How: *I activate my Sharingan 1Tomoe, and i concentrate. Channelling my Raiton Chakra into my left hand, i feel it is causing pain. Afterwards, i begin exerting a large amount of Raiton chakra, making it visible around my hand and giving it much more cutting power. I support my left hand using my right, still exerting a huge amount of Raiton Chakra, the lightning begins causing a screeching noise. Knowing the jutsu is ready, i charge at a clone you haven't made, and pierce him with the powerful thrust. The clone is shocked greatly, and disperses*

Chidori Nagashi
When: I would use it alot, usually to get out of Genjutsu. But it can also ge used to paralyze the opponent greatly.
How: *I do the same technique i did to accomplish Chidori, but this time, halfway through. I make the chakra to be more "Violent", causing it to jump around, i slam my hand powerfully on the ground, making a Current of Lightning to surge through the ground, it cuts straight through the earth. Leaving behind a trail of sparks*

I wouldn't suggested it because of all those handseals you have to perform, so if you like chidori that much then make it your specialty.

Just looked at the A-Ranks list, damn the Chidori Combos ~_~...
Chidori is Awesome, and it can activate Kirin.

How: I would use it to create an opening against the opponent, possibly even knock him into the hole.
When: Hmm... I would use it in the brink of the Opponents jutsu, to make him cancel it out before it can strike me. "Fear rules all".

Adv- It is true that this will stop the opponent from using a Jutsu
Disadv- But the opponent can surprize attack me aswell. By Kage Bunshin or the such.
Adv- It can inflict great Damage.
Disadv- Sequence of handseals part ~_~

(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle
How: I would use it against Giant Rock attacks to break them into small bits. By using the lightning needles.
When: Uh... I would use it as a distraction altho can be used as a great attack aswell.

Adv- Requires no Handseals
Disadv- Requires chakra... <-<...
Adv- Creates countless Senbon that can break through rock, and maybe kill an opponent
Disadv- Requires to Learn It @_@... I couldn't find much disadvs in this one >—>...

When: At the middle of an attack, when it nearly reaches me. If me and the opponent were standing mid-range from eachother.

Adv- Ki Blast Requires no Handseals
Disadv- The explosion is huge, and the user might get caught in it aswell.
Adv- The explosion also has an advantage in its size, because it will destroy a huge space of earth.
Disadv- N/A

(Raiton: Jūrokuchū Shibari) – Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind
How: I would use it by being unseen to the opponent, and make the handseals.
When: To use the combo described.

Adv- An oven that can roast Muddy Targets.
Disadv- Very, very slow to form.
Adv- High damage and very hard to escape after forming.
Disadv- Requires Handseals.

How: Most likely if i ever get in a strategic advantage, like: If i am in mid-air and the opponent is aswell, but we are on the same height.
When: To defend myself, mostly.

Adv- A neat attack that is popular
Disadv- Speed of it and easy counter-ability
Adv- Requires no Handseals, which alot of Jutsu use
