I used Naruto wiki 
Raiton is one of the five basic nature transformations, it is performed in a much different way than the others, this is because it allows the user to change the vibrations of their chakra, thus allowing them to make critical damages and quick movements, lightning can also be used to paralyse the enemy, this could be seen for example when Sasuke uses chidori, instead of the person flying off they begin to shake because they are paralysed. Lightning can also be infused into a weapon, this was shown by Ameyuri and her Kiba swords, or Bee with his pencil thing
Lightning is also good with natural lightning, if the two were to mix then the attack would be much more powerful (Kirin)Three users are: Motoi's dad, Darui and Ameyuri(?)
Lightning is strong against Earth, this is because the thin sharp cutting lightning can easily go through the thick Earth and break it into little pieces. However that doesn't mean it can't be used to one's advantage. For example Lightning can be transferred through the Earth and come up at the enemies standing point to paralyse them. Lightning is however, weak to wind. This is because the wind acts as a electrical insulator and consumes the lightning. Another combo Lightning is good with is Water, since the latter makes the lightning stronger. However this has a massive weakness, and that is if both the user or the enemy has any contact with the water that is in any way joined with the lightning, then they'll be electrocuted or even die...
I only used wiki for the first 2 or 3 lines, and the first line or so in the last paragraph

Noticing the bolts go around me, I start concentrating about the lightning element and it's properties. An image of a thunder chasing down from the sky appears in my mind, I begin to understand what lightning is, it's structure and what it's purpose is. I believe that Lightning is one of the fastest elements, placing in at 2nd. Only behind to wind. I can also understand that power-wise it is also one of the strongest, either on par or a little bit worse than Fire. Due to the tremendous range of fire or the sharp cutting of close combat Lightning attakcs.

not really, as you first focus your "normal" chakra and than you combine that normal chakra with your thoughts and that "creates" your raiton chakra, do you understand? (you just have to say something like "yes i understand" that will be enough for me xd)Ehhh

Training Style Information
Ok, I'm going to teach you in a very different way now. Basically I am going to post three techniques below. What I want you to do is look them up on narutowikia. Then for each technique I want you to write underneath it:
-How the technique is used.
-How it works
-Its strengths and weaknesses.
-Anything else you find is suitable.
Also post a picture if you can (note that some techniques may not have pictures because they are game techniques). Also note that not all of the techniques are findable on wiki; if so tell me and I will do my best to explain the technique. Also if you have any questions about anything then just post and I will answer any questions.
From time to time I may quiz you or ask you to produce a combo with your learnt techniques. If you are unsure about what I am asking you to post just look at this Post:
The reason I am teaching you like this is for these reasons:
-Your not just copying what I'm saying and we both don't get bored.
-All techniques for this specific element/art/style will be covered with detailed information which you can then come back to instead of looking around narutowikia.
-You may always post questions in your training thread (even if we have finished training) and I will try my best to answer them.

Raiton no Jutsu is the root of all techniques, it is mainly performed by the user gathering static electricity to their hands and using that to either attack the opponent or for defensive measures. Since it is D-rank it is weak and can easily be beaten by Lightning jutsus of a higher rank.

Raikou Oonami is a jutsu that is good for surprising your enemy, it is mainly performed by channelling chakra to your more dominant arm and slamming it on the ground, causing lightning to go through it and paralyse your opponent. Which is why it is best used if the enemy is not aware of it. One down side is that it doesn't cover a large area and is quite easy to dodge.

Raijingu Sanda is a good technique that could be used for defense just as much as offense, it is performed by gathering the Raiton chakra in your body and releasing it to form a electric shield that will cover your body, this can then be used to attack your enemy. The down sides are that it too hasn't got a large range and the attack itself isn't powerful enough to finish off the enemy.

Sanda Saaburu is similar to Raijingu Sanda, in that they are both composed of creating an electric field of some sort. However Sanda Saaburu is capable of exploding and blowing back the enemy, that is only however if the enemy is in the specified range. It is only a D-rank and hence not reliable for finishing off the opponent.

Ikazuchi Kashou is an advanced version of the root Raiton techniques, it follows the same concept of gathering raiton chakra at your palms to form lightning bolts that you can then fire towards your enemy. It too, like all D-ranks, has a short range and not sufficient damage that could kill the enemy.

Jibashi is the first of C-ranks. It is performed by increasing the vibrations of your chakra to form waves of electricity that emit from your hands. It can vary from small surges that shock the opponent all the way to powerful streams that are capable of going through rigid solids (Earth). A strong point for this is that when used in conjunction with a Suiton jutsu it increases the damage, while a weak point is it's range.
