We're the last to arrive? Got to think about my image here. Anyways, before we begin let's go through the basics. Kimiko, tell me all you know about lightning release. Include its uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, related Kekkei Genkai, and possible results when mixed with other elements such as Suiton.

Lightning Release:
Lightning Release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra.
Uses:
1.For piercing damage
2.To paralyzes the target so that they are unable to move
Elemental Strength:
1.Fast speed of moments
2.Can be infused into bladed weapons through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness
3.Not requiring physical contact with opponent
4.Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart
5.Lightning is much more powerful when it utilises natural lightning.A powerful Fire Release technique shot into the sky can produce thunderclouds in preparation for this.
Elemental Weakness:
1.Does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react
2.Weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator
Possible results when mixed with other elements such as Suiton:
Lightning also has a unique relation with water, since water conducts electricity. This means that a Water Release technique can be used to increase the damage of a Lightning Release technique and vice versa.
Though this also means that if one's opponent still has a physical connection with the water, either a pre-existing source or one created with their own chakra, then they can be paralyzed via their own technique.

Storm Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy
Forms:
1.Lightning Release Chakra Mode:
The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed.

My training method is straitforward: I post jutsu for you to perform with as much detail as possible to demonstrate your understanding of the technique and its inner workings. Your targets are usually Pein and their summons. Feel free to ask if you ever have a question for me.

Since you've never molded raiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of lightning (a description of lightning's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Afterwards, transfer the chakra to your hand and covert it into small lightning bolts released at your target. Try shocking me.

I concentrate on my chakra.Now i am started to increase the energy of my chakra.Due to high energy,my chakra particles started to vibrate.Tension increases and my chakra started to transform into electrically charged field.Due to difference between my body and ground level conductivity, electricity started to flow from my body to ground in CE way.I can feel the speed and energy in which my chakra is moving within my body.I successfully molded my chakra into Raiton chakra.Now i concentrate small amount of chakra into my hand.Then i allow to exit that chakra from my hand into outer space.Chakra come out with tremendous force,speed and energy.And sudden electrostatic discharge takes place between my chakra in hand and ground resulting into lightning bolts.I aimed them at my sensei's arm.And shocked him.
The strength of jutsu is i can harm opponent from long distance.and effect can be increase with the help of water.

Release the chakra as an electrical current moving across the ground to a nearby target who'll get shocked once it touches his feet. Try it on one of these guys. I'm sure they won't mind. :heh:
