It all comes down to how you use it but if we're talking which is stronger I'm assuming kakashis

I mean if I think about it beyond PL being more intense a=to the point it can cut NUE's tail effortlessly and its heat being so hot that it is purple in colour and can summon rain clouds....

the main disadvantages of Butans techs would be that it requires seals as well as it is more the one move

so the user would have to wheild seals every time they are about to use the next move

meanwhile PL can counter it and requires no seals and is fast
