Shikamaru listened to his sensei yapping on about the previous technique and what he missed in it, he thought it was such a drag and began to drift off to gaze at the clouds drifting by instead of listening to this loonley muttering; after staring into the distant he looked back at his senpai and spoke to him yeah yeah he finally began talking about his new techniques. Shikamaru listened to his senpai and took out two large shurikens and then gathered his ration charka which had a electric cable attached to them which was made up of Shikamaru ration charka he looked at a distant dummy to trap, he threw the shurikens at the dummy in such a way that he couldn't move or they would hit him but the path they was following wouldn't hit him either it would fly past him but the dummy didn't know of the electric cable attached to the shurikens which Shikamaru pulled back and both of the shurikens land into the shoulderblade of the dummy and as the ration charka is flowing through it shocking and numbing that area rendering his arms movement for a little while.

advantages the technique is very easy to understand and pretty simple which is always useful but it doesn't require any handseals so this Is good just that you have to channel your ration charka into the shuriken and form a electrical cable. The electrical cable is also another benefit as you can manipulate the shuriken with them making quite a few options for you to do like if you miss manipulate it so will hit them as they move again, also the shocking and numbing affect is also good so the parts you hit with the shuriken gets a numbing affect so it is harder to move.

disadvantages the disadvantage of this is the shuriken can be easily blown away by a wind justu and also cancelling the ration with it so it can cancel out the entire technique, that is pretty much the only weakness of it as the shuriken would slice through normal weapons and isn't really affected by other things as it would slice through most earth defences, but I guess large amounts of water would wash the shuriken away but then the ration would shock it causing more damage and if this is a massive wave coming towards you its going hurt a lot more.

Shikamaru moved onto the next technique he gathered his ration charka into his palm and gathered it up, he began to run at the dummy he has just thrown the shuriken into as if it was a opponent he wouldn't of fully recovered yet. As Shikamaru entered short range of the dummy, he releases the lighting which was tinted a slight more purple then the average lighting. Shikamaru aimed for the dummy's head and when the lighting hit it send the dummy flying back but didn't do much damage to kill the dummy if it was a real person.

advantage again this technique doesn't require handseals so it can happen pretty quick and although it isn't as strong as other techniques it can knock them back and set up the next attack, another advantage of this justu is that the opponent would get shocked and be numb.

disadvantage there seems to be a lot of disadvantages with this technique the first being it can be only used in short range,which limits what you can do with it. Also it is weaker then kakazu technique false darkness which could just be used instead, the other being if it is smaller and weaker then kakazus so it could be easy countered with a weak wind justu and then the opponent going on the offensive.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

This technique allows you to form a barriere-like shield around yourself which can remain active for up to 3 turns. The shield can be destroyed earlier by your opponent or can be removed at the user's will. While the shield is active, you can only use other lightning techniques or taijutsu techniques. Other than being a defensive barrier, it can be used offensively by having the user direct all of its lightning energy in the direction they wish, meaning that you'll remove the shield from around yourself and instead use it to attack.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger the user releases a discharge of electricity that shapes itself into several destructive disks of lightning. These are shot at the targets with great speed.

Simple, yet rather powerful. After performing the required 4 handseals, you use nature manipulation to generate lightning chakra which you then release outside as you use shape manipulation to form them into lightning disks. These are quite destructive and are sent towards the targets at great speed.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

The fastest way to a girl's heart... yeah, that's right: CHIDORI! This technique was developed by Kakashi and is the 'mother' of several other lightning techniques that Sasuke is shown to have developed later on. Chidori requires a long set of handseals if you haven't completed/mastered lightning yet, so you'll have to perform all the handseals, for now. You focus a significant amount of lightning chakra onto one of your hands after performing the required handseals and release it in the form of concentrated lightning that you keep around your hand. Once you've formed your chidori, you can charge forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal.

Shikamaru listened to his senpai he was glad he was finally moving onto higher grade techniques, he was pleased about this and began to gather his ration charka and building it up inside his body. Shikamaru then manipulates the ration charka to form around him that forms a kinda ball/bubble depending on how you perceive it, Shikamaru felt this was a really good defence expect if a opponent used a water justu to soak him he would get electrocuted terribly, but if a random giant lid would come out a portal and drop above Shikamaru all of a sudden this plasma ball would protect him from harm, also being able to use the plasma ball as a weapon is also a very good benefit as the opponent wouldn't know when you was going to use it and the fact that it also last 3 turns is very awesome.

Shikamaru does the required hand seals Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger and gathers his ration charka and then manipulates it into a couple electric discs, which have great cutting power and great speed due to the nature of the element these would be great to use short range as it will leave them not much time to react especially if you can do the technique with 1 handseal due to your mastery over the element.

Shikamaru listened to his favourite senpai rabble on about what he should do next his fantasy's of getting women by showing off with his higher ranked techniques Shikamaru sighs such a drag he thought, he has a thing Yoruichi as well the pervert, but the justu he was describing did sound epic and useful Shikamaru did know of this technique it was sasukes he used to know him pretty well before he left his previous village. Shikamaru does all the required handseals, then holds his hand down focusing the lighting charka within to produce visible charka with a chirping sound like the sound that birds made. Shikamaru charged forward and struck his hand forward imaging he was piercing a foe through the chest with it and disperses the chidori. This justu has many uses and can also be the start of other higher levelled technique's obviously great piercing ability and can be great combo with taijutsu.

(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Chidori Nagashi generates non-focused electricity from one's body. This technique has 2 different ways of usage. The first one where you release a full chakra surge from your body, causing the non-focused lightning to expand to your short range radius and numbing/paralyzing whoever within the technique's range. The first way of usage can be used to release yourself from an illusion that is 1 rank lower (meaning B-Rank and below genjutsu). The second way of usage is by concentrating the non-focused lightning onto an object, most often a weapon by sending the chakra through one of your hands. With the second way of usage, you cannot achieve a full body surge and thus cannot escape from genjutsu by using it like that.

Description: After performing a small sequence of 3 hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

This technique allows you to create a triangular-shaped bolt of lightning that travels on ground from your location (were you placed your hand on the ground) to your target's location. As it travels, the bolt of lightning can destroy most things on its path.


(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

This technique was used by Sasuke against Deidara's clay creatures to render them useless. One Thousand Birds Needles serves quite well against multiple target or for attacking multiple small objects. Since it initially was a Chidori, it gives the same paralyzing effect as Chidori does.

Shikamaru listens to his senpai discipline him about not performing the last techniques to his satisfaction, he thought to himself what a drag, he then listened to his very cheerful as always senpai talk about the next set of techinques which Shikamaru had seen off a certain someone in his old village they was quite useful if used correctly.

Shikamaru quickly analysed the first technique to get ready to perform it, he begins to gather unfocused ration charka inside his body building it up. Shikamaru then channels into his hands he then unstraps the sword he has attached to his waist, channelling the unfocused ration charka into the sword and then stabbing the sword into the ground using nature manipulation to actually generate the lighting and then shape manipulation to make it a widespread attack using the sword as a medium.

Advantage's- The first big advantage of this is that you can do two option with the one move which is very useful the first being able to destroy low ranked earth or wood structures and the second being able to create a spike which breaks you out of genjustu that is lower but this is still very useful. The other advantage being able to channel it through mediums which just gives you an extension of your reach and quicker to perform the technique, The numbing and paralysation effects are also a very nice bonus to this also as you can just kill them next turn after the paralysation has took place.

Disadvantage's- the obvious disadvantage of this technique is that the full surge version can only reach short range and the other it only being able to destroy low ranked earth and wood technique's

Shikamaru moved swiftly onto the next technique, making a small sequence of 3 hand seals and then placing his hands onto the ground below him; Gathering his ration charka and then using nature manipulation to actually generate the lighting and then shape manipulation to shape the lighting head into a triangular bolt of lighting that is travelling throughh the ground towards the dummy at the right of Tsuki senpai.

The advantage of this technique is that not many handseals are required but there is 3 which isn't much but could prove to be the users undoing as he is slowed down slightly but overall this is good as it could be a lot more, the other is that lighting is channelled through the ground making It hard to counter and dodge. The heat it generates can be good but also another weakness as if the user has thermal vision such as the Mandalores have they will able to see the attack coming and see the path it is taking more effectively then a normal ninja due to their helmet so again the heat could potentially ruin the justu but this is a minor problem like the last.

Shikamaru got onto the last technique of this bunch, he analysed it quicker then the last and thought of all the problems and disadvantage's in a couple seconds and how to actually perform it also. Shikamaru does the required handseals to make a normal chidori in his right hand and then reshapes the Chidori in his right hand into the form of countless senbons which Shikamaru then sways his hand right releasing all the senbons flying with great speed and accuracy landing near where he aimed.

Advantage's- The good advantage is that you can decide what you want with the chidori do you want a piercing attack that will deal massive damage to your opponent if you can aim your shot right or if you want to transform it into countless senbons which will pierce through and do less damage but add a paralysation and numbing effect, this is very useful as it widens what you can do with your attack and play style. The other good thing is that once the chidori is formed their Is no required handseals to make this technique happen which means your opponent will have a hard time predicting your movements. Also that it is controlled with simple hand movements is also good as you can aim the attack very precise making it hard to dodge with the added bonus of paralysation and numbing affect will also be a benefit.

Disadvantage- I don't see many disadvantage with this justu only that it could be blown away with an easy wind technique putting you on the defensive and the other not really a disadvantage is you have to perform chidori first which has a long set of handseals if you don't have lighting as a speciality

Regarding One Thousand Birds Current: Maybe I just misunderstood what you typed, but I'll just clarify this, just in case. You cannot use multiple alternative ways of usage at the same time. If you send your non-focused lightning onto a sword, it'll only enhance the damage delivered by your sword slashes while also adding a numbing effect upon contact. By sending it to your sword, you cannot later on use the lightning for the omnidirectional release of non-focused lightning. However, by using it for a full body surge, it'll work as an omnidirectional attack. Same goes if you choose to send it to the ground, still short range radius. Would also like to add that you need to be careful no to use this if you're wet or you know that there's a great chance of getting wet from nearby water sources or future techniques.

A compressed ball of lightning that explodes upon contact with whatever it hits. It can be thrusted at your desired target (up to mid-range reach) to cause a massive lightning explosion. It can also be used for close quarters by directly hitting it on the target. In which case, you will control it to explode at your target.


(Raiton: Jūrokuchū Shibari) – Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

You perform the required handseals and send lightning chakra under the ground and then control it to forcefully cause 16 pillars of earth to erupt. These pillars, together, form into a cubic oven that traps your target inside.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

You start off by making a Chidori that you then extend into a blade (which has a mid range reach) by using shape manipulation. Once the blade pierces through your target, you can split it up (inside your target) so that multiple blades exits the target you hit from multiple places, causing more severe damage. Same as other Chidori techniques, this one can cause paralysis but also has the ability to pierce through things.

Shikamaru quickly wanted to analyse the next techniques perfectly due to his little misunderstanding of the last technique, he listens to Tsuki senpai and concentrates a lot of ration into his hand using nature manipulation to actually generate the lighting and shape manipulation to shape it into a ball of plasma which he made highly focused

Advantages- First advantage is that no handseals required and you just make a lighting ball in your palm like a rasengan so the speed this happens is quick being a bonus, the blast wave of this is also good being able to be used mid as well giving you diversity on how to use it, also you can make the blast focused at the opponent if you use it close range.

Disadvantage- it will be obvious to spot due to you having a very "lighting" (look at what I did their you proud of me senpai?) and it would be very bright so the opponent would spot it very easy and work on a counter almost instantly ]

Shikamaru moved onto the next technique swiftly and performs the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger as stated by Tsuki senpai, Shikamaru makes sixteen giant pillars which he uses shape manipulation to form a massive oven trapping Tsuki within it because Shikamaru was bored and wanted to stop Tsuki senpai from being lazy as usual.

Advantage's- The pillars emerge from the ground which is good as the opponent wont able to predict this and ensnare them in your trap and follow up with another trap like the one you stated, despite the handseals it is still pretty fast to perform so the speed is about average if their is more of you, you can do certain combos also

Disadvantages- The first being the handseals this obviously slows down the technique speed from fast to average this could lead to a counter against you before you make it and putting you at a disadvantage against your opponent, next unless their is more of you it is pretty easy to break out of by most people

Shikamaru waits for his senpai to break out before explaining the last technique, Finally you got out you lazy shit >___> the last technique is a very advance change in the charka nature of lighting by manipulating the already powerful chidori, Shikamaru makes the required handseals for Chidori and then uses form manipulation to extend it into a blade that reach's very far from him that is pointed at Tsuki due to its capability's of reaching 10 meters just skimming across his hat chopping the top off.

Only requires an ordinary chidori to use but if this isn't your first speciality or second you are going to spending a lot of time to perform the first and then manipulating it into the blade as the opponent has most likely already started to counter you, If this is the case it would be hard for you to make it, also a great bonus is that it can split into different blades while inside the opponent causing very sever damage to them also the paralysing and numbing effect is a great bonus as well making the opponent feel additional effects. The big disadvantage is that that if you don't have ration as a first speciality or second you have to make a chidori which requires a few handseals which will slow you down very bad not making the technique as effective as it could be.

 

[Tsuki]

Kisuke gets imprisoned in the 16 pillar bind technique and doesn't do anything for a while. He WAS quite lazy afterall. But then, after few more seconds, he decides to escape and so breaks out of that technique by force.

That wasn't very nice.

Python then proceeds by performing the third jutsu. For a moment, Kisuke thought he was done for, but then realized his student had extended the chidori in such manner that it would stop just before reaching him. Although for some reason, the hat fell off his head. Kisuke takes the hat from the ground and examines it. His eyes keeps looking at a specific part of the hat for a moment, with a displeased face.

(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. A quite useful technique where you surround yourself by a whirling vortex of electricity. After forming the vortex, you use shape manipulation to changed its shape, making the tip of the vortex to seem like the head of a dragon. You then shoot that dragon's head forward. The vortex can also have its lightning jump from the vortex to hit a closeby target.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

A nice technique. After performance of 4 hand seals, you slam your hand onto the ground to send a significantly large amount of raiton chakra that you control to gather beneath your opponent. Once you've decided the size of the area you wish to affect around your opponent, you cause this lightning to pool beneath them and then cause it to burst upwards in the form of a very high column of lightning. This lightning gives a shocking effect to whatever's inside the affected area.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

S-Ranks, here we go! A powerful and fast technique that you can release either from your hands or mouth. After performing one hand seal, you shoot lightning in the form of a spear that travels at great speeds once released. The lightning spear can be controlled to branch out into multiple spears to hit multiple targets.

Shikamaru waited for his senpai to come back over to him and listened and analysed the technique's very quick, Shikamaru gathered his ration charka and forms a whirling vortex of electricity around himself which protects him from the dangers of the outside. He then uses shape manipulation to change the vortex into a dragon and shoots towards Kisuke but just lands in front of him not harming him at all.

Advantage- The first and good one is that it acts as a defensive barrier to block incoming attacks and then when the opponent doesn't expect anything it changes into a dragon head and attacks them with good speed, the second being no handseals required and it all happens very quick which is good and always a bonus.

Disadvantage- The whirling vortex doesn't cover the bottom meaning you can be attacked from the bottom just as the vortex leaves to attack the opponent.

Shikamaru does the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals and gathers his ration charka using nature manipulation to actually generate the lighting and slams his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool just in front of Kisuke so it wouldn't harm him but would clip the rest of the front of his hat. Shikamaru makes a massive Colum of lighting emerge from where he pooled the charka. destroying the front of your hat in a instant "now your hat is killed"

Advantage- First you make a large Colum emerge from beneath the opponent which wont give them much time to react which is good and a large Colum is made which will be able to knock out low flying aerial targets as well which is a plus.

Disadvantage- You have to make a long chain of handseals compared to your average ration technique so this would slow down the technique compared to others also making the speed of this technique slow compared to others

Shikamaru then gathers ration charka in his mouth and makes the Snake hand seal, using nature manipulation to actually generate the lighting and shape manipulation to shape lightning in the shape of a spear and he emits it from his mouth again in the direction in Kisuke hoping that he wasn't lazy and didn't dodge or counter it as usual.

Advantage- The first is being the speed of it only requiring one handseal making it happen very quick, the second being it can cover a very large area and split off multiple spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. Also that it can pierce through very dense material and solid rock meaning it got high killing potential making it very good to use.

Disadvantage- despite it being very fast it is also very large and bright meaning the opponent can see it and react to it quicker then most other justu due to seeing it quicker.

 

[Tsuki]

As you kill Kisuke's hat, he spaces out for a little then takes out a spare hat out of nowhere and puts it on his head.
You can't mess with the hat.

Description: The user performs (Raiton: Raikiri) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blade and splits it in two, covering both hands in Lightning. He will then perform a melee attack at the enemy, unleashing the powerful lightning into him.

You basically perform the Chidori technique then split it in two, covering each one of your hands then use it for a melee attack. It contains piercing damage and electrifies whoever gets struck by it.

Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.
Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

Quite a complex jutsu to prepare but will serve you quite well if you manage to properly pull it out. First of all, in order to use Kirin you must have shot a B-Rank or above fire technique that has a Long range reach and aimed towards the sky in your previous turn. This is in order to gather thunderclouds by heating the atmosphere. Once one turn has passed, you perform Chidori and use it to tame the natural lightning situated in the thunderclouds that you immediately control to descend upon your opponent. Unlike lightning made of chakra, natural lightning is much faster and because of that, the one targeted can only save themselves by using a time/space technique or by using an absolute defense. Since you also need Chidori in order to perform Kirin then you'll have to spend 2 of your 3 moves per turn, however both of these would cost you the time of a single technique, timeframe-wise. Discussions about the technique Kirin has repeatedly been brought up in the RP Q&A thread so better ask over there if you've got any advanced questions in your mind.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

You create a chidori in each of your hands then clap your hands together and by using shape manipulation you create a large thunderbolt. The thunderbolt is shot at your target and is powerful enough to create a giant crater, if it does hit the ground.

Shikamaru undoes his transformation technique and returns back to his normal form Zer0

Zer0 first performs (Raiton: Raikiri) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blade and then does as instructed by his senpai, and splits the blade into two which cover both his hands. Zer0 then attacks Kisuke constantly again he isn't aiming for him but his spar hat which he slices into three.

Advantage can make two lighting blades which is a great bonus as double the attacking power and also the scale and angles of your attacks can also change as their is two, the speed of actually splitting the blade is quick so this a very good bonus.

Disadvantage have to perform all the required handseals of the original lighting blade which if you don't have lighting as your first speciality or second they will slow you down a lot maybe even let the opponent interrupt you putting you on the defensive.

Zer0 fires a large fireball into the sky and waits a good couple minutes maybe even a hour for the storm clouds to form, after all it was a very sunny day. Zer0 then performs chidori as the lighting starts to form from the sky, using the chidori he manipulates the massive lighting dragon. Looking for a target as Zer0 has picked on Kisuke hat enough he sees his sensei falling with style from the tree behind them he aims it at the root of the tree making it fall on top of her if she didn't move like a lazy Kisuke. Advantage You get to use lighting which is natural which the speed is like 1/1000 of a second which is great as the opponent can only use time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defences to counter this.

Disadvantage The big one is you have to set this technique a turn before hand which could be pointless as you could get killed before then. Also it takes two of your moves when it actually comes to use the technique as you have to use chidori and then kiri so pretty consuming technique

Zer0 moves swiftly onto the last technique, Zer0 analysing's it and using his jetpack flys up into the sky about 10 meters so he is away from the blast radius and (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand by performing the required handseals first. Zer0 then claps his hands together unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at Kisuke and leaves a massive blast crater in the ground where he once stood.

advantage you can release a massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt which is capable of leaving a massive crater in the ground where you aimed the lighting at.

disadvantage the first being if you are in Short-range of the target you will be in danger also and possibly killing yourself, the next is you must perform a chidori in each hand and this is time consuming if you don't have them a specialty.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

Here's the technique we've been talking about. As it says in the description, it is a stronger version of Chidori. More chakra is used and more chakra control is required to enhance and concentrate the initial Chidori in order to create a Raikiri. If you have a Kakashi bio, then he can use it without the performance of any hand seals and can apply it to a kunai to then throw it up to long range distance.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

With the usage of your lightning chakra, you perform 4 handseals and release that chakra from your entire body in the form of a flash that'll blind whoever's staring at you. The flash can serve to be used in combination with a genjutsu, preferably one that alters your target's perception of what's happening in their surrounding. If you choose to use a genjutsu in conjunction with it, then the flash would allow your opponent to be placed under genjutsu with a greater difficulty for them noticing it.

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

Once you cover your hand with a massive chidori, you point your palm towards your targets and unleash the lightning chakra you've gathered. This creates a massive blast that can pretty much cover your line of sight and directed at your target(s).

Zer0 was happy he nearly mastered another element, The first technique was pretty much as senpai said a stronger version of the chidori but with more power and focuses lighting making it more deadly. Zer0 performs the required handseals and makes a focused lighting blade envelop around his hand, which he then thrusted towards Kisuke senpai to see his reaction.

Advantage- The first being a already more powerful version of the chidori which helps due to it being longer and more focused which is good.

Disadvantage have to perform all the required handseals which is quite a few if you don't have lighting as a first or second speciality and also you cant apply to a kunai if your not Kakashi (which is fair enough but just stating)

Zer0 moves onto the next technique gathering his ration charka all around his body, then making four handseals he focuses the lighting charka from his body which causes a blinding light to appear to emerge from him blinding everything around him.

Advantages- The first being that I blinds everything around which is good as this prevents them from seeing your next move, Also the handseals are small for the technique and can be performed quickly. the next being it can be used in conjunction with genjustu that is a great help to put the opponent at a great disadvantage.

Disadvantage If the opponent doesn't need to see you to know where you are the technique could become useless as they still know where you are.

Zer0 moves onto the last technique of this bunch and performs the required handseals for a normal chidori adding more focused lighting charka to it making it into a massive chidori, he did as instructed and pointed his palm at Kisuke senpai releasing a massive blast of lighting at him (you should really invest in some dummy's in the future so you don't get hurt by your future students ._.)

Advantage- it requires the same handseals as a normal chidori and is larger which is a good bonus and also covering a very good width, the second being it is just pointed and released at a opponent which can be done very quickly.

Disadvantage Still requires the normal handseals to perform which is quite a few

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.
Note: Must first have a shadow clone in the field.

This technique can only be used if you have a shadow clone nearby. Both you and your clone create a Lightning Cutter on that hand which is closer to the other and then manipulate the lightning chakra to create a some sort of chain that connects between the both of your Lightning Cutters. You and your clone can then run past shinobi or objects and by making them pass between you and your clone, you'll be able to easily slice through them by using the chain-like lightning beam connected between both of you.

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

You create a Chidori in one of your hands and rush to your opponent where you strike him/her with this Chidori. The moment your strike connects, you use shape manipulate to extend this Chidori to a lightning spear that pierces and pushes them away at a rather great speed. Finally, you control the chakra in your lightning spear to generate a powerful electric explosion at the spear's end. This leave your opponent falling back to the ground.

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into the air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.
Note: Lasts only the turn in which its used.

By using your lightning chakra to create a condensed orb of lightning in front of you, you then release it to the air above. While the orb is above you for several seconds, you control it to release a continuous rain of lightning bolts that falls all around your location.[/video]

Zer0 listens to the last set of techniques of this element before he completed it, Zer0 analyses the techniques that has been said and creates a shadow clone as instructed. Then Zer0 makes a lighting cutter on his right hand aswell as the clone on his left hand which form and channelled through a chain that connect them together, we then run past you slicing you in half as we sprint by.

Advantage- The first being it is very strong cutting capability's which makes it very handy, also the fact that it uses two lighting cutters means it will be double strong making it even better.

Disadvantage- First being that you have to already have a clone made for the technique and also lighting is natural and can be heard and big and flashy so can be seen as well so it not like a silent attack opponents will see this coming from behind.

Zer0 creates a chidori in his right hand as he was told to, I run at your clone and strike him with the chidori using shape manipulation to extend the chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles your clone into the air before he disperses.

Advantage- You strike the opponent first then create the spear, which makes it more of an effective attack which cant be predicted as they don't know when you will release the spear without metagaming. Then the explosive at the end of the attack which is helpful finishing the opponent off.

Disadvantage- You need to first perform a chidori before the actually using the shape manipulation.

Zer0 listened to the last technique which senpai messed up >__> but he is a great senpai so he made up for it, Zer0 used his ration charka and made a condensed orb of lightning in front of him. the orb flys into the air above us and after a few moments, a continuous rain of lightning bolts that falls all near our location.

Disadvantage First it being only lasting the turn it is used which means it runs out very quick and the other the orb being bright and loud hearing so it would be easy to track.

Even if it's two Lightning Cutters, they'll still have the power of an S-rank when combined together. So you could say that you have lightning of A-rank power in one of your hands while the clone has his own A-ranked lightning in his own hand, combined together, they make an S-rank.
