This tech isn't that slow, it doesn't require hand seals and its a simple lightning technique, lightning is also the fastest of all the elements making this technique atleast a medium to fast.

The barrier would be able to protect you from physical attacks. It means that it can defend you from things that have a physical substance.

If the barrier was attacked with that jutsu, then the rock would get destroyed because earth is weak to lightning

Neji moulds chakra inside his body and converts it into lightning chakra. He releases it from his hands while using shape transformation to condense the chakra into a large orb of lightning. He aims it into the sky, where it remains still. Neji then manipulates the orb to cause the chakra to fall apart, causing multiple bolts of chakra to rain down on the battlefield, shocking the clone and dispersing it.

Advantages:
-The lightning bolts will strike in multiple directions
-The bolts will give the targets an electric shock
-Doesn't require handseals

Disadvantages:
-Can only be used when you are in close range with the opponent.

Speed:
I think it would be fast-medium because it wouldn't take long for the lightning bolts to rain down, but maybe it might take some time for the sphere to reach the air

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Would this technique be a good or bad counter for your last learned technique? And why?

It is not a good counter, because, even though it can overpower the lightning technique, by the time they finish performing the handseals, the bolts of lightning will already be raining down on them.

Wrong, the lightning needs time to get into the correct position first before it releases the lightning giving the wind technique enough time to be released and counter the lightning technique before it is able to harm the wind user.

Perform the required hand seals while gathering your lightning chakra, you then release the lightning chakra and form it into actual lightning before adding shape manipulation to shape the lightning into several disks of lightning which you launch at your target, try and slice the head of my clone off.

Neji gathers some chakra inside his body. He transforms it into lightning chakra and channels it into each of his arms. He releases the chakra in the form of multiple destructive disks of lightning. He aims them at Yashiro's clone. One of the disks slices through the clones neck, knocking off its head and causes it to disperse it in a puff of smoke

Advantages:
- You could aim the disks so that it is hard to evade all of them
- It will shock the opponent when it hits them

Disadvantages:
- Requires four handseals
- Even though it's an A-rank jutsu, the power of the jutsu is divided between all the disks, meaning that each individual disk is not very powerful
- If there is only a few shuriken, the opponent could wipe them all out with a large jutsu
- The disks cannot travel up to long range, so you can't use it in long range battles

Speed:
I think it is a fast jutsu because you just have to split the chakra into multiple disks and fire them at the enemy

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

Perform the required hand seals while gathering a great amount of your lightning chakra, then channel the gathered chakra into your dominant hand and starts streaming it out of your hand while also molding the lightning chakra into actual lightning, and causing the chidori to take form, give it a try and pierce the heart of my clone with it.

He focuses all of the chakra into his right hand, subsequently releasing it around his arm, encasing his right hand in a large amount of concentrated lightning. The lightning makes a very loud noise, similar to a myriad of birds chirping at once. Neji then runs towards Yashiro's clone with great speed. When he reaches the clone, he thrusts his lightning-covered hand into the left side of the clones chest, the great power of the lightning piercing through the clone's heart, defeating them easily and causing them to disperse.

Advantages:
-It is delivered at a fast speed
-It has enough power to pierce through the opponent's body which will cause a lot of pain to them

Disadvantages:
-It requires 11 handseals (if you have not mastered Raiton and are not Kakashi or Sasuke)
-It is not a very good jutsu to use as a sneaky/stealthy attack because the opponent will be alarmed by the loud sound

Speed:
I think it would be slow or fast. It would be slow because of the handseals required to perform the technique. However if you have mastered lightning or are Kakashi or Sasuke, it would be fast because all you have to do is create the lightning chakra inside your palm and stab it into your target.

( Raiton: Fusei Shuriken Chidori Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style

Take this large shurriken, then perform the chidori and channel it into the shurriken before tossing the shurriken at my clone, should the shurriken make contact it would paralyze its target but in this case the shuriken would disperse of my clone, give it a try.

Explain what you personally think would happen when a Chidori and Rasengan collides, this should be easy >_>.

The Chidori and the Rasengan are equal in the RP. The Rasengan is neutral to elemental jutsu because of the advanced chakra control used in it.
However, in the series, the Rasengan was sometimes shown to overpower the Chidori when they clashed

(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

"Release a surge of unfocused lightning chakra through your entire body, and have it spread outwards, that's one of the main usages of the technique, you could also use the technique by channeling the unfocused electricity into a medium, like a sword or kunai perhaps, though both usages can't be used at the same time, its one or the other, lastly this technique paralyzes the target if hit successfully, except bios that specialize in lightning, they would be able to resist the paralyzation but would still feel a little numb and be in a bit of pain.

I begin by gathering a large amount of chakra and transforming it into Raiton chakra. I let the chakra flow throughout my entire body and it is unfocused and wild. I release the chakra outwards from my body, spreading it outwards in a blast of unfocused electricity. Any enemy caught in range of the jutsu would be paralysed by the electricity and will feel numbing in the parts of their body affected by the lightning.

Advantages:
-The lightning can paralyse the opponent and numb their body which will make them fell uncomfortable
-Can destroy low rank earthen or wooden structures
-Doesn't require any handseals to perform

Disadvantages:
-Can only reach up to short range
-Does not take any health points
-Lightning specialists would resist the paralysation

Speed:
I think it would be fast because it does not require handseals and you just have to gather the lightning chakra and release it. Because it is unfocused lightning, you do not need to spend time controlling or shaping it.

The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.
