1. Explain yourself performing the technique in a well detailed description. Necessary hand seals, nature and shape manipulation should be included as well.
2. List advantages and disadvantages of the technique.
3. I will post a counter to each technique you learn. Depending on what I post, tell me if it is a good or bad counter, and the reasons why. Don't focus on ranking as much for this, just focus on the properties and characteristics of each technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so:

1. Fast
2. Medium
3. Slow​

Gather your chakra throughout your body and mold the gathered chakra into lightning release chakra, you then release the lightning chakra and form it into actual bolts of lightning which you aim and fire at your target, give it a try on my clone.

2.advantages-it can be used to attack multiple targets.it is easy to perform.
disadvantages-i dont think it has any.
4. Fast to perform it requires hand seals.
