Good, then start forming a Whirling Vortext infront of you and, then start focusing your Rai around it, making it a Whirling Lightning Vortex. By Shape Manipulating start forming it into a Dragon Head in top whereafter you send it towards your Foe, however if you do not directly hit your foe you can send lightning Strikes out of the Vortex aimed for your Opponent(s).
