I take out a sword and hold the handle tightly in my right hand. I gather lightning chakra in my body and channel it into my arm. Once I have done this, I send the chakra into the handle, making it flow through the sword. The sword becomes encased in lightning, incteasing its damage and cutting ability.

I don't really understand how this jutsu works. The description is very vague. Could you explain it please?

Neji begins performing the technique by gathering chakra inside his body and transforming it into lightning chakra. He channels the chakra into his left arm and points it skyward. Neji then releases the chakra from his hand and sends it into the clouds, triggering a discharge of electricity. Once he has done this, Neji uses his chakra control to manipulate the lightning and make it strike Yashiro's clone, dispersing it in a puff of smoke.
Advantages:
Only requires one handseal
Can electrocute the target
Disadvantages:
Speed:
I think it might be medium speed because it might take time for the lightning chakra to reach the sky.

"You say that you think it might be at a medium speed because it would take time for the chakra to reach the sky and trigger the surge, but you don't list any disadvantages? Don't you think that's a disadvantage?

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.
Yashiro takes out a scroll and opens it up before performing a handseal, a puff of smoke bursts forth from the scroll, revealing 2 large shurrikken...
"Take these, and once you are ready start gathering your lightning chakra and channel it into the shurrikken, you then toss the shurrikken at my clone and maintain contact with it through a cable while continuously streaming your chakra through the cable and into the shurrikken, if you manage to hit my clone with the shurrikken, the power of the electricty should numb his entire body."

Neji takes the shuriken and gathers some chakra inside his body. He transforms it into lightning chakra and channels it into each of his arms. He flows the chakra through the shuriken, covering them in lightning chakra. He throws the two shuriken at Yashiro's clone while using wire strings to manipulate where they travel. The blades of the shuriken pierces the clone and the lightning chakra numbs it's body. The clone is dispersed immediately.
Advantages:
-Can paralyze the opponent and numb their body.
-The shuriken are large
Disadvantages:
-The numbing effect only lasts for a short while.
-The opponent could cut the wire strings to disconnect the shuriken
-It might take time to connect the wires to the shuriken

I think this would be fast because you just have to flow your chakra through the shuriken and throw them. Although, I don't know if it take long to connect the shuriken to the wire strings.

It is a good counter. Because of it's elemental nature and rank, it would easily overpower the lightning chakra and the shuriken would get caught in the twister. Because I am holding the wires which are connected to the shuriken, I might get sucked into the twister as well.

I think it is a good counter because Lightning and Fire are neutral, so the fire jutsu would defend against the lightning.
Wrong U_U, even though these two elements are neutral to each other, lightning and fire aren't elements that have a construct nature, so both would simply pass through each other, unless either technique states it has a solid construct for some reason.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defense which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow however the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.
Gather your chakra and mold it into lightning based chakra, then proceed to release the chakra all around you and form it into a plasma barrier all around you, this barrier works as a good defense for a lot of techniques though the downside is you will only be able to use lightning techniques while the barrier is active, and you can also release the electrical enery of the barrier and use it as an attack which will initially end the effects of the barrier.

Neji kneads a large amount of chakra inside his body and converts it into lightning chakra. He spreads it equally to everywhere in his body and expels it from his body, creating a large plasma barrier that protects him from attacks.
Advantages:
-It protects you from attacks
-It doesn't require handseals
-Can damage the opponent if they make contact with it

-Can only stay active for three turns
