Disadvantages
1) Cannot be used in Long Range..
How you would use it in battle:
1) To numb a opponent so that i gain the advantage..
How you would counter it:
1) A powerful Earth Jutsu may stop it..
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
As Senpai ordered.. I first start gathering my Raiton Chakra from my body into my right hand.. Then i charge my Raiton chakra and release it from my Right hand in form of Lightning Bolts.. The Lightning Bolts travel Mid Range to the Training Dummy attacking the Dummy..

Good. Though you are right a powerful earth justu can stop it, remember wind is stronger than lightning, and lightning is stronger than earth. For the next justu build up raiton chakra into your hands. Slam them into the ground releasing a small shock of lightning through the ground which will shock my clone's feet.

Advantages
1) The opponent would be unaware if the Lightning is travelling through the ground.. Only Doujutsu can track it..
Disadvantages
1) A person with a Doujutsu can track it..
How you would use it in battle:
If i were to stop the opponent from moving.. I can use this Jutsu to paralyze his feet..
How you would counter it:
1) With Doujutsu
2) A sensor would track the chakra

First i start gathering my body chakra into my right hand.. When the chakra flows into my right hand and through the palm, i quickly slam the ground and discharge my Raiton Chakra.. For the next justu I want you to emit a power-field of lightning capable of striking my clone dealing small shock damage to him. Not much to this justu.

Alright good. Sorry for the late reply though. Been slipping. For the next justu create another field of lightning around your body. But this one, unlike the others will explode launching your opponent back a little. If you can find a picture post it. Since this one is very similar to the last one. You don't have to put much.

First i start gathering my Raiton Chakra around my body. Then i use my Chakra Control to change the shape of Raiton Chakra and use it all over my body. Then i walk over to the clone and just simply hits him with the electric field which makes him explode and go back.

Great job. For the last D rank justu I'd like you to concentrate your raiton chakra into your hands. Then raise the your hands in the direction of my clone. Condense the raiton chakra in your hands allowing you to fire out a wave of lightning bolts at my clone. Nothing special about this justu.
