So every Sensei has a teaching method they prefer, My Sensei has created his very own original one that is listed below with the criteria you should complete for every technique..
1. Explain yourself performing the technique in a well detailed description. Necessary hand seals, nature and shape manipulation should be included as well.
2. List advantages and disadvantages of the technique.
3. I will post a counter to each technique you learn. Depending on what I post, tell me if it is a good or bad counter, and the reasons why. Don't focus on ranking as much for this, just focus on the properties and characteristics of each technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so:

1. I perform the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals and summon 4 pillars around a dummy i then focus chakra into my arms and then use nature transformation to change my raw chakra into lightning element chakra i then release it using shape manipulation to shape the chakra into lightning bolts and aim at the pillars once it hits the pillars it redirects towards the dummy binding it allowing no movement.
2. Advantages: It allows the user to strike the enemy with ease, it can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu to further the damage done to the enemy.
Disadvantages: Can be easily avoid by using a wind nature jutsu of any type to negate the lightning.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so: Id have to go with medium as you have to wait for the pillars to arise but on the other hand the factor that lightning jutsu is being used it can very well be MED-FAST.
2. Advantages: It allows the user to strike the enemy with ease, it can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu to further the damage done to the enemy.

Good, though the lightning is immediately released from the pillars itself, you do not have to release the lightning towards the pillars, and please provide me with a wind jutsu that you would say is appropriate to counter the lightning released from the pillars and why it would work because not all wind techniques would be able to counter the lightning pillars.
I would have to say that this jutsu would suffice in nullifying the lightning coming from the pillars, as it creates several tornadoes and it is capable of blocking the lightning coming from all four pillars.
(Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind

Description: The user releases a gust of wind after forming the Ram handseal, that forms several small tornadoes. Combined with Fire Release: Running Fire that forms a circle on ground level, this creates a massive flaming hurricane.

(Raiton: Kangekiha) – Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration

Damage point: 30 (normally) 50 (when used in conjunction with water technique)
Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.
Start by gathering your lightning chakra, then release it in the form of a wave of electricity, this technique works well with certain water techniques though it could be used to electrify any source of water, to increase its attacking power, give it a try on my clone.

Damage point: 30 (normally) 50 (when used in conjunction with water technique)
Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. 1. I gather raw chakra and convert it into lightning chakra i then release the lightning chakra and use shape manipulation to make it into a wave of electricity at a water source that your clone is standing on once hitting the water your clone is electrocuting him and knocking him back.
2. Advantages: Like the jutsu itself says it is a very good in conjunction with a water jutsu it can also paralyze the opponent.
Disadvantages: Can easliy be used against yourself if you if you release it and the opponent uses a water technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so: I would rate it fast as it requires no hand seals and simple shape manipulation and chakra conversion.

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.
Place your hands together while gathering and focusing your lightning chakra to them, as the lightning starts to crackle all around it when the nature manipulation is added, slam your hands to the ground and release the lightning into the earth, then manipulate the lightning to travel towards my clones and as it reaches them, have the lightning split up into 2 bolts of lightning and attack both of my clones, note that when a technique is split like this its rank drops, so 2 bolts would be C Rank each.

The Disadvantage i was talking about is if you do not use a Water technique before using this technique the opponent can take advantage over that and use a water jutsu that takes on the effects of the lightning and hit you with it instead.

I focus raw chakra in each of my hands i then use nature manipulation to convert it into lightning nature chakra i then put my hands together while the lightning crackles around, once done i then slam my hands on the earth and release my lightning chakra i then manipulate the lightning chakra to travel towards your 2 clones once reaching their destination i use shape manipulation to split into 2 lightning bolts to attack both clones electrocuting both of your clones.
2. Advantages: Hard to detect since the technique is released underground, it also can be very helpful to use as a distraction to form a much stronger jutsu to attack the enemy.
Disadvantages: If the user has a sharigan they can easily detect the technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so: Quite fast since it does not need the use of hand seals, though it can be a bit slow if you are attacking multiple enemies because you have to use shape manipulation to spilt the lightning into two different bolts.

It doesn't work that way, water and lightning are neutral to each other, so if your opponent decides to counter the lightning tech with a water tech of the same rank, the 2 techniques would collide and cancel each other out, but if the water technique is higher in rank it would overpower the lightning and continue towards you.

(Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor

Chakra cost: 20 (-15 per turn to remain active)
Damage points: N/A (+10 to taijutsu moves)
Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.
Ok, I am now gonna post a technique as a counter for your lightning technique, and then you tell me whether its a good counter or a bad one and why you believe so.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.
That technique is a bad counter to this jutsu as it is an earth technique, which is weak to lightning. Because of this the lightning would break apart the armor and strike the opponent, the same thing happens if you split it into 2 lightning bolts.

This technique is rather simple, start by raising your towards the sky and draw in lightning chakra from it, you then manipulate the lightning energy and attack your target with it, give it a go on my clone.
