Releasing the chakra from the hands using nature manipulation to actually generate the lighting and shape manipulation to form the lighting into an electric current and forms the tendrils that appear at the end of the justu, Shikamaru slams his hands on the ground and sends an electric current racing through the earth attacking the two dummy's both sides of him splitting into two separate tendrils.
advantages very fast to perform this justu only requiring the users hand to be slammed on the floor to send an electric current out, can split off different tendrils attacking multiple of opponents at a one time.

So basically this next jutsu is kinda of a cool. User would focus their raiton chakra within one of their hands as they rise it into the air. Releasing the chakra from their hand they would use nature manipulation as to generate lighting and shape manipulation as to form lighting flowing around their hand which they'd afterwards release in shape of lighting bolt of energy aimed at their target.

strengths the strengths of this justu is that the lighting bolt can be channelled throughout your body meaning it can launch from anywhere on the body, it seemed very fast from the video channelling throughout the body this is a plus
weakness you must have your hand raised in the air for the justu to work and opponents who use the justu plenty of times will know how to counter it easy.
Hmm, although performance of yours was neatly done I have some questions when it comes to your advantages and disadvatanges, especially advantages. I am not quite sure what you mean it can be launched from anywhere from your body? I mean, you do have to rise your hand into the air and focus lighting chakra there before you can actually release it towards your target. So could you elaborate on that a little bit more? And also about people who use this jutsu more times will know how to counter it with easy doesn't really count as a disadvantage. I mean <.<' it is kinda like a common knowledge. Don't want to sound mean D:' but like there is no need to mention it. xD
im going to be honest sensei I couldn't think of a weakness so I tried to think of one xD
sorry about not describing it clear enough >_> what I tried to describe was that in the video the woman channels the lighting down and shocks naruto while he is below her, hanging on something it seems so I presume you would able to channel it all around your body so you can shock targets from that part of the body. that's what I meant by attacking from anywhere off the body.
Well basically you focus it within your hands before releasing it towards your target. Actually firstly focusing it within your hands and then channeling through different part of your body before releasing would take more time, wouldn't it? I mean I look at it like that at least. And when it comes to disadvantages, let's be honest it is a pretty basic jutsu and as soon as you see someone focusing lighting energy within their hands you can start taking actions. z.z Making it pretty easily countrable. Imo, this name doesn't fit the technique at all >_>' but eh, it's how it is. I can't really find a video of this jutsu as it has been used in a movie, but I'll try to explain it as better as possible. Basically what I need for you to do is extend your hands forth as you focus raiton chakra within both your left and right palm. As you've done so release the said chakra from your palms and using nature manipulation generate actual lighting and shape manipulation as to form two strings that would connect forming a single rope. Now this rope you can use as to whip your target, make offense or even defence if some kind of projectiles are coming your way.

To be honest kinda complex when it comes to performance, not because jutsu itself is complex but because one could say performance is made out of few stages. So pretty much what I need for you to do is focus raiton chakra within one of your hands. Now once you have raiton chakra focused release it as to form a lighting sphere by using nature and shape manipulation. Once the sphere has been formed use shape manipulation on it once again to form a hound with which you'll be connected by a lighting leash. The technique itself can reach mid range. And do tell me what's the biggest isue when it comes to this jutsu? I mean what will you be most vulnerable to?

Shikamaru gathers ration charka and channels his lighting chakra to his right dominant hand and focuses it and then releases it to form a lighting sphere which he uses nature manipulation and then adds shape manipulation to form the orb of lighting into a hound that is connected to a leash, Shikamaru uses it to attack Akasha sensei clone.
advantages can attack to mid range giving you some range to defend yourself
disadvantages the obvious big weakness of this justu if that you have to focuse your charka and concrate so it leaves you massively open to attacks and you cant mold any other charka type while using it so you cant defend well until you stop using the justu.
Ah, ah brilliant job! Yeah, indeed it is not really the best of jutsus because of that dsadvantage. I mean, some quick suiton jutsu against you and you are dead. Even in my opinion there are not many advantages when it comes to this jutsu. It is pretty straighforward and useful in rare of situations. Let's get going onto the next technique.
This next technique is actually Kakuzu's. Basically user would focus raiton chakra within their upped body, mouth and gullet before releasing it. Whilst releasing the said chakra user would apply process of nature manipulation as to generate lightning and shape manipulation to form a spear. By further application of shape manipulation user will be able to split this spear into multiple with which he can either attack vast amount of enemies at the same time or a single one however from mulitple sides.

Shikamaru listens to his sensei and gathers ration charka, then builds the ration charka in his upper chest mouth and gullet and then fires it, while releasing the ration charka he adds nature manipulation to generate the lighting and shape manipulation to form a spear and shoots it at the clone piercing through it making it disperse.
advantages the spear is performed and made pretty quick and no handseals are involved so it is really fast, also upon adding more shape manipulation it can be split into a lot more spears which can attack a wide range of enemy's, the range of the justu is short to long so this helps you stay away from most short-mid justu and be on the offensive.
disadvantages I couldn't think of any disadvantages that was just to this justu.
To be honest, that jutsu is quite good and useful and thus doesn't have much disadvantages. I suppose, that disadvantage when it comes to this jutsu is that you actually have to constantly fuel the spear. However that disadvantage as itself is pretty generic however would leave you weak against suiton users. Let's get going onto the next technique. It is actually a clone technique, just this one is of lightning release. Firstly by focusing raiton chakra within your body you'll release it whilst applying process of nature and shape manipulation. Nature manipulation as to generate lightning and shape manipulation as to form a clone. This clone follows all the rules that go when it comes to clones and can use only techniques of lightning release up to B rank as well as techniques of taijutsu and ninjutsu. Except that he can never leave short range from you and if he does that he will disperse. Except lightning ofc he can be useful in close quarter combat.

Lovely. Let's get going onto the next technique of B rank which require you usage of sword. It's a basic jutsu although pretty good if you love using kenjutsu. Basically focus raiton chakra within your body before releasing it into the sword you're holding. Now, whilst releasing chakra from the sword use nature manipulation as to generate lightning and shape manipulation as to make it envelop the said sword. Now this chakra enveloping the sword would increase vibrating frequency and thus increase cutting capabilities of the said sword. Each kenjutsu attack you make would have increase of 15 damage. >

As per description and my knowledge you can not use that technique in combination with weapons that are not swords. So, I'd ask you perform it yet once again however this time using a sword.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.
With the performance of the ram handseal you send raiton chakra to the sky by rising your hands up. You'll then create an electrical discharge which is sent down on your target, shocking them once the discharge hits them. Since it is not a frontal attack, it's a nice technique to use if you want to lower the chances of your opponent remaining offensive and rather force them into being defensive.
Shikamaru heard a new voice enter the scene, it was a male who looked like a weirdo wearing weird hats and clogs "hello? MR ????"
As Shikamaru waited for his reply he began to work on his next technique he makes the ram handseal channelling his charka into the sky then he raises his hands up and creates an electrical discharge which he aims at the dummy not to far away about 5 meters maybe a couple more, as the electrical discharge hits the dummy gets a shock which further adds to the injury.
advantages The first advantage of this technique is that it only requires one handseal and it seems it can be performed very quickly as all you are doing is creating an electrical discharge, also the shocking damage is also a nice plus after the attack hits the opponent hurting them that little extra
disadvantages The major disadvantage of this technique is that you need to raise your hands into the air to send the charka to create the electrical discharge

Nice. Despite requiring a single handseal, this technique is rather "slow" compared to average lightning technique. This is because you send lightning chakra towards the sky that you then use to create an electrical discharge that descends on your desired target. The reason as to why rising your hand can be a disadvantage is because your opponent can figure out by that gesture that you're sending something towards the sky. Because of that, they can reason that an attack from the sky could be expected, and thus, defend from it more easily. Another nice thing about this technique is using it against someone who's covered in water/wet or standing on a water source. This would add up to the shocking effect of the lightning. Please try to go more in depth with your adv/disadv from now on, the more input the better u_u

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.
This jutsu uses two large shurikens that you enhance with raiton chakra by channeling your chakra onto them. As you throw them, you leave an electrical cable connected between yourself and the shurikens that is made by your raiton chakra. Once you pin down your opponent, you keep on sending raiton chakra from yourself, through the electrical cable and onto the opponent's body through medium of the shurikens pinned on him. This paralyses the target and hinders them from moving to a certain extent. According to its description, this jutsu seems to focus on keeping your opponent in place rather than directly killing them so pinning down non-vital parts of their body is advised, if you want to use it for the purpose of keeping them in place. If not, then you're always free to aim for their vitals.

A technique where you direct your hand to face your desired target and release a lightning current aimed at them, although the range it can reach is rather limited. This technique would hardly kill an opponent and mainly serves the purpose of damaging and knocking away your target(s). The appearance of this technique is similar to Kakuzu's Lightning Release: False Darkness , but keep it mind that Lightning Release: Thunderbolt Flash is much weaker, smaller and can only reach short range compared to Kakuzu's technique.
