Ok so, Lightning is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the vibration of their chakra.. It's usually used to increase the piercing power or to paralyze an enemy causing them not to be able to move. Lightning can also be fused with the Ninja weapons to increase their piercing and cutting power.
Lightning is comon between the shinobi of Kumogakure.
That's pretty much everything i know.

Got most of it. Lightning has a multitude of uses. It can increase the sharpness of an object, is highly destructive, and can also be used to increase a shinobi's speed. Apart from those, it also has the ability to make the human body go numb or paralyse it completely.
Now I want you to tell me about the weaknesses and strengths of lightning. Are their things it can be conducted through?

I have learned that the lightning element is strong against Earth, but weak against Wind.
The user can also use Water as a combo with the a lightning jutsu to make it stronger.
Also if the user shoots fire into the sky, it will result in forming lightning clouds, which the user can use for a lightning jutsu stronger than normal as it utilises natural lightning.

Indeed. The cutting potential that lightning possess means that it can easily cut through solid structures such as earth, But wind can cause the lightning to disperse. Lightning can be conducted through both water and steel, so be careful when using those in conjunction with each other.
We'll start off with the basics. I want you to point your hands towards a nearby tree and channel your chakra into them. Once that's done you'll manipulate the chakra in your arms to create small bolts of lightning to attack the target.

*Kiba nods, and without hesitation, he lifts his arms up and aims then at a nearby tree, he then starts channeling his chakra into his arms causing small bolts of lightning to form, then Kiba fired these bolts at the tree a couple of times for practice.*

Good. Now I want you to concentrate your lightning chakra and slam your hand on the ground in order to release a surge of lightning that travels through the earth. The lightning would travel to your opponent's feet and shock them.

Without wasting any time, Kiba starts concentrating his lightning chakra within himself and then he slammed his hand on the ground causing surges of lightning to be released infront of him traveling through the ground forward.

For the next one you'll simply move your palm through the air, and unleash a wave of lightning bolts towards your opponent. The bolts will travel in whichever direction your waved your palm, so be mindful of that

Kiba quickly and without hesitation moves his hand forward infront of himself as if he was punching someone, while of course focusing his lightning chakra in his palm, causing lightning bolts to form and be launched forward.

Alright. So I bolded the first part because it isn't really needed. You don't keep repeating that you perform the techniques without hesitation.
I bolded the second part because instead of saying all that, you could have said "thrusted his open palm forwards". It describes the same motion, but with less words.

Kiba does as instructed, and performs three hand seals while focusing his lightning chakra, and then moves his palm infront of him, creating an electrical current on Kibas hand that allows him to shoot lightning bolts at enemies.

For the next technique you'll surround yourself with electricity, which serves to protect you by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it. This field of lightning can only withstand one attack, and it makes you vulnerable to water based attacks.

When near a cliff, this causes stones and rocks to become dislodged and rain down on anyone below it. This is done by releasing a wave of electrical energy that weakens the earth and makes it fall as it crumbles. However, as I said before, this is location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Sear gave his Sensei a thumbs up and started performing the first jutsu. He focuses his lightning chakra around himself, causing electricity to surround him like an armor.
As for the second jutsu, even though Sear wasn't on a cliff, he still wanted to perform the jutsu to get used to it without actually releasing any lightning surges. He performs two hand seals, Snake →Upside down Tiger, and then he claps his hands together.

For the first one, never forget that the lightning armor will leave you vulnerable to water attacks. The second one is also good. Just remember that you need a specific terrain to use it, but as a shinobi a cliff is something you can easily create >.>

On to the next. So you'll raise your hand before you similar to how a sword would be positioned. It will glow in a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards, which allows it to attack multiple targets

Sear lifted his arm up, and focused his lightning chakra in it, causing it start glowing pale yellow, and then releasing bolts of lightning shaped like horns, that charged forward towards where ever Sear aimed at.
How about we turn it up a notch, and go for 2-3 jutsus at a time?
