It is stated, along the lines: "is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster,"...

Is it possible for Raikage to pass it off to anyone in his team, whoever he is giving a piggyback ride?[ ]

Think about it, Onoki had to time the speed of Raikage's attack to Madara+Muu. He needed to shift Ay's body/chakra from light to heavy at the right moment. [ > ].

Onoki had to keep up his Ay's movement here.

This can be very useful for Ay' in team battles. It really would work out for characters that have versatile ability like, Shikamaru or Ino (first people that comes in mind so far).

Ino or Shikamaru getting here nervous system boost to that of Ay, backpack, would be broken as both of their jutsu is to trap and hold down characters.

Idk I think this opens up doors on how we would put Ay in team vs match ups

Hes actually underated because hes powerful on par with Tsunade but a little weaker
But hus speed should be able to do more damage than Tsunade cause more speed equals to more force

Yea good thinking. It might electrocute the guy he's making contact with though.

Regardless of A's speed, Tsunade is still stronger because of how much chakra she can focus at a point (fist or feet). She has a LOT of chakra being a half senju half uzumaki.

I don't think he can just pass it to other people. Unlike Kurama's chakra, which is simply received and gives a boost to the abilities of the recipient, this is supposed to be a technique that the Raikage performs himself. It's not just a matter of giving Lighting chakra, since the one that's given to has to mold it and replicate the same technique, and I'm not sure if anyone could just do that.

Regardless, Tsunade with V2 Ay's speed and reactions would be quite something. Hidan would also be really interesting, he was already pretty good at taijutsu and dodging, so with Ay's Raiton Cloak he'd be awesome.

I never said he can pass it off. I only mention the effect of characters piggybacking him.

^ You did say ''pass it off''. What would be the point in giving people his Raiton Cloak when he's just giving them a ride? Shikamaru's shadow will essentially move slower than he's moving with Ay. I doubt Ino can even aim at the speed Ay's travelling. I don't really understand the benefit.

Read the OP that mentions Onoki, as an example, and everything gets cleared.

Not a chance. Obviously not how the technique works. Touching Ay's armor isn't going to cause it to stimulate your nervous system like it does to him. Onoki's feat is not impressive since he did that after Ay Shunshin'd, and before he struck. His striking speed is nothing special, only his Shunshin is, which Onoki did not, can not, and will not ever follow.

It's nonsense to think that touching him will grant the same, a similar, or any boost at all. Not when they aren't wearing the armor.
