Now, this jutsu here uses the basic concept of Chidori, which is a highly manipulative jutsu that requires good skill of the Lightning element. Since we did not train together on the Chidori jutsu, would you mind demonstrating it for me?

Let's go!

I'd firstly start by demonstrating performance of only chidori by gathering immense amount of chakra in my abdomen and molding it to become raiton chakra. While gathering immense amount of chakra within my abdomen I would start to perform Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey hand seals. As I feel that I have gathered enough chakra for chidori to firstly be performed I would start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I would concentrate into my right arm's palm. As immense amount of chakra reaches my right palm I finished with performing hand seals and I would extend my right arm while at the same time positioning fingers of my right arm as If I was holding a ball. I would then release the chakra that I previously gathered while using nature manipulation to create actual lighting that as it is being released is visible and produces sound of many birds warbling and just a little amount of shape manipulation to create like a ball around which unfocused lighting will flow. Upon showing Adachi sensei chidori in my hand I would listening his instruction focus on a rock which is not far away from me. I would once again use shape manipulation on lighting chakra which is flowing around my hand and shape it into a spear that I direct towards the rock. As the spear hits the rock I would increase the potency of lighting spear by fueling it with more chakra and creating an explosion which would completely destroy rock breaking it into many little pieces. ​

A job well done! The description of forming your Chidori was quite intricate, perfectly put into image in my mind. It's much like cupping a bowl, I would imagine.

Great job using your dominant hand, (which I would assume would be your right), it is definitely more powerful than your other hand and will provide more power. Now, I know you haven't mastered Lightning yet, but don't forget that once you do, you can simply use the Ox handseal to call up Chidori. It would save you much time.

Now given the range of this jutsu and its capability of extending up to mid range in any battle, how might you use this to your advantage...if say, your opponent was close range?
What would you target with this jutsu and how might it work as a distraction as well?

Well first of all this is a pretty nice Chidori variation that can reach up to mid range,although the explosion which is created upon the contact with target can only happen if you are short range from your opponent,which means that only the spear can be used up to mid range. Because of the explosion which is created with this jutsu you are able to push away your opponent from short range to mid range if he or she is too close to you or because with the spear you could push away your opponent into the air you could use advantage of explosion and send your opponent back to the ground making even more damage and completely numbing him. When it comes to aiming in short range,at least in my opinion,it would be best to aim for stomach and thorax (specifically mediastinum) because it would be much harder to dodge. If you aim for one of the two, opponent will have much harder time positioning their body to evade the jutsu making it more deadlier. If they let's say try to jump into the air while spear is aimed for their stomach,spear will now go in direction of their legs,or if they try to crouch down while spear is coming in their way,the spear will aim towards their head. The jutsu is good to be used as a distraction because of the speed in which it is performed. It requires only a blink to pretty much create chidori in your hand and just aim with the spear. You could use it to aim for legs and in that way make your opponent fall into your trap by making him move his or hers body where you want it to be on the battlefield. Also good distraction is explosion which is made upon the contact in short range. It could make your opponent loose sight of you for at least a second which would make you able to perform hand seals of a jutsu and hide which hand seals your performed making his countering of the second jutsu much harder.

Because of the explosion which is created with this jutsu you are able to push away your opponent from short range to mid range if he or she is too close to you or because with the spear you could push away your opponent into the air you could use advantage of explosion and send your opponent back to the ground making even more damage and completely numbing him.

Don't forget to take into account that if the explosion is too close to you, it can also damage you also, remember to be specific on where you target this on your opponent and the proximity of the explosion.

If your opponent is of the Taijutsu or Gentle Fist specialist, however, this is an extremely helpful move to distance yourself from them in any of the ways you described above.

I'd again start to focus immense amount of chakra within my abdomen while molding it into raiton chakra and at the same time I would start with performance of required hand seals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger. As soon as I have gathered enough chakra to perform this particular jutsu I would start to channel it all over my body,equally dividing it through out all of my chakra points. As soon as chakra reaches all of my chakra points,I finished with performing 4 required hand seals and I start to release chakra from my body. While releasing this chakra I use nature manipulation on it to mold actual lighting that is so bright,that it has ability to blind you as you look at me. While using nature manipulation I would use just a little bit of shape manipulation to cover my body in this ''coat'' of bright electricity with ability to blind everything that sets eye on it.

First of all this jutsu is a supplementary type of jutsu that has only one purpose and that is to blind your opponent. One thing that it actually effects is opponent's ability to see. Opponent will as soon as he or she see bright electricity close their eyes because of the ''pain'' that bright lighting gives to the eyes. Because you are able to completely blind your opponent for some time or make him close his or hers eyes with this jutsu it would be best to combine it with usage of genjutsu. The bright lighting will be bait for activation of genjutsu. The bright light will firstly blind your opponent in one way or another and give you time to perform required hand seals for genjutsu or what is needed without your opponent being able to notice it and making countering of genjutsu for him much harder. This jutsu is also good to be used if you want to perform a jutsu that requires more hand seals,giving you time to perform them while opponent is unable to see it what you are doing. Although this is a nice jutsu it comes with a great disadvantage and that is you being completely covered in lighting making you pretty vulnerable to suiton based techniques (if your opponent is sensory ninja he could easily take advantage of this). If I am correct this jutsu shouldn't be able to effect byakugan's ability to see because byakugan is able to zoom in and out and see past everything,even light.

You are precisely correct. The original idea of this jutsu is indeed to blind the opponent to set a Genjutsu in order to trick him. There are definitely ways to dispel Genjutsu, but if the opponent can not reason or tell that he was put under a Genjutsu, it does indeed spell doom for him.
And you are also correct about the disadvantages, although do keep in mind that the jutsu is brief and that if you are careful, water attacks should not be able to affect during the time.
The main idea of this jutsu is to blind the enemy, as sight itself is the most important thing in battles, it is in fact where we acquire most of our information and perception from in compared to the other four senses.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

Now, as you have already learned Chidori, we shall now advance to the next form of it, known as Raikiri. With Raikiri, it requires more control and chakra manipulation in comparison to Chidori as it is prominently more powerful. There are only three handseals, which is Ox into Rabbit and Monkey.
There are in fact two ways to use the Raikiri, but let us begin with first forming and controlling it. Call up Lightning chakra within your hand, a larger amount than the Chidori and concentrate upon controlling it into a probable mass - once you have mastered that, please target a rock near you to demonstrate the effects of your hard work.

Knowing that this is one of the most advance techniques there is,I would firstly close my eyes for few seconds clearing my mind from everything and preparing myself. Firstly few times I imagine in my mind how I am going to perform this technique while remembering that this technique requires 3 hand seals. Ox. Rabbit. Monkey. Upon clearing my mind from everything I would start to gather immense amount of chakra within my abdomen which will I mold into raiton chakra,while at the same time starting with performance of 3 required hand seals. Ox which will be followed with Rabbit which follows Monkey. Once I feel that I have gathered enough chakra to perform this advance technique I would start to channel chakra through out all of my chakra points while most of the chakra I would focus into my right dominant hand and a little bit smaller amount of chakra I would focus onto the center of both my left and right foot. As chakra reaches my right hand I would finish with performing hand seals and it will as well reach center of both my right and left foot. I would now extend my right arm,with palm facing down towards the ground and fingers positioned as If I was holding a ball while at the same time gripping wrist of right hand with left hand which will in my opinion help me in controlling of immense amount of chakra that I am about to release. Now with chakra divided through out my body how it is suppose to be,I would start to release chakra from my hand while using nature manipulation and molding actual lighting which will upon leaving my body adopt bluish color while at the same time using shape manipulation and concentrating on creating like a ball of lighting. Simultaneously as I am releasing chakra from my hand I would start to release chakra from my feet which would start to circle around my body,with me being in the center of the circle. With lighting chakra concentrated within my palm and my chakra circling around my body,thin sprouts of lighting will connect my chakra on the ground and chakra which is within my hand. ''Raikiri!'' Upon forming rakiri in my hand I would dash towards the rock,listening to sensei's words,and completely destroying the rock into many many pieces as I pierce right trough it.​

Now, as you know, as there is more power and chakra pumped into this jutsu, it is more powerful than Chidori as a direct hit, however, is unable to be manipulated like Chidori into the many forms that Sasuke have adapted. You'll learn another jutsu that uses this, but mainly, this can be used as a finisher or even as a defensive move against earth types that trap you. Two hands would be better than one in terms of power, but using a single hand can work as well.

Upon closing my eyes just for a second,I'd start to build up enormous amount chakra within my abdomen and mold it into raiton chakra while simultaneously performing required hand seals. Ox,followed by Rabbit followed by Monkey. As soon as I gather enormous amount raiton chakra within my abdomen I'd start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I'd focus onto the center of both my left and right arms palm. While doing so I'd focus a little bit of chakra into my feets as well which would help me out in controlling of the jutsu I am about to perform. As chakra reaches center of both my left and right palm,I'd finish up with performing of hand seals and then position my hands with palms faced towards each other and fingers bent over as if I was holding some kind of a ball. With hands positioned like that and me standing in half crouched position,I would start to release the chakra that I previously gathered. While releasing this chakra I'd use nature manipulation on it to create actual lighting that will upon leaving my body adobt a bluish like color and a little bit of shape manipulation to create like a small ball around which lighting is going to flow. As I am releasing chakra from my hands I'd release a little bit of chakra that I focused into my feets and control it to circle around me and as the circle is created thin sprouts of lighting will connect the chakra which is on the ground and chakra which is concentrated into my hands. Upon forming of thin sprouts of lighting I'd dash towards your clone with raikiri's formed within my hands.As I come imminent to him,I'd quickly firstly bent over my right arm at elbow with elbow behind my back and then extend it forward while opening my hips forward which would give me momentume and aim towards the stomach of your clone. With first ''raikiri punch'' made,I'd with my left arm which was till then also bent at elbow in 90 degrees position just extend it forward quickly punching your clones chest.

Do the hand signs Ram > Horse > Snake > Tiger and gather a large amount of raiton chakra and than release it from your body in the form of a blinding bright light that comes from your body, blinding my clone. While my clone gets blind I want you to either attack her or take the opportunity to place her in a genjutsu.

I'd start by gathering massiv amount of chakra within my abdomen and molding it into raiton chakra whilst at the same time performing required hand seals. Ram,followed by Horse,followed by Snake which is followed by Tiger. As I have gathered enough chakra within my abdomen I would start to channel it all over my body,equally distributing it through out all of my chakra points. As chakra reaches all of my chakra points I finished with performing hand seals and thus I start to release chakra from my body. Whilst releasing chakra from my body I would use nature manipulation on it creating blinding lighting as well as a little bit of shape manipulation to shape chakra to cover my body with lighting. As I released the blinding lighting chakra from my body I've blinded your clone and once again I start to gather chakra within my abdomen whilst performing 3 hand seals and catching your clone in a two layered genjutsu. First layer of a genjutsu will be a blinding white scene (strong light would come from the sun) which will as the technique used before this one done unable your clone to use her sense of sight. If first layer is broken,your clone would see mist accumulate around her.

Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.

As chakra is being released from my palm it would gain a blue-ish hue and you would be able to hear sound of birds warbling. Once chidori is focused in my hand I would extend my right arm with every finger on my hand extended and with my palm facing your clone. As I do so I would use shape manipulation on chakra one more time releasing a massive lighting blast in 120 degrees radius that would completely burn out your clone.

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Create a shadow clone (if you dont know it go with I make one for you) Than both of you will create a lightning blade in your hand and use yall chakra to connect both of your lightning blades with a chain of lightning as you run and slice through trees.
